I don't remember what happened to the chanelas in the original show. After Moon smacked the youma and purified the owners, what happened? Did they disappear? Turn into fluffy bunnies? Were forgotten by the production crew? Because apparently the cops have a herd of them quarantined somewhere in the quest, and I'm a little paranoid as to what they might get up to.

That's... an alarmingly possible take on it, now that I think about it.
Although as Luna pointed out, one of the strongest forms of mind control is to delude the victim about a few key facts and fog their wits about the issues surrounding them. In which case Jadeite wouldn't be under active mind control at times like this, but there'd still be something for us to forcibly cluebat out of him with purification magic.

As discussed, we can replace Rei as Manager when Alice becomes available in a week or two. I'm for it. Looking at the options, this indicates that Rei's statline is...
Diplomacy 10-14 (higher than I thought)
Martial 11 (low side, maybe Rei has a Prowess trait? Then again, her untransformed ofuda-fu is only good for so much)
Stewardship 15 (very high by our standards; Rei is probably familiar with politics and the logistics of shrinekeeping)
Intrigue 8 (meh)
Learning 10-13 (lower than Usagi's 13)
So she's fairly well balanced, surprisingly strong in Diplomacy and surprisingly (to me) weak in Martial.

So, they haven't figured out much relevant about the Dark Kingdom (though Kimiko can probably tell them a lot). They won't have found the clock shop. They're definitely not learning much about Pretty Cure's whole... thing... which is probably a pity from their perspective because while it hasn't caused a lot of casualties it's caused a lot of conspicuous property damage by being a GIANT RAINBOW LASER that appears to be bombarding Tokyo from space or something.
Honestly they probably think the whole talent show thing was mostly Pretty Cure, simply because while we were able to keep our involvement kinda sorta low-key with Alice's help, Pretty Cure went and blew a giant hole in the ceiling by using SCHOOLGIRL HANDHOLDING RAINBOW POWER indoors for the first time.
Anyway.
OK see, now that was clever of the cops. I've been talking about this for a while- mortals can fuck up Dark Kingdom operations even without having to outfight a youma.
Wait, who's "Collateral" again? Oh, right, that's Saito, the other guy who manifested magical abilities during the Cafe raid (see "Kimiko Quest").
Well, he's a telekinetic/brute type, as I understand it, and... um, come to think of it, Rabbiroo isn't the canon youma from that episode. No idea where Lunaryon found them. Anyway, they rolled... poorly, not well enough to handle Saito, and that left the SAT to mop up a bunch of killer demonic bunny rabbits. The kind that doesn't get cast in Monty Python skits.

Poor Usagi. On the other hand, this is fixable.

...Usagi can Moon Tiara Stardust this problem. That is actually literally the only thing Moon Tiara Stardust was used for in canon as I recall. And [] Visit brother in hospital is definitely an action we can take. We can do something about this. Maybe on a larger scale.
Sadly, the cops aren't handling this as smoothly as we might.

They could have rolled a one-in-a-trillion "twelve straight 10's" roll and they still would have lost that one.
Also, it's very likely that the radio show being shut down won't cure the victims. We have got to get into a position to Moon Tiara Stardust harder.
Plus at this point the 'council' titles are very much informal. Luna isn't actually doing anything as Spymistress except, y'know, being Luna. Naru isn't consciously 'Chancellor of the Moon Kingdom,' she's Usagi's best friend who does favors for her. Ami isn't our Grand Magister intentionally, she's just Ami-ing. About the only person who might on some level be conscious of having a 'job description' lined up with the nominal Council role is Makoto, who may feel at least some obligation or interest to see to it that Usagi gets some better martial arts training.
So there's not a lot to explain to Rei, the way I see it.
If Usagi even knows where the radio station is (and she probably actually does, since she was planning to write them a letter once), then even at Sailor Moon speeds...
Wait. She can teleport.
On the other hand, she'd be going in alone without support and none of her allies would know she was there unless she got very lucky with her rescue beacon (and, say, Ami was still awake).
This would be a very dangerous situation for Sailor Moon to get into.
@Lunaryon , it occurs to me that Sailor Moon going in might not actually be out of the question, so I wanted to mention this, but I don't know what to make of it myself.

