Personally I think the whole situation is fucked beyond repair, as we got the Big Bad pulling a runner and the VIPs getting soul-shredded.

Though we got into this mess fair and square as the result of the winning vote, so...

We lost this. And now we are flailing around in denial. The only thing that truly irks me is that whoever is behind this will come for us at a inconvenient time or eat up party-time to track down.

There is a very good chance that they haven't run. They may not be able to run, if they've been using this location for centuries.

As far as "time to blow this up" plans go, having him go to his master was pretty clever.

A smart door was unforeseen but this situation isn't particularly unsalvageable.

How many Avorals did we get? Need to know for my plan.
 
It's nice to have a minor defeat for once. Viserys winning all the time gets a little annoying sometimes.
It's more satisfying when you pull a Waymar, you know. Get cut, crushed, impaled and constricted... And then rise up and tear them all apart while shouting something badass and defiant!

Let's recover from this little mishap and win anyway!

It just would be nice if the defeat had come from a genuine challenge, not us jumping the gun and acting like a oblivious murder-hobo.
 
Well, I feel like it's a bad move to not have the Erynies, but two Avorals will do.

[X] Tell the Furies to remain above ground and guard the guests, as you've been made. Shore the ceiling with a Wall of Force and have the Avorals Dimension Door, with you, past the gate.

Simple.

Reminder here that the Demon is only stunned. If we leave now, he will be up and about in a few rounds.

It has a very high Fortitude save(+15) and we've used enough Blood Wishes today that our spell DCs have been reduced by at least one point.

That's why I chose to use Freezing Glance instead, since it's Will save is only +9.

... No? The ritual was nowhere done, whatever it is is likely rushing to finish it. I doubt he did so in a round.

Don't you think I wanted to dig through the old ladies brain too? We just ended up having a very low amount of time for it and nobody came forth with any idea on how to get something worthwhile out of her.

I'm a bit confused at the salt, I did call out this as a possibility yesterday, I didn't have the time to devote to actually coming up with a plan to stop this from happening but you at least gave tacit approval to this approach in your response to Artemis1992 even while acknowledging this potential outcome in a response to myself.

The reason I wanted to get the two of them off the grounds was to ensure that they are out of the splash zone, fully expecting us to go hot after the next update.
