Can we bring more to kislev or give them food or lumber or metal etc. They need all the help they can get.

[x] Provide Help ─ The part of his army that is in Kislev will destroy the greatest Holdouts of forces of chaos and he will provide economical and humanitarian aid to Kislev with Dracul having all the power on the amount sent towards Kislev.

I hope the added vote made it in

Thing is I don't think it was needed at all, if we put enough resources into kislev they would have pretty much added dracul to the pantheon anyway just from the sheer amount of aid we can bring in…you guys really underestimate just how much land we have for cultivating crops, beasts, luxury goods, mines, and quarry's.

Let me put it this way, it took only 5-10 years (around 2 turns) or so to fully equip our undead legions in actual armor and having decent weaponry.

Ten different operatives died to bring me this information.

Name: Ares Baen. The Blood Soaked Short Stack. The Scarlet Duelist.

Type: Vampire. Blood Dragon.

Location: Undead Fleet known as Skylla.

Physical description: Ares is a young man of short stature with an exceptionally muscular build. He has dark green eyes and messy, dark blond hair with bangs in front of his forehead. The rest of it seems to naturally spike up from around his head. When he fights his eyes turn to a dark red. He keeps his hair together with a black headband, which has the symbol of the Blood Dragons on it. He has numerous scars all over his body from strenuous physical training and dueling when he was alive. Why he has retained them is believed to be because of personal preference. He wears a black, tight-fitting shirt that covers most of his torso save for some of his chest. It is open in the middle and has the symbol of the Dragon on the right side. Ares also wears a pair of black, high-waisted pants lined with red that are tucked into knee-high boots and a large, brown, double-pronged belt wrapped around his waist. On his back he carries a rather large runed sword as his main weapon. Large as in it appears to be as long as he is tall while being several hands thick.

Personality: Ares is a loud and exuberant being. Seeming to practically thrum with energy with a cheerful tinge to his behavior. Seeming to put a great deal of effort in to everything that he does. It can be considered endearing on its own. This however conceals his darker more violent side. A sizable appetite for blood resides deep within him. Even more than is usual for vampires. He revels in conflict and especially in duels. Like all Blood Dragons he seems to seek out challenges of martial prowess. He seems to luxuriate in the violent clash of skill between opponents. In particular he seems to seek out elite forces wherever he can.

History: A scion of a noble house that fell to darkness. He fell due to his personal love of battle. Not being content to sit back like most leaders he wanted to be in the thick of it. He wanted to be out in person spilling the blood of his foes. Normally such sentiments would bring about the fall to the Blood God. It was the Dragon who would claim him however. Granting him vampirehood and all the powers that come with it. His new found bloodline being that of the martial Blood Dragon.

He became a champion for the dark god. Bringing many souls and much blood to the Dragon. He was rewarded with immense physical power and a sizable resistance to arcane powers. Allowing him to use his absurd weapon with ease and quickly over power many foes. Culminating in his slaying an Astartes champion.

@Alucard Vampiry is the harem thing a joke harem or is it real? If real I vote adding Myrmidia and Shallya to the list to get support from empire and Tilea/Estalia. I'm asking since I don't remember if we decided to make it real or just fluff.

its more of a fun poking at dracul with the harem antics...issue is he is a widower, as in he watched both his wife (with possible unborn child) and his parents from his old estate before he became a vampire burn to ash and the foundations, accidently taking out his "sire" who made him the way he was to get the hell out of dodge and slow down the witch-hunter chasing after it...issue is...well witch hunters arent exactly good at their job since any rando can put on some stupid hat and get a crossbow and start proclaiming people witches.

needless to say as a ridiculously powerful light mage (Qm has stated that if he had remained mortal he would have eventually moved to the empire and became a literal god of fucking light in the empire), he got the short end of the stick.

as the players we didnt learn this untill later on when the QM and us all poked fun at the diffrent people/godesses that would see dracul as a intresting companion if not mate. That is all 50 lahmein ladies, some of the judges, and potentially Shallya. Myrmidia, well in her turf of estalia (or was it tilea?) we got about 10% of their numbers of one of the nations worshiping us in some fashion or another.

thus things get crazy, and potentially if we get cathcay and nipon, we would become a intermediate god, which case things go balls to the walls faster then we players would like, even after this first war of the everchosens war on the world, we may be seeing the khornate fleet either try hitting our shores, or the elven nation to disrupt the ritual there.

neither are good options, good news is that we have all the sea dragons in the oceans, and they are nasty fuckers.

Myrmidia was trying to unight Estalia/Tilea and she came damn close to making them one nation. Stupid skaven. Hmmm but we can make it joke/real to add more fluff to the story. Like after we leave the planet we can make a pantheon and have goddesses be certain parts of it or have certain harem members be leaders of certain things. Like one is leader of all medical stuff, two leaders for all spys/assassins, another for interrogation, or one for research.

