So, looking at the winning vote I just realized there might be some confusion with this, Agha was not the one who came up with the Cypher, he got it from the Fakir's loot (that's why the kytons were lurking about there). Agha himself is no kind of ward-maker.

@egoo, @Goldfish, here my proposal for Mold deployments for our current Undead forces:

Base costs:
- Greater Blood Clot Mold - 57,600 IM
- Blood Clot Mold - 9,600 IM
- Necrotic Mold - 900 IM

Iron Isles Force:
- 2x Greater Blood Clot Mold - 2x for Necro-Kraken
- 5x Blood Clot Mold - 3x for Swarmhost Titanoboas, 2x for Greater Bloodsharks
- 22x Necrotic Mold - 6x for Swarmhost Hetkoshou, 16x for Bloodshark, 8x for Snatching Terrors
Total: 190,200 IM

With Dimension Door, the Necro-Kraken is becoming stupendously deadly and makes for a great chassis to help immobilize, say, an Ulitharid, and to have the Mold take it over. We could also start snatching up interesting fleshforging experiments that way.

Gogossos Defense Force:
- 7x Blood Clot Mold - 5x for Black Champions, 2x for Necro-Kraken
- 15x Necrotic Mold - 10x for Snatching Terrors, 5x for Black Brutes
Total: 80,700 IM

With the Fleshcrafters and all the other horrors lurking within the facility there's less of a need for high-power casters here, so focusing on providing officer equivalents for the undead forces with some spellcasting.

Deep One Preparations:
- 5x Greater Blood Clot Mold - 5x for Necro-Kraken
- 10x Blood Clot Mold - 10x for Black Brutes (aquatic)
Total: 384,000 IM

More teleporting murder Kraken! And officers.
Will add these to the forge-order then, once I'm able.

But he does still have the version not damaged by mind-to-mind transfer in his head, right?

Total Price: 4,615,680 IM.
Azel's planned creations added.

Question:
Shall I add anything else to the "Iron Isles" defense-force?
I'm thinking Myrdreki dragons, shadow-cats, lots of undead knights...

Currently it's but:
Iron Isles
[] 2 Greater Blood Clot Molds - 57,600 IM each - 2x for Necro-Kraken (115,200 IM total).
[] 5 Blood Clot Molds - 9,600 IM each - 3 for Swarmhost Titanoboas, 2 for Greater Bloodsharks (48,000 IM total).
[] 22 Necrotic Molds - 900 IM each - 6 for Swarmhost Hetkoshou, 16 for Bloodshark, 8 for Snatching Terrors (19,800 IM total).
and Rodrik's personal guard:
--[] Rodrick "the Reader" - 3 Plant-Imbued Shadow Creature Cats (w/+4 Racial HD) (CR 6, 6 HD), 1,200 IM each, 1 Advanced Sorcerer Creature Snapdragon Leshy (w/+8 Racial HD) (CR 10, 14 HD) - 4,800 IM, 3 Black Champions - 5,360 IM each, 1 Necro-Kraken (in a bag) - 4,880 IM.
in this order.

Whom did we have had assigned to Iron Isles, and when? I tried looking but kinda failed.
I feel like we need a dedicated post for "who's assigned where" nowadays :/

The original Iron Isles force, which is scheduled to be delivered at the end of this month, though realistically should be delayed until the beginning of the next to add the Molds, is here:

A Sword Without a Hilt: A Song of Ice and Fire/D&D 3.5 Crossover

A Sword Without a Hilt: A Song of Ice and Fire/D&D 3.5 Crossover In a world where magic has all but guttered to ashes, becoming the fare of charlatans, petty conjurers, and ragged illusionists, a mighty change is stirring. From small and fragile sparks a great blaze will be reborn and men will...

And yes, a big "who is where" post would be best at this rate.

