Grand Army of the Republic: A Star Wars Plan Quest

What does Outside Expertise actually do? Does it add to our Admin dice rolls, or does it give us more Admin dice to play around with, or is it a pre-requisite to open up certain options? Also, does the cost of Outside Expertise go down with a higher Dice, or go up? We are talking about an action here that seems to eat 8 Exposure and 5 Sith Support here, and this seems like a massive expenditure here.
I am not the QM, I dont know what specifically Hiring Outside Expertise does, but I have trust in him that it will be worth the 5SS and 8E.

Our clones are do to reach combat age either at the end of this quarter or the end of the next one. Having a planetary sheild in place and a planetary defense network will allow us to simulate realistic orbital naval combat drills without spooking the kaminoans. We can also give them practice running boarding operations and capturing/Defending such networks themselves for assets they need to take intact such as shipyards and orbital communication hubs, without disrupting the production on our shipyards. We have a massive facility surplus and our loggistics is handled for now by our yearly surplus. We can afford to take a turn off to get rudimentry defenses that will be a boon to practical training in place.

We are only slightly bellow reaching our goals for bombers. Local development will be sufficient provided we start early enough. Otherwise complete harbinger and the next level of starfighter as well as minimal progress towards more local shipyards.

4 dice should complete our next level of expansion, 3 Dice should complete 2 phases of production, bringing both to phase 10, which we now need to reach our qouta.

We will likely need more trainers soon as I expect more courses to pop up relatively soon, and it would be wise to gain a surplus in preparation for more clone expansion in cycle 3. Obviously we are finishing commandos.

3 on low light and mutation fix to finish them as quickly as possible. With the clones aging 4 times as fast as regular humans every quarter we don't complete this is a years worth of mental development without without sound or sight that will impede our clones attempts to adapt to having them. Lowlight I just want out of the way so we can focus on phase for enhancement projects. Last die in mental because it's the obvious choice.

2 should be enough for outside expertise. Our previous rolls on this benefitted us greatly, but no need to go overboard. AT-TE because I'm stobborn. Warrior because it's the best damn ship we have and I'm annoyed at the complete lack of capital ship expansion. Mandal motors because I'm hoping for a sturdier option for troop transport than the assault ship, and with the AT-TE roll gauranteed to succeed it might be enough to bring us up to snuff on the heavy vehicle production. If this succeeds in the roll department we would be on course to complete all but 2 of our goals, which will be easily solved in the comming quarters, allowing us to focus more on the tactical specification of the GAR and it's functionality as an army. Finally burying secrets 2 dice because we should have a lot more dice to throw at it in the coming turns.

Unless the QM is using old names and costs for new actions it will be hero unit recruitment. Most likely due to constant questions if we will have a second chance at Zam Wesell.

Or at least she does a good enough job of acting like a sane, civilised person when the situation calls for it.

Without any other prospects, he should be amenable to moving to Kamino.

Still, Yalla has proven herself to be talented and potentially very useful to this project.

Full agree on this- even with a large amount of faciltiies we can burn through that quick and going 2 dice on the per turn means we are almost 100% guaranteed to finish. 3 dice on experts because bonuses are great, and heavy on burying on exposure because we need to keep under 25.
 
@Oshha A question about our research options. How many phases are there in the Enhancements paths (Mental/Endurance/Reflex)? If I remember correctly it was mentioned we need to finish the existing projects before it will unlock new special projects along the lines of Low Light Vision? Also is there an age cutoff for the upgraded Slowed Ageing before the clones can't get it?

You need to finish all of the existing exotic projects to unlock more of them.
Also is there an age cutoff for the upgraded Slowed Ageing before the clones can't get it?
No though it will obviously have less of an effect as the clone gets older as it doesn't undo any increase ageing that has already taken place.

[] Equipment Specialists
There are plenty of people who make basic equipment for others to buy out there. In most areas, the Kaminoans have a lack of expertise so make up for that by hiring some of these people to work for you.

Just want to single this option out but this seems like something that should be done eventually.

Also want to bring this up and I'm unsure if it was ever brought up before, but feels like the administration category at least could be helped by the use of spoilers or maybe a sub-catagory for actions such as Expanding contracts. To me it seems like some other things can be lost among the multiple Expanding ones....Not sure about anyone else though.
