Most likely not. He's...I'm not going to even try to analyse him, but simply put, using magic to heal himself like that would probably be a fracture point for his entire psyche. Would rather not go into it any further than that.
Why not? Not asking you to do it, just curious about your reasoning.

Varys turned out to be completely mental. It's a bit of a shame, but not really a surprise. His actions don't exactly scream sanity. Leaving aside his crazy game with Tiamat and Mammon, if he'd been anything other than completely nuts he'd have probably negotiated when we got him dead to rights rather than try to pull out disjunction just to fuck with us.

I think that we should either be handling Volantis issue ourselves, or warning Zherys AND Benerro (but tell Zherys first, he's sworn to us).
And maybe don't tell him who summoned the devil :D

@Azel, could you get me a recap on which devils we are leaving in place for a time being, and whom we are summoning right after we leave uncle?
I'm getting a little lost among all these intrigues of Noodle's, geez.

She's trying to judge us to see if we can be easily manipulated, not if we're the Messiah.

We know how Mel operates.

With that said, I wouldn't mind my own Yandere High Priestess in our Cult of Viserys.

I have no idea what she wants from us, but accepting us as her personal lord and saviour is one of those scenarios where she can keep her pretty head.
Sorry, but that whole setup, especially her expecting to meet us there - screams
TRAP

The one enthralling Garth the Gross in Highgarden.
The one leading the Vale cell.
The one in Volantis.

We can gain more by murdering them in other ways.

And if one escapes? Now, that just makes summoning them afterwards all the sweeter.

@DragonParadox, are there Little Birds in Essos? If so, has Bloodraven passes the intel to Viserys?

1. We'll need to handle the plot in Volantis and forewarn Zherys and Benerro
2. We'll need to personally deal with the situation in Highgarden and rescue Garth the Gross, capture the devil that was enthralling him, etc.
3. Collect the Little Birds wherever they are.
4. Collect all of Varys' older agents.
5. Gather all hidden caches that Varys has.
6. Set up things so the Royces can reclaim their Valyrian Steel blade (summon the overseeing devil first, let the Inquisition and Royces clean up the cultists after)
7. Unravel the various plots in Essos, especially the planned assassination attempts and attempts to spark rebellion against us

I would definitely leave the Vale situation and Garth for next month. None of Varys plots except the Volantis thing can be started off schedule.