  • [X] Keep it secret for now. We will consider bringing Silas in on the secret should other options fail.
-[X] First attempt to Resurrect Agha so that he can share a more complete version of the ward-break with us, along with any other relevant information. We can pay him well for the information, in addition to restoring his life.
-[X] Research the feasibility of trying to bring in other mages knowledgeable in the construction or removal of wards who might be able to exploit the passage. This would involve trying to learn more of the Wallmakers, the magic they wield, and any idiosyncrasies of the wards themselves.

Question:
We have the following stuff "guarding" Set'Var (the Snekropolis we fought the Oblivion in)
1 Mezlan Guardian
2 Siege Serpents
6 Livestones
30 Emerald Oozes
26 Dispas* (Ozmond is a dispa advanced to 10HD and thus large)
18 Mercury Oozes
1 Stone Puddings
10 Gelatinous Cubes
Considering it's in general disrepair, and we aren't going to do anything about the Drow/Lolth anywhen soon, do we want any more forces there? Or any forces whatsoever?

@DragonParadox,
1) Did Riz'neth start on moving everything out of the Necropolis, or were the eggs only capable of being hatched in there?
...Was there any interest in keeping the installation at all, actually? I generally cannot remember.
2) If he did/didn't, what goes for the oozes?
3) What is the state of the eggs, are any of the below hatching by now?
312 Common Serpentfolk Eggs (Sun-Walker)
71 Hidden Fang Serpentfolk Eggs
52 Brood Guard Serpentfolk Eggs (Black Scale Advanced template, no SLAs or ability to use arcane or divine magic)
43 Thirsting One Serpentfolk Eggs
28 Naga-Blooded Serpentfolk Eggs

Note: All SLAs are arcane and not psionic

Forge Recycling Mechanics: As part of a Forge order, preserved corpses can be used to offset or completely negate the cost of growing new creatures. This mechanic allows for corpse Hit Dice to be used on a 3 HD-to-1 CR ratio when growing new creatures, with the caveat that the maximum Challenge Rating of such creatures is equal to 1/3rd the CR of the highest CR corpse used in that particular order. For example, an order placed using a CR 18 corpse and a total of 300 corpse HD could grow up to 100 CR 6 creatures.

Something else to keep in mind with a Greater Blood Clot using Dimension Door on itself and its host is that, at 15th caster level, it can transport up to five Medium-sized passengers. A Large counts for two Mediums and a Huge counts for two Larges. It's bad enough to drop a Greater Blood Clot controlled Necro-Kraken on an enemy, it's even worse to do so along with five Black Champions.

@egoo, please take not that I used wrong prices. This is there corrected list:

Invisible Necro-Kraken, @Goldfish. Invisible Necro-Kraken.

Using Greater Invisibility of course, because otherwise the fun party game of Guess-The-Barbed-Tentacles-Position would be over far too soon. 👌

I don't understand. Who is supposed to be unleashing horrific experiments the product of mad science upon whom, now?

I am sensing multiple cries of "BULLSHIT!" in fluctuating thought patterns right now.

i mean it's only fair that we started doing so they had thousands of years head start, just becouse we are better doesn't make it bullshit

Well, I don't know about better, but our bullshit is quantifiably still pretty bullshit. What kind of enemy doesn't have the decency to make their inhumane experiments susceptible to mental domination?!

That's because there was no vote on them. Vee has yet to train them.
Ah, fair nuff', I kinda thought we'd have either sacrificed them (something something some Worm somewhen had a Herokiller template), or R&D'd for those braidings of theirs.
Bah, no matter, long as they are actually kept track of. I just thought they disappeared off the radar entirely.
Thanks.

Our counter strike for the Deep One retaliation I guess.

Still hoping the Other's don't pull a 'Undead belong to Us, what rules?' later on.

Since the Illithid have access to stuff like the Eldritch template they can definitely make even worse things, but I'm pretty content with my efforts to close the Abomination Gap.

They would specifically need bullshit to deal with Turn Resistance mechanics, not just unlimited (or functionally unlimited) Undead control. The biggest limits on Necromancers' armies is that number of undead they can control at one time.
