The problem is that it Doesn't stop and can't be redirected, that 's not a small problem at all.
It's not but that's still actions being taken that we don't have to take. With ISCs we will have to carve out actions. This thing would make moves. Now worst case scenario it's bum rushing an Ind Dev to the end(not sure if it is to the end or a breakpoint @HeroCooky clarify?) but that worst case scenario is not completely awful.

huh, I guess A Round Wasted is due to the opposites used? creatively using ruthlessness in its creatively and then mercy counter acting it?

Also @HeroCooky We know how to get the Dreadnaughts for the Lamenters but what do we need to do to get Librarians?

Hmmmm, Hey @HeroCooky Is there any tech in here that we have access to that deals with gravity that we can try to do a write in for?

@HeroCooky could this be used to overpowered or drain the shields of the Dutchy's Phalanx considering the jumping part of the hits and its range?

@HeroCooky how is Brans?

why are spiders specifically mentioned in regards to chad and the state its currently in?

nothing bar a greater deamon or the like can even start to affect our people.
Please number your questions and put them at the end of your posts if they are so long, as I won't be able to answer them if they arent.

1. Exchange "Round" for "Bullet" to get the meaning.
2. Not hoover up all all the Psykers that pop up and aren't Chaos Corrupted.
3. You already possess artificial gravity technology.
4. Yes, like any weapon. Just with more oomph due to being an Artillery piece.
5. Tech-ing up and industrializing like all other Black Ash Clan worlds.
6. Because on that world in Gigachad, 80% of its Fauna is spiders.
7. No. To quote myself;
HeroCooky said:
All your people are passively immune to Light Chaos Corruption (Powered Chaos Sigils, Turbulent Warp Travel, Short-Term Daemonic Contact). This can be upgraded.
(Warning: Trait only applies to believers of the Star Child and will not extend to non-converted populations.)
@HeroCooky should Qulach's Forge still be a colonising target now it is being terraformed?
Yes, because it amuses me, and you could still decide to get a Deathworld for training purposes.
Hold on....what? Cause what I am basically hearing is that if it does an Ind Dev it will keep doing them until it reaches 20? That it won't stop at just the next increment? Did I get that right?
No? It would start a Civ Inf Dev Action, take four Turns, and then, after completing that level, roll for its next Action again. Which would also increase the cost to All X by 6-9 Actions by triggering the next evolution of [Slumbering Giant] once you have any other Dev Level at 14. Assuming you plan perfectly and have the discipline for two Full Dev Turns in a row.

Ahh so it's only with Civ Dev where we are cooked…I can live with those odds.

Second question. Can the Incorprated fleet merchants ISC's construction projects give us dev points or is it just narrative?

Well, that odds is a 1-in-5 to roll dev, and then a 1-in-6 to roll Civ. Those odds are higher than I'd be comfortable with myself.

And no clue, you'd need to vote for the trait of that ISC if it is chosen should the ISC option win.

I mean yes. Those odds are concerning once you get past hurdle 1 but till then you still gotta, you know, roll dev. It could hit any other project in that given time which still satisfies the "Giving us breathing room elsewhere" aspect.

Edit: And yeah makes sense

I am disappointed that boring discounts to infrastructure are winning over spitting Chaos in the eye and starting a slow grinding war against Warhammer 40k itself.

Because each world that is Hallowed? Becomes another bright spot in a terrible galaxy. Another place free of taint of Chaos. Another paragraph in story of the universe that speaks of a kinder world. A small part of the Warp that is no longer theirs to rule.
One world per turn for us, five for galaxy as a whole.

A blessing for everyone, made from a Blessed turn. Imagine the traits that may come from that further in! We could make very Void between stars shine with Star Child's kindness!

So I was looking in the Void Ship Construction page, and I found our new 3 DP equipment
[High-Explosive/Armor-Piercing/Cluster Munition] Macron-Cannon Shells - A singular upgrade to all Macro-Cannons weapons on a ship, allowing them to load High-Explosive Shells to pepper a foe's ability to resist future attacks and blanket already existing wounds with ferocious explosions, Armor-Piercing Shells to punch through even the hardiest armor at the cost of raw damage output, or Cluster Munition Shells to split the fired shells into multiple projectiles that are far more likely to absolutely wreck a ships sensors, turrets, and assorted external equipment. (1 DP per Store.)
Lance Scattershot Lens - Who cares about beam-coherence if you can dump all that energy into one of your foes at short range instead?
Looks good. Was kinda hoping for the Scattershot Lens to be able to hit multiple targets at once, but whatever.

Then I took a look at my beloved….
Auto-Loaders - Machines that automatically reload Macro-Cannons and Missile Systems instead of having the ship rely on gunnery gangs to do so. Increases reload of all physical munitions by 50%. [+1 DP Doctrine Penalty]
:cry: :cry::cry::cry::cry::cry::cry::cry::cry::cry::cry::cry::cry::cry::cry::cry::cry::cry::cry:

Unacceptable! I now again demand we standardize Autoloaders!

Fuck it, fine.

[X] Hallowed Worlds

Ugh. We're never getting All-X, this better pay out.
Oh we are not for sure. Irritating though it may be. In fact I have my doubts we will even see like an X for Heavy Industry for how much people hate the "Numbers go up" strategy but I am gonna hold and honestly numbers be damned I am going to be annoying of y'all about doing numbers go up every turn because frankly we can do 33 actions of Dev.

[X] Plan: Wildcat Traders and Tramp Freighters.

I'm just really annoyed that we aren't investing heavily in automating ship production. Imagine having a full SBG being built every turn/decade... Unfortunately, with the way that the auto-ticker is designed we can't set it to slowly make larger ships. Really don't know why HeroCooky didn't make it an additive point based production system.
