In our cloak, and never sentient. Too potent as a symbol of being the sword of the king to hand off to anyone, too.Btw where is BlackFyre? The sword that is. Also was it ever sentient?

I am in favor of just about anything for her which gives her agency again, but personally I would like her to be powerful right off the bat and capable of growth.Imperial Steel Dragons.
Huh.
This makes far more sense than anything else, now that I think about it.
We already made precedent with making Dragon breeds that don't bow to Tiamat by default, but we had yet to make a Dragon Breed that would be defined as "Imperial" all the way.
Harbringer is the closest thing, but more like a prototype in the metaphysical sense.
There's so much warforging going on, I'd rather do something more special with Dark Sister.
That was one thing I really wanted to get... I'm hoping we can make a fake identity and reach out to the Xerfilstyx within a few months to purchase that lore. There's so much warforging going on, I'd rather do something more special with Dark Sister.
Also, since you ignored the dead useful Cacodaemom research, we have a shortage of useful souls for outsiderifying.
I'd be down for making her an Imperial Steel Dragon, as in a genuine Imperial Dragon first of her kind, rather than a fancier Herald (though those are amazing too!). A warforged seems to standard for Dark Sister considering we're turning most of Sarnor into them.Imperial Steel Dragons.

So I'm thinking there are three avenues we could go for Dark Sister.
Naw, that's a bit too slapdash for my tastes. Items are can be destroyed too easily, I want her to be complete.Rather than reforging Dark Sister or somehow extracting her soul, why don't we leave her as a sword, BUT build her a few special sheathes.
Those sheathes would just so happen to be powerful Construct bodies she can control like she was a Gundam pilot. One could be based on the Heralds, another could be an aquatic variant, like a Sea Cat, and another could be an everyday walking around kind of "sheath", similar to a Warforge. If we equip her with a Ring of Arming, she could instantly switch between her normal chassis and a combat frame. All in Imperial Steel, of course.
Just mentioned it as a possibility, especially if she wishes to remain a sword but would like to have more ability to interact with her surroundings.Naw, that's a bit too slapdash for my tastes. Items are can be destroyed too easily, I want her to be complete.
You should dial it back a bit. Azel is right, killing them all right away is not in our best interests. We want to lure out as many of them as possible, and slamming a firebrand on everything here isn't the way to do that because the devils will just hide if they know they're up against us specifically.Y'all cool with Viserys' actions in this version of my plan? We could also go with the Horrid Wilting + Demon Summoning option if you prefer.
Jesus Christ, Azel. I want it. I want it so bad.Three CR 20 Outsiders. Dark Sister. Blackfyre. The Harbinger.
Each one has a humanoid form and a 3-headed dragon form.
Together they are known as The Emperors Will.
Discuss.

I'm tentatively supportive, can we get them spellcasting or martial abilities, as suits their purpose? I was thinking Gish-supported spell casting for Dark Sister, Martial Disciplines for Blackfyre and full-casting for The Harbinger.Three CR 20 Outsiders. Dark Sister. Blackfyre. The Harbinger.

Sounds good. I was thinking themes anyway. Blackfyre with black flames, Dark Sister with blood red and the Harbinger with white.I'm tentatively supportive, can we get them spellcasting or martial abilities, as suits their purpose? Yesss, Best Girl gets the red decals.
Okay, new edit incoming. Gimme a minute. You should dial it back a bit. Azel is right, killing them all right away is not in our best interests. Give the humanoid forms Imperial Steel wings, too!@Azel If you're going full themes, Dark Sister's humanoid form should be female, Blackfyre should be male and the Harbinger should be androgynous.
Your mind reading skills have greatly improved lately.@Azel If you're going full themes, Dark Sister's humanoid form should be female, Blackfyre should be male and the Harbinger should be androgynous.
I have a lot of power, but no skill. I am working on that. No point being Alpha Plus if you swing it around like a hammer, amirite?
