Made battles play nice with the new tick system and added some event logging for the battles. Things now look much cleaner. Instead of spreading themselves thin, the devils now escalate most of their skirmishes into full blown battles, dealing heavy damage against isolated units and tearing them down one by one. I can't post too many days worth of fighting due to post size limitations, but here are the first 10 days showing this unfolding and the 30th day of the same simulation, with barely anything left to oppose them.
@Artemis1992, this is what I meant with "it's kinda working as intended". As they fought earlier, it made sense for the Devils to not put much of a dent into the undead hordes. Now that they actually capitalize on their openings, the undead prove about as little of a challenge for them as expected.

@Goldfish Just spitballing ideas, it'll have to wait before I can find time to sit down and really get down to the brass tacks like I did for Waymar.
In hindsight, not every character might be as easy to think of thematic options as Waymar, but I want at least five unique 'steps' on the path, even if it's mostly refluffed and slightly altered options already inside of Mythic Heroes. The benefit of doing this is so that there's some room for customization and mechanical utility along the way, but for the most part an appropriate set of Mythic abilities that suit the character are available.
Malarys -- Path of the Prosecutor
2nd MR) Convert spell slots to the appropriate Dispel of that subject level, adds certain Sorcerer/Wizard Dispel effects to his class spell list as Divine casting spells, and can act during Surprise Rounds.

Garin -- Path of the Darkstalker
1st or 2nd MR) Mythic Spell Lore? (idea the 1st: Implacable Pursuer, giving the caster the option to freely use non-Mythic ward bypassing Scrying on the target.)

He can apply 1 Major Darkmark per Tier and 10 Lesser Darkmarks per tier.
The mark allows him to communicate with the target telepathically, know their exact location even off Plane or behind non-Mythic Divination Wards or Mythic Wards created by a character of lesser MR than he.
He knows the Plane of the person bearing a Major Darkmark. He can track a person with a Lesser Darkmark only while they are on the same Plane. The Major one appears as a visible stigma, however, and is really hard to get rid of unless he revokes it.
The lesser one is easier to get rid of, but can effectively hide in a person's shadow like a Umbral Spy. It can be found if you know what you're looking for, requiring a difficult Knowledge (Arcana) check, likely also requiring a difficult Spellcraft check to actually get rid of it.
He can transfer any Curse or Buff to those bearing his mark, or split the duration between multiple characters arbitrarily, only so long as they have a duration.
If it has no duration, he can only transfer the entire effect to a single character.
Would have to roughly define what constitutes a buff probably by School (someone with more mechanical knowledge than me would know what is fair and balanced), while Curses would explicitly be any effect typified as a retributive or sympathetic component (hair, blood, bone, etc.) spell specifically targeting Garin, as that has to accede to the fact that DP is more loose with those types of effects rather than hard and fast. There are some spells which explicitly require those things, but he does far more shennanigans with rituals and Godly Oomph. Yes, Garin can transfer Godly Oomph onto another person. It's his grand trick. If you really want to smite him, he better be inside of your Divine Realm, or it's not gonna happen so long as he has active Marks. Or you kill all of the people he marked. Would have to roughly define what constitutes a buff probably by School (someone with more mechanical knowledge than me would know what is fair and balanced), while Curses would explicitly be any effect typified as a retributive or sympathetic component (hair, blood, bone, etc.) spell specifically targeting Garin, as that has to accede to the fact that DP is more loose with those types of effects rather than hard and fast. There are some spells which explicitly require those things, but he does far more shennanigans with rituals and Godly Oomph. Yes, Garin can transfer Godly Oomph onto another person. It's his grand trick. If you really want to smite him, he better be inside of your Divine Realm, or it's not gonna happen so long as he has active Marks. Or you kill all of the people he marked. Rather than adding additional Sor/Wiz-specific Dispel effects, what if we kept the ability to convert prepared spells into the appropriate Dispel of that level (Dispel Magic, Greater Dispel Magic, Chain Dispel, etc) and had this ability add an additional bonus to Dispel checks equal to Malarys' Mythic tier? That would be very fitting for him, IMO, and would make his Dispels even more powerful.
I was hoping for Garin's first Path ability to be a variant of the Supreme Stealth ability.
@DragonParadox didn't reply to my question earlier, but I don't think he would have a problem with Garin being able to hide from Lifesense. Between his other stealth-oriented abilities, including Darkstalker that already allows him to hide from Blindsight/Blindsense, Scent, and Tremorsense, and his semi-vampiric nature as a Dhampir, being able to spoof Lifesense would be very fitting. With Mind Blank no-selling Mindsight, that pretty much covers all of the bases for easily detecting Garin. Good fit for the Path of the Darkstalker, eh?
I was also thinking about having Garin use his first Mythic feat to pick up the Dual Path ability so he could gain one of the Archmage Arcanas.
Wild Arcana really wouldn't be a bad choice for Garin, even though his available spell lists are fairly limited. The Assassin list caps out at 4th level and the Teflammar Shadowlord list is even shorter. Between those two lists are a lot of really good spells we've had to skip over for Garin, and many of them would significantly enhance his abilities in one way or another.
It would be limited to his own spell knowledge, but there are other benefits. Not only would he be able to cast any of his spells as a Swift Action using this, even those that can't normally be Quickened (Implacable Pursuer, for example), they also force non-Mythic targets to save twice and take the lower result and allow for two attempts to overcome SR.
This is just a solid increase in Garin's melee ability, and the same reason we picked it for Waymar. Being able to sacrifice a 4th level spell slot to gain a +8 attack bonus and inflict +8d6 damage on an extra attack is a significant DPS increase for Garin.
Of these three, I would lean toward Wild Arcana. All three of them are good, but Wild Arcana really increases his repertoire.
Garin doesn't need to be inherently linked to the Imperium quite so strongly as Viserys. Limiting him to using an ability like that to the Imperium's borders would be an annoying handicap.
Given Garin's prowess with short-ranged Teleportation effects (his Flicker SLA, Shadow Jump power, Dimension Door spell) and his longer range power (Shadow Walk SLA), a Path ability which simply allows him to duplicate Greater Teleport and Plane Shift by expending Mythic Power doesn't seem out of the question, IMO.

I only suggested within the Imperium because I felt like I was already pushing it by suggesting a Greater Teleport ability. I wouldn't mind ditching the handicap.
