since I think Raising the Bastion is more in line with how Ling Qi has defined herself being about Communication.

For everyone that's voted for the full version of We Are But Ripples, rather than just the name, I've modified it to include the 10% bonus from the Greater Argent Vent (while still being doubled), which has been confirmed to apply to the Void concept. This is just a matter of more optimal site allocation, so I haven't spun off a new version of the plan. The updated version is as follows:
