Define "things going south" a bit.-[X] If things go south, do away with any pretense and kill all the things with a Shadow of the Doom, making sure not to hit your own people by carefully selecting the affected area.
Interesting, @DragonParadox are these said creatures or something else you just used picture for?
I don't think so.
Too many things that could qualify to spell it out. The general idea is to interfere as little as possible and as much as necessary.Define "things going south" a bit.
For example if someone goes down we could just cast Close Wounds or bloodwish for Mass CLW, rather than ending the fight then and there.
We have other options.
[X] Azel
How's this?
It's less about the details, more about the idea to intervene with gradual escalation, rather than immediatly ending the fight.Too many things that could qualify to spell it out. The general idea is to interfere as little as possible and as much as necessary.
Have we been handing out our magical messenger ravens to loyalist lords?
I would note that skills don't crit fail...OOC: The reason Viserys still did not recognize the things is because he rolled a nat 1 on his knwolege check when Wyla first described them and you only get one of those per creature in any given encounter
[X] Azel[X] Put Asha in charge of this operation. You will just offer advice and render support for the remainder of the group.

-[X] Likewise, ensure that they all survive this.
It's implicit that we won't solo this encounter for them. This is their chance to look good in the eyes of their king.
We are the Backup DMNPC in this quest, so we shouldn't make the plans for them.
That is a picture of the Jabberwock, a CR 23 Fey Dragon monster.
Not explicitly, but we installed braziers in the keep of a few loyalists.Have we been handing out our magical messenger ravens to loyalist lords?

Unless you want to run with it.
@DragonParadox
About 1 1/2 years ago Dany broke free from Tiamat and since then had to sacrifice a coin to herself each day to prepare her magic.
Did she spend those on small niceties, or did she do what Azel suggested back then, gather them in a jar labeled "not Tiamat's money"?
Should be about 500 coins by now.
