The logic behind the scrying is not a lack of trust, but to give us the chance to find her and bust her out if she gets in trouble.
That's exactly what I thought it was, too. If Azema takes it as a lack of trust -- and she really shouldn't at this point -- then we'll need to take the extra time to reassure her.

Part MXCIX: Shifting Currents
Shifting Currents

Tenth Day of the Fourth Month 292 AC

You sigh as you look over the numbers again cursing the sheer waste you can intuit in he current administration. It's not Allinor's fault, if anything she is a miracle worker to keep this town afloat and retain a modest overhead for infrastructure in spite of the fact that everyone in her employ is either crooked or just learning the finer points of administration as they go along. The ships are not bringing back nearly enough profit for your more ambitious ventures like a temple for a living good or a school for sorcery. So while Lya, Xor and Aebys continue to carefully explore the Shadow Tower and deepen their own understanding of the arcane secrets of Valyria you resolve to sell off some of your more exceptional finds from the recent expedition... painful as it is to see such relics of the Freehold pass from your hands.

Ser Richard and Vee are of course too busy beating sense into your newest subjects to come with you... though to your surprise one of the three "fettered" bull-men pleads to join you. "You have big magic," he says. "Can stop me red rage if comes. Me... I no... not want to live whole life in chains to remember. Have to be stronger." The way the horned giant struggles with with his words is as at the same time painful and heartening to hear.

Do you take the minotaur along?

[] Yes, bring the minotaur

[] No, do not bring the minotaur

Waymar and, to your surprise, Dany do not wish to see Volantis again so soon. When you ask your sister about it she looks at you gravely and explains that she just wants to do something good with her magic for once. You open your mouth to remind her of all the good she has done already, but she speaks over you. "I mean good and nothing else... no profit, no ulterior motives, just healing people because I can do it and they need it... It's nice. I have not been very nice recently."

So you smile down at her the usual pang of sadness at a childhood lost overwhelmed by the pride in her basic generosity of spirit. You ruffle her hair in parting which gets you a playful glare and a warning not to annoy the healer for "she knows just how you are put together."

Glyra is of course willing to come as is Tyene. The Dornish girl actually raises an interesting point also. You could use the opportunity to sell some of your less useful enchanted objects... and look less like a tomb robber in the process.

Do you take anything beside the grave goods to sell in Volantis

[] No, just the tomb goods

[] Yes bring something more along
-[] Write in what

OOC: Remember to use the full options, not just yes/no since that would confuse the tally program.

Bringing the Minotaur helps our image of a real mage. "Look! A monster is my loyal vassal! The things I sell really are magical!"

But I'm not sure about the second part of the vote. What else do we have to sell in Volantis? Hermantia's emerald heirlooms are far too risky to sell in that city...

Also, @DragonParadox, can we take this opportunity to pick up the Seeker?

[X] Yes, bring the minotaur
[X] No, just the tomb goods

And only because I can't t--Wait. @Azel, do you want to consider putting one of the VS weapons up for auction? This is the perfect time and place for it. Valyrian artifacts are valued in Volantis more than anywhere else in the world.

One of the fancier swords maybe. We will probably get more VS faster then a new smith.

[X] Yes, bring the minotaur
[X] Yes bring something more along
-[X] One of the Valyrian Steel longswords and two of the daggers
--[X] Try to sell them at as high as a price as you can manage -- it's not every day such rare and precious artifact goes for sale

Is a temple much more expensive than common buildings?
Yss doesn't seem like a fan of excessive bling.
I would personally prefer to find a nice cliff or out cropping for his avatar to sun itself during the day, which becomes the garden of a sizeable but modest temple building with attached graveyard.

He is a god of nature after all.

[X] Duesal

I think we will get a better price for the box on Molten Skies. Two daggers wouldn't hurt through.