Eh we might drag the pantheon with us as we go full 40k…though the issue with that is 40k is hyper lethal for minor gods and at minimum requires intermediate god-hood to not get mulched by the four now five asshats of the warp.

Ten different operatives died to bring me this information.

Name: Audrey Seran. The Tiny Terror. The Masked Beast.

Type: Vampire. Strigoi.

Location: Civilized World Auden.

Physical description: Audrey is small woman at only five foot three in height. She has pale blue eyes that can be described as eerie. Long white silver hair falls down to her shoulders. Lightly pointed ears emerged from her pale locks. A small button nose completes her face. Pale pink slightly full lips. Fairly full figured in terms of general shape. Lightly muscled from training regiment when she was human years ago. Skin is extremely pale to the eye. Seeming to almost glow in the right lighting. Altogether she appears almost doll like in form. Seemingly harmless to the unwary.

Her outfit normally consists of dark colors ranging from black to dark blue. Her standard where is a black jacket that wraps around her torso and has sleeves down to her wrists. Her legs are clad in pants of the same color with her feet in heeled boots. On top of her yet sits a wide brimmed hat with a red circle around it. Around her neck she wears a white scarf.

Do not let her appearance fool you. This woman is immensely dangerous. What she lacks in intimidation ability she compensates for in power.

Personality: Audrey projects a quiet sort of confidence around herself. Seeming to always have total faith in her control over the situation. At the same time her eyes show a clever and dangerous mind. One that is always looking for some form of leverage. Some new way to claw herself higher up the hierarchy of power or better cement her position. Power is her greatest obsession yet she knows when to back down. Pride is largely irrelevant to her if it serves no purpose. She seems to luxuriate in the power her vampire bloodline gives her.

History: A scion of a noble house that fell to darkness. She fell because she rejected the life her father set up for her. Not unusual in some noble houses. Fleeing her marriage to a man several times her age she disappeared into the wilds of her home world. Later returning after three long years of absence. When confronted by her father she said she no longer answered to him.

She revealed her true nature and tore off his head. She went on a rampage through the house killing off all who did not bow down. In the meantime her allies erupted forth and attacked major areas. Bringing down military capability all over the planet. From there the planet quickly fell to darkness.

It was later revealed she contacted the Dragon after her disappearance. Promising it the world in exchange for great power. Her wish was granted and she became a Strigoi. Reveling in her new power to change form and tear apart all in her path.

Now she rules the planet unchallenged. Regularly offering sacrifices in the form of bloody hunts to the dark god.

Olena the Ancient Crone: Time. It is one of the most important things in the galaxy. One of the most precious of resources. One can never have enough time. In that same vein it seems to go by so fast. It is something even the forces of Chaos must respect to a degree. It is the force that can grind civilization to dust beneath its unrelenting wheels without any effort. It makes strong men grow old and frail. It steals away youth and brings down great works. It is no surprise that the Dragon would seek to take advantage of that.

A new greater daemon of Dracul had been sighted. The following is the information I have been able to gather on it. Once again there is no guarantee this information is the full extent of it or even fully accurate.

Olena is a strange creature to behold. For one it looks nothing like the usual daemon. In fact by most metrics it would seem completely harmless. Even worthy of receiving some aid. She takes the form of a small elderly woman. Her hair is as white as snow and falls back in a braid behind her head. Her face is heavily wrinkled with lines around a perpetually frowning mouth. Pale grey eyes gaze out from under wispy bangs. A slightly hooked nose sits in the middle of her face.

Her form is no more than five feet tall. Her limbs are frail and and lined with their wrinkles and pale veins. Boney hands clutch her umbrella that she carries around. Her form is shrouded in a fur coat with dark clumps on her feet. A wide brimmed hat sits on her head. Her appearance brings to mind an elder noblewoman.

Do not let her appearance fool you. This daemon is incredibly dangerous.

Olena is dangerous not because of her form, but because of her effect on the world. She is the embodiment of the passage of time. More specifically the onslaught of old age on the world. Her aura is what you need to fear. Though she is alarmingly durable despite her form. Stronger too judging by how she once tossed away a bloodthirster through a Hives wall with seeming ease.

Her aura induces age and decay for miles around her. Not the decay the plague father delights in, but simply coming apart or dissolving to dust. Metal rusts away rapidly and crumbles. Machinery breaks down and malfunctions as parts come undone. Men grow frail and old as they watch their own hands thin and weaken. Projectiles crumble or fizzle out as she goes. Tottering along as if out for a stroll. Not paying mind to the carved trench she creates as she goes. Or the boney remains of her victims.

Olena is summoned only when the Undead need to crack a fortress world fast. They prefer to keep things intact to make use of them.

It is to be noted she shows an extreme contempt to the forces of Nurgle.

