That's my thought as well. If she's reached at least the 3rd Mythic tier, she can have Divine Source as a Path ability, which would allow her to grant up to 3rd level Divine spellcasting to worshipers.
Really puts ancestral reverence into perspective. Coming back from the grave with Mythic Ranks... @DragonParadox, can we tell what level and Mythic Rank she is?
Big oof. Lets see if we can hit it with artillery!"The men of Gornath blinded by the lure of gold aided in the madness and butchery, stained holy altars with the blood of Sarnori and foreigner alike. No single prince rules Kaasth , but thousands, bone upon bone and voice upon voice and spirit upon spirit, howling for the death of Gornath as much as that of the savages. There wil be no reason, no trade and no alliance with the City of Caravans while stone upon stone remains of Gornath. The only aid the Many-Voiced-One will accept before that day is the one they attempted to draw from me, a joining. I counted more bones than this before my journey to Kasath and many of my fellows were not so fortunate."
Hmmm. Perhaps there is someone we could send in our stead? Xor perhaps? One of the furies?"The Unconquered Host will not lightly allow your passage beyond the walls they failed to keep safe in life, young one," Queen Namaaru cautions. "If we are to first battle them than there should be no army of allies and our own ground down by battle."
Neat for mook-clerics, but anyone calling himself a high priest should do better than that. That's my thought as well. If she's reached at least the 3rd Mythic tier, she can have Divine Source as a Path ability, which would allow her to grant up to 3rd level Divine spellcasting to worshipers.
You get a high enough Mythic Rank with Divine Source and your clerics can get pretty damn strong. Each rank yields a new spell tier for the minion. For all we know the queen could easily be rank 7 or above. That cleric wouldn't necessarily be companion level, but he'd be no joke either.Neat for mook-clerics, but anyone calling himself a high priest should do better than that.
Ancient version of Merling King was also one of those three gods of the First Men.
I thought it was the Winter Court that became the Others thanks to the Void? Or at least most of it given that Rina is becoming a new Winter Fey and she has some sort of power source she could feel in the area beyond the Wall.
R'hllor told us that Azor Ahai worked alongside the Red Dragonflight that ruled proto-Valyria to beat the Others in the East.
From a dragon dream we know that the Dragons burned a massive army to create the Ashlands north of Asshai. Having been hiding in the Fourteen Fires while the other Dragon types were driven crazy. And something they did then allowed them to work together afterwards to make a civilisation they all took part in rather than separating to do their own thing.
...I am gonna put a pin in that.
He could be a level ten paladin?Neat for mook-clerics, but anyone calling himself a high priest should do better than that.

Would you support investigating Lucan? I would like to get an in universe take as well.
An Undead Paladin, rather than a Blackguard or Anti-Paladin, could be an interesting character. Not one I would want to play, but being at the same table would probably be fun.

There was a pretty sick ghost Paladin in one of the old 3.X novels. An Undead Paladin, rather than a Blackguard or Anti-Paladin, could be an interesting character. Not one I would want to play, but being at the same table would probably be fun.
@DragonParadox are you ready to work this out now, or should it wait for later?
- It would make the process more complex and expensive yes
- I'll work out by how much in the morning it's midnight for me.

Since we are done with the talk with the queen, can I convince you guys to add this to the vote.
[ ] Send a quick message to Bloodraven, asking what kind of profits per HD, sacrificing someone while putting their soul in a soul gem with create soul gem, would generate.
Maybe. What effects are you using to reach that distance? So when we stack multipliers on ranged weapons do they only multiply the base range, or do they apply to whatever the weapon's current max range is? Because if they stack multiplicatively I think I can get Mereth up to a 5.85 km shot with sneak attack, crit range of 19-20, and +5 competence bonus to ranged attack with no distance penalty.
edit: then we add Gravity Bow so that she can shoot what are effectively ballista bolts at that range before we even add specialty ammunition.
We're going to get more details on how this process will work, but now isn't the time to do it, IMO. It breaks the narrative flow to suddenly ring up Bloodraven and ask about the profit potential while involved in a campaign of diplomacy and warfare in Sarnor.[X] Head to one of the other cities to see if they might be persuaded to your side with the aid of Sathari envoys

But it's part of the diplomacy with Sarnor, making undead into Warforged cost money, and there seem to be at least thousands of intelligent undead in each of the cities, whether we can defray the cost of turning them, determine how many undead we can afford to offer a Warforged body. We're going to get more details on how this process will work, but now isn't the time to do it, IMO.
