@Alucard Vampiry What can we expect from the Bretonnian nobility? Will they act like typical Honor Before Reason idiots they are stereotypically depicted as, zealots that will fight us to the death thus saving us the trouble of having to purge them later or something else?

No one bothers to cast Daemonbane on the Champion or The Hands of Karkora on the Nurgulite Wizards?
I'll edit in Daemonbane. The hands of Karkoa cost 30 so I'm not going to use them since I want us to have some mana left.

Edit: I'm going to put both of them in. For some reason I though we only had about 100 mana

The wizards are being handled by our Dragon Lords and I think the Chaos Lord would need to be possessed for the Daemonsbane to work on him, in the description it says that it throws the daemons back into the warp, plus I don't want to cast too many spells at once, we will need some reserves if the Duke decides to be an idiot

We don't know how strong our dragon lords are yet so we shouldn't assume they can take on the wizards.

Shem's burning gaze, curse of ages, Daemonbane, winds of death, Invocation of Nehek, Abullas Snare, and Hands of Karkora=100/208 spent on my plan. I think your plans amount is less than mine so we are doing fine on mana. You are probably right about daemonsbane but if that is the case in character we probably know it won't work and thus probably won't use it.

daemonsbane would work on whatever hordes of daemons the nurglites have summoned to their aid.

[X] Plan: Undead March

i hope you are planning on using a similar reason to why I'm throwing the chaff undead head first into the chaos horde right? Skeletons and zombies come at a dime a dozen...

In the scene during the Part 1 when they are introduced it says that they are strong enough, that when we become an intermediary tier God they ascend to Daemon Princedom
Edit: Besides they ARE former Grail Knights, if they couldn't deal with a single sorcerer that in addition has his casting continuously interfered with by 5 other magic users, I will be sorely disappointed

[X] Plan: Undead March
-[x] Cast Call of Vanhel on our undead forces before the attack and then open up with Shem's burning gaze through their forces. Then use curse of ages on the Nurglite forces, use Daemonbane on the champions(If it will work on them), and Hands of Karkora on the chaos wizards.
-[x]Have our Dragons do a fly by of Nurglite forces and continue to provide air support after.
-[x]For each Nurglite wizard 5 of our Necromancers run interference while Nidhogg, Dragoth, Drakon, Galkrond and Fafnir deal with a wizard each if the hands of Karkoa didn't take them out.
-[x] Druk goes to the Duke with an honor guard of 2 Storm Dragons riding on his own Emperor Storm Dragon, to convince him to not attack us and if he succeeds to try to get him more willing to listen to us after the battle and more receptive to our words
-[x]We go to deal with the Chaos Lord, we get to him by riding a doom fire dragon. While riding the dragon to him cast winds of death on the opposing army if there is enough time and use Abullas Snare on the Chaos Lord once we see him.
-[x]The Necromancers and wizards not interfering with the Chaos Wizards support our undead and beasts attacking the army.
-[x]Have 300 of the fire dragons standing by for an ambush(hidden above the clouds) if the duke or his forces try to attack us.
-[x] After the battle is over provide relief and healing for those who need it after talking to the duke personally to ensure we won't be attacked by his forces.
This is my plan currently. I'm tired so I might have missed some stuff. Can anyone think of anything else to put in?

You didn't specify who to use Shem's Burning Gaze on or who will our Necromancers leading the army attack
I have reworded it to make it clearer now. Thanks.

I still think its worth doing, if only because it's quicker. They would still have to fight through their army to get to them after all.

thats why their doing drive by's with dragons and are supported by litteral hundreds of thousands of undead.

we outmass these guys so hard its not even funny.

the only question is how long our necromancers can keep dispelling all their bullshit before the former grail knights can get to them.

-[x] Cast Call of Vanhel on our undead forces before the attack and then open up with Shem's burning gaze through the nurgle forces. Have our undead and dark beast army attack the nurgle army.

The duke of Lyonesse is not that much of a zealot like many other dukes and knights (thought to be fair enough trauma and facts can be used to break their indoctrination), but he would be definitely against the new order and religion.
So @Alucard Vampiry i would like my +5 to be used on the battle turn
Very well.

excellent...time to break a man of indoctrination and his old faith in a false goddess of man. plus the sheer bullshit of our forces should overwhelm the nurgle wizards and champion as we fuck him up.

also if we do capture him, lets execute him after reading out his crimes to "Our" lands. make it a small spectacle while insuring he cant speak. and of course make sure to burn/crush his soul to oblivion so nurgle cant get him back.

It would be a good way to show the people of Brettonia that we have every intention to keep them safe as well as exercise our power to show that we have the strength to back it up

Also @Alucard Vampiry Why are we referred to as a dark god? The only ones in the setting that I can think of called that are the Chaos Gods and I'm not comfortable with the association

no kidding, and also the reason were afiliated with the darkness is because of the emperor of the dead, the father of the night, ect. Also in primordial times BEFORE the old ones came to malleus (aka warhammer fantasy world), the planet was dimly lit by the sun and it was a hell-hole of a death-world filled with lava rivers, volcanos, primordial glaciers, covered in storms of ice, fire, and A SHIT TON of dragons, dragon ogres, beasts that make thunder lizards from the lizardmen look nice in comparison (the thunder lizards are herbies...), and wicked fucking elderitch civilizations that got culled by the lizardmen/old ones when they came.

Through all that, dragons were top fucking game back then, also probably allot more powerful then they were since the polar gates were erected and subquesently shattered by the chaos gods.

@Alucard Vampiry How strong are the God-beings of Warcraft (Titans, The Light, Sargeras and the Burning Legion, The Darkness, Old Gods, Azeroth itself, Loa etc.)? Edit: The Dragon Aspects and the Lich King too, from the obvious ones

This is complicated, but I have already done a chart of the power levels of a few warcraft beings: The Titans (Minor gods in power); The Light (Overgod); The Void (Overgod); Azeroth (Intermidiate Goddess in power level), and that's it before i update the chart.

Epic: The dragon aspects are bit hard to classify, and I am still deciding on their power level, same with lich king (merged and not merged with arthas).
