He already has the Imperial Furies that are totally not devils.

@bigbow
Some more ideas:

Our Iron Golems, guarding something.

The Elemental Wyrmlings.

Moonsong and her crew?

The B-Party, Valaena and her dragon, Argo, Bronn, a few Taenas.
Missed those entirely. Speaking of constructs, I would add Three-Eyed Ravens and Dragonpens as a detail on some figures and of course Gerald and Harbinger figures.

@bigbow makes figures
Me: "Wait, magically animated figures? Won't that be incredibly expensive for the common people?"
Also me:

EDIT: @Azel, let's just use a ton or two of iron for this. We can afford it, and it's material that we'd plausibly have on hand.
No, the real problem is painting them. Will people have to paint them themselves? Is there a spell for that?

Well, after a bit of research, a regular human shaped miniature is roughly 30g, but we got a lot of much larger figures in there, so I would say 100g on average.

So we get 10,000 figures per ton of iron.

Assuming an average of 10% children in the cities (lowballing here) and assuming every one should get 5 figures, we would need roughly 250,000 figures for a single one of the Daughters. This is discounting people in the countryside entirely.

So 25 tons of steel per city on average. We got SD, Tyrosh, Myr, Lys, Braavos, Mantarys + Tolos, with the assigned amount for SD covering other locales like Naath, Henrkar and Sallosh easily.

So 150 tons of steel.

Sounds about right to you guys?

There's some cool stuff you can do with laser etching metal that can cause metals to reflect/refract light into specific colors.

Could that sort of surface treatment be dome as part of the fabricate spell? There wouldn't be any material other than the metal used for the figure ines, and it would let the figures come out already 'painted'. it would basically be shaping the surface to a very, very specific shape.

Though I guess if it IS possible, the coresponding difficulty spike in crafting check might be pretty freaking high.

Edit: also i guess you would need to explain how viserys would know about that technique as well.

Viserys: Dragon Dreams.
every single crafter ever: Bullshit!

He's a cheating cheater who cheats.
It wouldn't be implausable for some dragon of his line taking interest in crafting metal at some point

...How would this bode for this sort of action I have for these mirrors in mind?
-[] With so many magical mirrors now being ready and tightly connecting your realm, a network right at your fingertips, always ready to relay your words to all your subjects, perhaps it's time to put them to some other use also...
--[] Use 4-5 available Mirrorvision mirrors to connect Scholarum of Sorcerer's Deep, Silver Eye, Scholarum of Tyrosh, and, perhaps, Wall and Magical institution of Dornish together.
---[] Relay lectures held in Scholarum to other places, drasticaly increasing overall quality of education due to quality of teachers at SD.
I spitballed from Goldfish's statememnt on having 4-5 free at the end, but I'm not really sure just for which purposes/where are you going to station Wall and Braavos mirrors right now.

Once the festival is over, the Wall and second Tyrosh mirror can be used for this. We still need more mirrors for the Silver Eye and Mantarys though.

Dorne would be very dangerous politically if someone learns about the mirror there.

Wait a moment... @DragonParadox. One of those cities Maelor wants to help build from the ground up... It wouldn't be a rebuild by any chance, say of a city that could do with its own dedicated set or two of Titan's tools?

Basically, would Maelor be interested in rebuilding and then ruling king's landing for us? :D

But I can see this has no little to no support, so I'm not going to waste more time on this. You win, no equipment.
No, they'll be getting basic gear.
@bigbow, I would release the Companions right now since this pretty much is the birth of the Imperium. It's this huge event that will for the first time foster a feeling of we between our holdings.

Also, you are missing:
- The angelic archers who are totally not Erinyes. You can tell by the way that they look stern and fierce instead of showing cruel laughter and their equipment isn't spiky.
- The Djinn and Shaitan, allies of the Dragon.
- The Efreeti, who look like magical slaver magisters.
- Tywin Lannister, carrying bags of gold and sneering at his surroundings.
- Gregor Clegane, a grotesquely oversized and malformed knight.
- Armory Lorch, a weasely looking knight who carries some human heads on his belt.
- The underfed Westerosi peasant line, who look pretty starved and unwilling, yet carry crude weapons for their masters.
- The Unsullied, looking decently fierce, though rather weak next to the armored bulk of the Legion.
- Slave soldiers, who resemble the peasants, but have collars.
The Tywin figure needs to be shitting into a bag of gold.