You know I just noticed something. Wasn't there a skaven city under the Mousillon? ..... Found 2. The Black Chasm. Black Chasm is located in the mountains of central Bretonnia. Under-Mousillon. The Bretonnian city of Mousillon has been under a terrible curse for many, many years. @Alucard Vampiry what happened to these 2?

mousillon is our capital, and the black chasm is still there and we haven't been able to do anything, through i do think the number of dragons has severely damaged both cities, from both shard and magma dragons and such.

Ok then what about the under cities are they there or did Alucard Vampiry not add skaven to the quest? Though the black chasm is said to still be very, VERY rich in metals, gems, and I think at one point I read GROMRILL though I might be wrong. If I'm right we can get the dwarves on our side easier with it.

Be warned the information that follows is of the utmost forbidden lore. In the wrong hands it can and likely will corrupt those who read it. I have dug deep like this only due to sheer desperation. I have dedicated my life to facing this horror and as such knowledge however heretical is needed. Doubtlessly some of my fellow inquisitors will demand my death after this. I would likely do the same in their shoes. I will be under going extensive checking by various methods for corruption after this. The psyker who provided support has already been executed when she showed signs of corruption. Now on to the point of this.

Every decade the Undead expand outward in a seemingly unstoppable wave to claim new territory. Worlds by the dozens are lost in every major push. Armies and fleets are lost and later found to have become part of our foe. It is to put it simply an unsustainable position for the Imperium. Some may say it is not that dire. It will likely take centuries more before it begins to truly impact the greater state yes. Still every world that is lost becomes another piece to help forward the agenda of the Dragon. Something must be done to help stop this.

To this goal I have decided to take a great risk. I must study the root of all this madness. The dark realm in the Warp from which all of it flows. Where the various tendrils that connect corrupted and seized souls lead back to. Where the nightmares hail from. The place where the vile winds of dark magic come from to spread to the rest of the galaxy. The Palace of the Dragon God itself.

Such a place has no true physical form. Rather our minds interpret it in a way to understand. At least that is how it is described in the writings of the Ordos. Such a place is a fountain of corruption of course. Looking in to it likely to lead to damnation. Yet I must all the same. Any thing of use we can gain will be worth it.

The dark realm is vast beyond reckoning. The laws of time and space having no meaning in there. At least none more than the master of this place will give them. These things along with all manner of physics are violated and twisted or outright ignored in many ways in this realm. The master bending it to his will along with the various subordinates that reside there with the dark god.

To help facilitate efficiency I will be going over this piece by piece. The various sections that are truly noteworthy and to look into later. The nature of these places and what they contribute to the dark god will be looked into.

Quote of the day: Lives are the Emperor's currency. Spend them wisely.

The Palace of the Dragon is a misleading title. Instead of a single standing stronghold it covers the entire realm. A truly vast realm of seemingly never ending lands and terrors. The actual stronghold is immense in terms of scale. The various biomes for lack of a better way of putting it being extremely diverse. Ranging from the vast halls packed with dark lore to volcanic wastelands. All the while space is warped to allow rapid travel and impossible geography while maintaining the sheer scale of it. Various vast monuments rise up from the ground and deep beneath it. Existing in impossible places and being material where there should be none. Each part of the Dragons vast machine and serving a valuable role for it. Helping it to bring the galaxy that much closer to being totally under the dark gods reign.

The Halls: Again rather misleading in terms of name. The halls are not just present within structures, but rather extend across the realm. These ornately decorated halls lead far and wide across this realm. Both being there and yet not at the same time. They reach from across the deep of the impossible earth and high into the dark sky. One of the most basic and yet one of the most essential parts of this realm. Allowing rapid travel across vast distances when desired. You could walk for months and never find a true end to it all.

This section of the realm comes in various shapes and sizes. Primarily taking the form of vast far reaching corridors. Each seeming to reach up to a hundred feet and fifty wide under most circumstances. Yet always being able to accommodate visitors of any shape or size. Never hindering their movement in the slightest or being damaged by it. The same goes for even the largest of the inhabitants. Grand stair cases both ornate and spiraled rise up and sink down. Countless doors lead to all manner of rooms throughout the realm.

Along its impossible lengths there are an impossible number of amenities. Courtyards and ballrooms of immense proportions can be found. Stained glass windows of master craftsmanship line them with dark curtains. Side rooms and closets branch off to their own sections. Ever more halls branching off from greater ones to form a vast maze that would bewilder any mortal. Underground chapels and fortresses line the immense caverns.

Fountains of blood can be found to feed vampires. Fine carpets of red cover the floors. Tapestries bearing the symbol of the Dragon hang from the ceiling. Paintings of horrors and wonders line the walls along with ornate candle sconces.

Here Alexandria the Maid resides. Her numerous bodies working to ensure that all is clean and well kept. Moving travelers as they request. (More on that later.)
