Bascially, I would come in under Superior Invisibility while buffed to the gills and affected by True Seeing. Use Ancestral Awakening to learn Invisible Spell, then use Assay Spell Resistance and Wild Arcana to cast an Invisible Silent Amber Sarcophagus from well outside the Deva's blindspot.

[X] Utilise Shadow!Tor's knowledge to understand just what exactly was that thing you captured many months ago in a fight with a cleric of Tiamat and had literally no time to find out since.

Wait, @Goldfish, do we really want to tip our hand right now? As far as I can tell (please correct me if this is incorrect @DragonParadox) now that we've seen the Deva we can scry and die it wherever it is. But capturing it here and now will put Lucan on high alert for the rest of the Conclave because he'll immediately assume it was us.
 
[X] Get Yrael, then send a Sending to the Deva, asking for a meeting under truce outside of Oldtown. Only him, not Lucan.

  • [X] Capture and bottlw the Monavic Deva using all available stealth at our disposal, with Richard and Sandor along with a small flight of Erinyes should there be hidden reinforcements we are not aware of. The Erinyes will disguise themselves as Angels and remain out of immediate sight unless needed.
    -[X] We will see what the Angel has to say for itself and it's earthly master, even if we need to use the Snare and assistance from Yrael to do so.
    --[X] Caution Baelor to be patient. We don't yet know enough of Lucan's plan.
    ---[X] Invite him to the Snare where we will interrogate the Deva, prying the secrets from it's mind if necessary.
