Well most philosopher kings get the titles in their 40s and typically don't have to help unify their kingdom, fend off hostile empires, and get it all done without sole control of all his nations resources.

Ah...wow that general must of been really bad or the alps must of been still angry when hannibal crossed and had the nerve to not die and decided to double down on this army.
Not like my plan is gonna keep the French alive. Same military options as the original plan, and it's not like learning about laws or being a better diplomat is gonna be the deciding factor in the war effort when Luciano isn't going to the field.