You don't need one of the enchanted mirrors to send, only to receive. That means there is no need to have one in Dragon's Roost for news broadcasting. Per my promise to @egoo, there needs to be a mirror for each Scholarium branch and the Wall. I see your list has one for the Wall and Tyrosh branch of the Scholarium. We can use those you marked down for the news studio and the free floating one for other Scholarium branches. Even though the other Scholarium branches aren't quite ready to be opened, prospective students could still sit in and audit SD Scholarium lectures.

The idea of the studio is to act as a relay and to allow the anchor to interview people across the Imperium, so they very much need a receiver of their own.

The other Scholarium branches won't be operational until at the very least next month anyway and this month, tele-lectures would conflict with festival broadcasts, so I'm not seeing the issue.

Just had a thought, and I wanted to get you all know that I did so that I can get some sympathy. It hurt. A lot.

For those that are interested, not that it matters, according to Amrelath's page he can cast 4th level spells, and I think he's one level away from fifth. I suggest we either give him a set of boots of the wide earth (as I doubt he can get a fifth level caster to work with him, and size of Amrelath is a factor (then again, alter self (human form) covers that) ). Failing that, we should just say, "let us know when you reach, or are near to reaching the fifth circle, our current crafting is booked, but I'll put in some boots of the wide earth enchantment"

Thinking on it further (*instant regret*) he could just buy his own from AK or OV, I just really want him to have teleport.

That's already the plan, to add a Boots of the Wide earth effect to his Anklets once he gains the ability to cast 5th level spells. That's why I've been pushing, when the subject arises, for him to gain at least one more level as a Sorcerer.

I like him as a murderblender though :'(
He'd do so well with a Barbarian level! Or Fighter! Or Warblade!

I haven't looked closely, but does he not get power via loredrake progression, or is that tied to age? :/

Both. Loredrake simply makes the "get power through age" work a little differently (d10 HD instead of d12, and +2 levels of spellcasting compared to a non-Loredrake of equivalent age).

Ah, damm. Well, I just want him to hit fifth level spells and then I'm happy. Maybe a martial sorcerer variant that gives up familiar, just for the spell level, and then it's murder blender Amrelath out to wreck the day? :D

Or, and this might be more work than is viable, but a loredrake-minus class, so that he can level up as the class, but with slightly less hit points than as natural, and then as he ages (this is outside the time of quest, so basically fluff) he increases his hit points to proper levels for the age-controlled loredrake? Or, if he wants a personal goal, he could go for a path that ends with him having a hd dice size of normal dragons (bigger than loredrake) :D. Ritual and wishes and stuff. The kinda things a dragon tends to accumulate over time :D

But I can see this has no little to no support, so I'm not going to waste more time on this. You win, no equipment.

As has already been stated, there are plenty of people who are on board with equipping the Lath Party, myself included.

Also... The gold that we remove from the planetos economy.. can that not be spent in AK? Or possibly a city in the plane of water?

That is indeed something we have planned and it is an action lined up for this upcoming visit to AK.

And this is what's frustrating to me. With this mindset, we cannot help our own subjects to the fullest extent, simply because of a desire for Amrelath to do everything on his own. No gear, no contingency spells, nada, because it's "his party"... even though the fate of our province effectively rests on their wellbeing, and even though the Efreeti are terrifying when they move in force.

But I can see this has no little to no support, so I'm not going to waste more time on this. You win, no equipment.
Renewal Pact is expensive though, isn't it? When it comes to material components, at least.
I've got nothing against equipping them, but I would prefer if Amrelath paid for it. Or at least asked us for help :/
In any case, he's conquering on our behalf right? He'll be paying taxes. Helping him conquer is in our interest.

We should set him up with our current Plane of Fire contacts, and let him know that he can call us for any extra-juicy targets. That way he can be going around doing the drudge work, and call us (or even just a Companion or two like, say, Rina and Vee) when there's a massive prize he wants. We'd get a direct share when he calls us of course, because DRAGON.

Starting on the Teana interlude.

Sure, he would not object to it

@DragonParadox What would be our chances of convincing Teana to go on the Orb hunting expedition, after her level up to 11 has gone through, along with her new gear? I know she's risk adverse, but she's hardly a pushover at this point.