So on the Discord, @Lunaryon stated that there will be two new positions, one of them definitely being established when Alice finishes forming the new company.
Alice will insist Usagi to have a physical trainer, and will build training sites. So basically an advisor position focused on Prowess.
There will be also a Royal Confidante position, basically a Secretary as well. That position will give 5% bonus of their stats to Usagi, and put more organization, making turns last two weeks instead of one.

I thought Usagi needs to visualize how a place looks like in her mind for her to successfully make that jump. For example, I know what the address for the regional passport office is because I had to send in my decennial renewal, but without Google Maps I have no clue what the building looks like or how the street it's on appears.

I suspect something weird is going on here.
Zoisite is mentioned a couple times but gender only (potentially) comes up twice. First we have this Youma:
while not always the case "master" is generally used to refer to males.
More importantly if we look at the update itself Jadeite starts to refer to Zoisite as female but suddenly shifts to male just like he does for Mask/Endymion:

Well have to wait and see for more details. My early guess though is that Zoisite is transgender but Beryl didn't approve, perhaps not wanting another girl near her love, and decided to "fix" that as part of the mind control package. Mostly because I've seen that plot in a Sailor Moon fic before, though I couldn't tell you which one.

JSDF is going to get involved, probably. This is the fourth SAT raid. So far they've had two successes and three massacres of the team.
Again, Jadeite would almost certainly have teleported out instantly if he'd thought he was about to eat five elemental blast attacks and a Moon Tiara Action.
I suspect that Sailor Venus will have a high enough Martial stat that we will have to very seriously consider whether she or Sailor Jupiter should be our Trainer. Makoto probably has the higher Prowess stat thanks to the Junoesque trait, sure... But Minako almost certainly has the top level of the Tuning trait (which turns some of the Prowess boost from the transformation into a permanent Martial increase), and is fairly likely to have some kind of 'veterancy' trait that would almost certainly go to Martial instead of Prowess. Or so I'd expect.
So depending on the special benefits (which vary from character to character) we may very well want to swap Venus and Jupiter out in that slot.
The cops may be afraid to kill the chanelas for fear that the victims will be hurt by it. They have no idea how to cure curse victims, and while "blow up the youma" MAY work, they're taking their youma alive amazingly.
I don't think we can easily convince them that the magic pot works.
This is the first time Usagi's tuned into the radio show in several days, possibly a few weeks. Two weeks ago was the middle of our first full turn. Meanwhile, we first got confirmation that Jadeite was the one running the Dark Kingdom's Tokyo operations in the middle of last week. It is entirely possible that Luna has literally never heard this radio broadcast since that time. Has not had it called to her attention that "Jay Dite" is the guy running the show. And she certainly wouldn't recognize Jadeite's voice, because she wasn't in the pocket dimension with us and I don't think she was inside the talent show conference center, either.
...Oh. Oh shit.
It's inside Tokyo and Usagi hopefully knows the address, because she was planning to mail a letter there.
She could teleport to the top of a skyscraper, home in on the general area, and make it in a few short hops; we've seen her navigate Tokyo that way to visit Makoto.
But it'd still probably take her longer to get there than it would for Jadeite to kill a dozen SAT troopers if he's so inclined.

I don't mean to be argumentative, but it strikes me as a bit strange that Stubborn is not only a Stewardship trait, but a very good Stewardship trait.
I know that's how it works in Crusader Kings 3, mind you... but in Crusader Kings 2 it was a hybrid -1 Dip +1 Stew +3 (Prowess-equivalent) trait. And honestly I would think it would affect fighting at least somewhat.

Maybe Venusians just had a proud tradition of cosplay? Sailor Venus was Princess Serenity's body double, and Zoicite (who we know is "Zoicite of Venus" in this quest from the whole thing with Vajra) impersonated Sailor Moon in one episode of the old anime as part of a trap.

I imagine by the time we get there, even with teleportation, we'll be more useful as a healer. Calling Makoto and/or looking up the address of the radio station aren't instant and combat is fast.
