What we're doing would cause them to create a coalition to deal with our upstart nation. Then, they allow each other military access so they can send all their troops down into Italy and crush us like ants.

[X]Senator Octavian Ottorus of Milan: A Republican who gained this position because everyone couldn't stand him in the Senate, chosen for his eccentricities and because the rest of his parties and the Senate believe he is putting far too much stock on radical ideas that would see the nation bankrupt. He is eccentric, yes, but no one ever doubted his oratory skills, his keen mind for detail… now if only he could see that he needs to remain focused on his duties, instead of flights of fancy and ideas that… irritate you to no end. You have never seen a genius like him so interested in politics though, and that counts for something.
