Than again, revealing to Olenna Mammon's plot that totally slipped past them might make them start reevaluating those alliances.

Outstanding Debts owed to House Tyrell Total 2,070,000 IM.
Aedon's Conspiracy (Various Lyseny houses): 350,000 IM of which
-180,000 effectively defaulted as the Houses no longer exist (though the debt could be taken on though the bank of Lys if anyone wants to claim the inheritance of those Houses)
-170,000 still owed by existing Lyseni Houses
Pentoshi Shell companies (likely fronts for Varys/Illyrio): 600,000
Dissident elements of the Red Faith (Mostly in Volantys though some of the funds have been routed though Pentoshi and Lorathy magisters and might have been spent there): 400,000 IM
Merchant Houses associated with the Harpies: 720,000 of which:
-500,000 in New Ghys
-150,000 in Yunkai
-70,000 in Mereen

Their debitors sum up to 2,070,000 IM and their creditors to 1,426,000 IM, so something is wrong with those figures.
So either the sums are wrong or they have more outstanding credits in total then you give in the sum and are missing a debt of 576,000 IM to someone.

That money is pretty much all gone, as I doubt the Slaver houses will pay a single copper back to our enemies.
That's definitely gone.
A good deal of that is likely gone, as this probably involved Varys and Illyrio helping themselves to that money again.
Since New Ghys cracked down on the harpies, this one is also likely a bust.
It never ceases to be funny when people get in debt with what is effectively us.

There has certainly been money lost like that and on bad investments but that is not included in the current sheet.

As I was reading your comments I realized I dropped a 0 on the faith debt. it should have been 430,000 bringing up the total sum owed to 1813000

Which they shouldn't, considering they are the breadbasket of Westeros and humongous in size at that.
He is losing on the order of 15,000 IM/month though that was with Garth not doing anything to curb the spending due to the devil's influence. He is hoping that now he can persuade him to spend less from now on.
