Seriously, how the fuck was Aegon capable of hitting people with his sword while riding Balerion?
I think the swords only came into play when fighting other dragonriders--specifically when the dragons were grappling mid-flight. There are plenty of chances to fuck up the enemy dragon or rider during that time.

Other than that, the dragonrider mainly just focuses on controlling where the dragon directs its flames, how to dodge arrows, etc etc. You get the idea.

Also, @TotallyNotEvil, since you're the one who made the Warden of the Wilds class I guess this question is for you.

Is there any way to use Vee's summons for breeding? Because if there is then it's a crime that we haven't been exploiting it yet. We could be breeding entire stables of pegasi.

I don't know but the logistics of it must have been very weird. I mean if I was flying on a murderbeast I would like to be properly fixed on the seat, maybe I would like a spear too, to poke from my seat.

Not everyone can be Daemon Blackfyre and stab people in the eye while falling at terminal velocity :V

I mean, the effects they cause, such as damage, don't disappear, tho ongoing spell effects do.

Can you get the animal to do the deed in 18 rounds? That's 100 seconds, tho Vee has full control of them.

Would shooting up the host mare with magical fertility drugs and have the summon inseminate it count as said summon "damaging" the egg? The sperm fuses with it to become a single thing. Would it be like a poison? I'm pretty sure poisoned creatures aren't healed if the poisoneer unsummons.

This requires science!

.... Okay, we have to try this at least once. Having a magical-beast cavalry would be such a boon.

Keep in mind, a Griffon egg should be 700 IM, and a Hippogriff 400 IM, going by the official rates for those.

It's telling the costs of griffon and hippogriff eggs, and the requirements to train them, are in their default entry.

Maybe we could pick up two eggs of each on the City of Brass? Vee should have more than enough skill to determine if the egg if male or female.

We need a cooperative project with Vee and Waymar on magical fertility and growth hormones for breeding magical beasts.

Griffons are intelligent, but capable of being tamed. would make for a nice mount for really high ranking magical Knights, maybe leading a squad of hippogriffs, which aren't intelligent and much easier to handle like cattle.

And we've overlooked the obvious solution to the Gorgon: make it Waymar's mount.

Short heads up everyone, I've just sketched our current political domain into a nice infographic. Not much to see there yet, due to the small size.
Detailed write-up of the interactions later.
Thoughts or suggestions for improvement? I'm trying to balance brevety with completeness.

Griffons and hippogriffs don't hatch from their eggs fully mature and ready to ride. If we wanted to start from eggs, we'd have years of time invested in getting them ready to be useful. If ya'll actually want to go toward non-draconic flying mounts, it would be better to special order mature, trained specimens in the City of Brass. If we're willing to pay, they would be made available.

Personally, I think it would be better to enchant items with a continues fly effect (3000 IM each) and avoid the hassle of rearing them, training them, caring for them, etc. Flying mounts aren't worth the trouble unless they're gigantic fire-breathing murder machines.

Master of ships is kinda unofficially fulfilled by Moonsong
Afaik she is just a captain for us, through I wouldn't mind the promotion if she is capable and willing. Halfhand, our chief ironborn collaborator would be another candidate.

None the less, I would like to add Arms as a member anyway. Dominion over land based armed forces and probably filled by Richard for now.
Duesal pitched Tyene for Whisperers.

This is exactly the reason why I'm doing this. :p
Just the graphic and we already got minor points and adjustments.

Can you pull up a link to the original system of government? It was very neat.

Kept nobility a thing by making Admin and Law councilor a appointed position and the populace happy with a vote one, yes? One distric being 1000 people?

There was that enterprising Iron Born, whom had the foresight to know we would bag hardcore drowny followers, and made a nice show of preemptively shanking them. He would make a nice Master of Ships.

I wish Moonsong could adventure with us, or at least the B-team. A Bard can be useful, especially one so tiny.

@Duesal was so nice to dredge them back up. Second link from the top.
You actually beat me to it. I was going to hunt down every big lawmaking post later this week and put it in a single doc. (mainly for my own benefit)

I won't complain if you do it, though. :p

These are your lawmaking posts, btw.

Here's Artemis' proposal for how to regulate magic:

Here's your proposal on how to structure the guild:

And here's Redium's proposal on how to structure the guild which you based your vote off of:

That should be it for lawmaking.

And said Ironborn was Halfhand. I would really like to reward him for good service.

I still think we would get a lot more mileage out of Panacea, but this isn't a fight I'm going to win.

It should be known that I'm not above saying "I told you so" when proven right. :drevil:
