Well he is a duke of hell. The place is not exactly known for it's easy promotion ladder.

If he wants to stay a duke he has to be the meanest son of a bitch on his block, and that's just for the folks below him, the ones above him might try to take him out at any time so not only does he need to punch hard at his weight class, but he needs to be ready to punch above it.

Of course that just means that he has even more shines to skin from his corpse, if you're strong enough to survive and succeed in the attempt.
 
Let's slap a Mind Blank on Siduri and a Greater Ribbon of Disguise.

We can call her Samantha or something and try not to attract Lorthact's attention for another year or so.

Mammon in his inner sanctum is basically a god. We have a long way to go before we can challenge that.

We have a way to go before we can challenge Lorthact, too, if we want to avoid multiple deaths and a lot of destroyed gear. This dude is rocking serious SLAs and his stats are no joke. He is currently a very serious threat of causing a TPK if we face him. Siduri has the benefit of being a nomadic raider in the Plane of Fire, with no homeground to defend.

Unsure I'd wholly agree on the latter point here - fighting Mammon on his home ground seems more like a CR 35+ encounter. But it's getting closer, certainly.

I wasn't advocating to Scry & Die him immediately, but compared to the kind if people we keep intentionally pissing off, he is a chump.

Do you guys have a spare Mind Blank item? I thought you guys had handed all those out.
 
@DragonParadox, should we expect Mammon, if we decide to summon him for reagents again, packing same CR (and gear on top) as Infernal Duke, or more than it?

--[X] The ribbon is hers to keep, but the ring will have to be temporary, for now, as it is not truly ours to give just yet. She will be expected to disguise her appearance and answer to another name when in our realm, at the very least, unless she is already doing so. If she is already disguised, we need to know her real name and true appearance.
-[X] Lya would also like to offer her another guardian, to be crafted specifically for her, one which can be hidden from even those blessed with True Sight, and which can serve as both a swift blade and sturdy shield against foes such as Siduri has gathered.
-[X] Of course, we also wish to know what secrets Siduri stole from the Academy of Chains, along with all she knows of Lorthact, his agents, abilities, vulnerabilities and limitations.

Should we expect Mammon to manifest new avatar with power-levels of those of an Infernal Duke?
Or more than that?

I.e. Should we prepare for an encounter of CR of 25, or 25+ and whatever gear/abilities he will have on top?

He probably could do that whether he would risk that much of his power in an avatar Viserys is not certain.
 
People, no need to give her a Mind Blank item. She's still a powerful mage on the same ship, now under Mind Blank. It would be obvious.
 
Just went back and checked. The Shaitan Vizier, whose name I can never remember, loaned us eight Mind Blank rings. We also commissioned four more of them on the 7th day of the 8th month.

So we have eight to hand out for now and will have another four in a little over a week. We can give Siduri and Yrten Mind Blank rings if they need them and still have plenty left over. My current plan for the City of Brass infiltration only needs five Mind Blank rings for certain, but that will possibly increase over the coming months if we shift more agents to the front business in preparation for the strike against the Living Brass Forge.

I'd rather loot Greed Domain from Tiamat, actually :V

We have a decent-ish shot at looting one of her domains if we get all the gods on board next month, and then manage to take F!Aegon alive later.

...And rewire Worm to be a god-shiv for us.

Honestly, I'd be happy with whatever domain we loot from her, but Greed allows her to retain power invested in minions :/

No becoming the Concept of Greed, ya'll! That shit has metaphysical implications that would seriously alter Viserys, and not in good ways.
