Case in point, Ned just went over the reports of the first time he gathered mages at Winterfell. We on the other hand trade favors with the Peerless Empire.

They are so far behind it's not even funny anymore and it certainly didn't help their position that we turned the Pyromancer Guild into a bonfire.
Just think. We didnt even help them that much.

On the matter of alcohol: It counts as poison and Viserys is immune to poison due to being a Dragon, even in monkey form. We can drink a keg of industrial cleaner and be right as rain.

Already forgot our plan to complain to the Lyseni that the poison named after their city tastes really bland, nothing at all like the spicy mixtures from Mantarys?
Bucket list: Drink Jetfuel

I'm also wondering why we can't hold our liquor, we have +15 Fort saves even in human form without using magic. If we go in naked we still have +12 Fort save which is still sky high for a lot of people.
It might actually be just that Viserys feels way more drunk then he actually is. Loosing control of his faculties would be something King Control-Freak would have issues with, so a light buzz might be enough to make him feel "way too drunk".

And let's be honest.
Your average office drone being angry and picking a fight after a night at the pub? No big deal.
Viserys doing the same? The death toll would be in the thousands.

Lannister is likely able to cast at least 7th level spells by now

As a Sha'ir Occultist, Lanna gains at max 6th level spells. She has access to all spells lists though, iirc. She's currently rated as 13th level at minimum, as that's when she gets access to 5th level spells. Considering that it sounds like she's been Plane Hopping, I wouldn't be surprised if she was roughly the same level as Viserys.

She'd still get bodied in a fight though, Full Caster Dragons are bullshit, let alone ones with Empire tier WBL.

We only ever heard she was a Sha'ir. There is zero information to suggest she has levels in Occultist.

Wrong Sha'ir.

She's one of these: Sha'ir – Class – D&D Tools

You're looking at the Sha'ir archetype of the PF Occultist class. Big difference.

That's the only Sha'ir I've found?

Or I could be completeley unaware of the stand-alone Sha'ir class. That's also an option.

Plane Shift at will is rather fun to imagine.

DP tries to run this quest on 3.5 material as much as possible. If someone has a Pathfinder class without having people from the thread pushing for it, I usually double check. A lot of "Pathfinder stuff" is an updated version of an existing D&D thing, keeping the same name and general concept. Not saying Pathfinder has nothing creative going on, but a lot of their classes and feats use existing D&D names where possible. I just google all ASWAH stuff with an added "3.5" at the end, just to be sure.
Example: the Dragonrider class DP wanted to give Nettles. There are two different ones with identical names in 3.5 alone, both from obscure sources!

@Azel, would you mind poking at the Umber girl for some cursory information on the Magnar's personality in preparation for impending negotiations?

Done.
--[X] We would also like to negotiate with the Magnar about a few things, so any insights into his personality and the situation of the Thenns would be appreciated. This has no bearing on our offer in any way, just a small favor she could do us, if she wants.

Thanks. :)

By the way, we shouldn't forget to hit Mors Umber with a regenerate when we have the spare time.

Also, I am a tiny bit curious on whether or not Bloodraven had anything to do with the crow that ate Mors' eye. Maybe, but probably not. Sometimes a crow is just a bird.
