Connect the story of dragon fey to the empire and you will have your loyal dragons. Propoganda machine yo. One of the downsides of being effected by stories is that stories change.
DP, upon rereading this chapter I was very puzzled by the actions of the Drow wizard. Normally all his buff spells should affect everyone (except Mirror Image I guess). This means that on round 1 he could have made everyone invisible under Greater Invisibility, not just the poison user. Then spells like Snake's Swiftness or Haste apply to everyone, too.
For example on round 1 he could have had everyone under Greater Invisibility, Haste and one other spell of choice, and affected them all with Dimension Step to let Yrten and Morwyn make full attacks immediately.
Definitely seems better than what he chose to do there, no?
That was my scheme, actuallyConnect the story of dragon fey to the empire and you will have your loyal dragons. Propoganda machine yo. One of the downsides of being effected by stories is that stories change.
"Dad?"
So in harder fights (Melisandre, Dragon) I can expect to see them all go full-buff on round one? Or at least all suddenly turning into teleporting super-fast giants when the enemy looks likely to start winning? It certainly would, the hing is they assumed their team would win regardless so their tactics were aimed at maximizing heir personal prestige, hence only the assassin getting haste. if the fight had gone on one more round the wizard would have revealed himself dramatically to deliver a finishing blow.

Oh, and I just remembered that both Drow have shadow cloaks. Will their character sheets be altered to reflect the "Shadow Cloaks are 1/day" ruling ?
I'm hoping to see everyone on his team get the simultaneous Freedom of Movement, Greater Invisibility, Displacement, Polymorph treatment. It should be glorious. Resist Energy(Fire) wouldn't hurt, either. So in harder fights (Melisandre, Dragon) I can expect to see them all go full-buff on round one? EDIT: I don't expect them to beat Melisandre, actually. They lack Dispelling power. BUT I do hope for an epic fight or two as they go further into the contest !

Sorry to nitpick :/
I'm just happy to see my pet murderous racists have some fun !
Did they somehow dispel Aeron's and Oberyn's Protection from X items?
I though basic Charm were blocked by those?

The Nixie's Lure ability is not a spell of even a SLA it is a supernatural ability, it also does not create ongoing control of the subject, she can't give him orders, it just makes him fascinated.

Captivating Song (Su)
A harpy's song has the power to infect the minds of those that hear it, calling them to the harpy's side. When a harpy sings, all creatures aside from other harpies within a 300-foot spread must succeed on a DC 16 Will saving throw or become captivated. A creature that successfully saves is not subject to the same harpy's song for 24 hours. A victim under the effects of the captivating song moves toward the harpy using the most direct means available. If the path leads them into a dangerous area such as through fire or off a cliff, that creature receives a second saving throw to end the effect before moving into peril. Captivated creatures can take no actions other than to defend themselves. A victim within 5 feet of the harpy simply stands and offers no resistance to the harpy's attacks. This effect continues for as long as the harpy sings and for 1 round thereafter. This is a sonic mind-affecting charm effect. The save DC is Charisma-based.
Done, though only Tuin has a Shadow Cloak.@DragonParadox, here is the updated version of their sheets. The one on the front page is out of date, sorry. This one is also more easily readable!
@Goldfish, could you edit the Shadow Cloaks to 1/day in the linked sheets? That way DP can easily copy/paste these sheets into the "Mystical Subjects" section of the front page without bothering with the details when he gets the time for this later.
She used Charm Monster on Aeron. If he had PfE, it would have just ground out.
And looking at the Lure, it's a Mind-Affecting effect. Stated in the text. No dice.

"Dad?"
"When will I be emperor?"
"Over my cold, dead body."

He had already been Nixie Lured, so it would only make a difference for Aeron.Which still requires the additional roll of a CL check and giving Oberyn a full round to work with before getting neutralised. That matters.

Oberyn has a PfE amulet, as far as I'm aware. The Lure is a supernatural mind-affecting effect. Which means PfE no sells it.
