When it comes to something along the lines of Organization the Fey are, well, they hate it basically.
Oh they'll use it to their advantage, but it's always for number one not the whole of the species at large. That's why they usually get pushed back to the fringes of whatever world/setting they happen to be infecting at the time.
Games of intrigue are all well and good, but that won't stop the collective boot of the Imperium being shoved up their butthole sideways.
And since they're naturally at each other's throats all we have to do is play them against each other. They'll know we're doing that of course, but certain short term pleasure always wins out over uncertain long term gain, at least in their minds.
We're basically dealing with nicer smelling Skaven here.

My best guess is that point is that their plan requires to bind the mortal lords of the Reach into their working to make the fey-reality happen.
We can easily stop that at need. Or force them to start over by following Crake's wisdom and kill Tyrell.

This is really only just one way we could stop them, although it's the most obvious and simple way to completely derail their plan to absorb the Reach. On a more institutional and phycological level we also have a clear advantage.

OG's don't know but they are excited to try, they were since we first talked to uncle in person but only now they are capable thanks to our research.
Somewhat. As far as I'm aware(?) the CotF are part-fey or have some of that in their heritage, and their seers (that make up OG's hive-mind) were mostly CotF.
