[X] Grow "Plant Growth"-type Hearts Trees for the following greens (provided enough sacrifices/items are available for that):
-[X] Arkas Grass seeds
-[X] Cassil seeds
-[X] Flame Clove seeds
-[X] Golden Desert Tree seeds
Dude, save for the Golden Desert Trees which are really hard to grow, this is a frivolous waste of Heart Trees. Those plant growth trees were meant to be reserved for instances where the plants couldn't just be grown by mortals, or would grow too slowly. We don't need this arrangement for grass.

Just assign some Advanced Druid Creature Lotus Leshys to the task and have them focus on growing a supply.

I was under the impression we haven't even been growing them specifically because we were waiting on Heart Trees?
Whatever, fewer Heart Trees = more Heart Trees, strangely enough. Inquisition could use some for sure.

No, that's not what I meant. The only one even halfway worth using a Plant Growth tree for would be the Golden Desert Trees, and even then it's not worth it since the same can be accomplished with Leshys. The Plant Growth Trees are most useful when the trees they benefit produce fruit of some kind, or flowers. This rapidly accelerates the fruit/flower production to the point where you get monthly harvests.

More importantly it's designed as a work around if the plant is weird and won't let mortal magic grow it (see Dawn Fruits).

None of the things listed are unaffected by mortal magic, you can just assign Leshy Druids to grow them. And I'm particularly against dedicating a tree to grass of all things.

Well, I think he had a big impact.

Now all we need to do is find a way to project our speeches in True Speech so that anyone listening can understand us.

Also I love how this chapter turned out so thanks do for making this amazing story. People need to say that more often
DP has confirmed that anyone using a Tongues effect while speaking into the MirrorVision mirror can in turn be understood by everyone watching the broadcast.

That reminds me. @egoo, can you add a minor action for Dany to use her Half-Celestial form's Hallow SLA with the Tongues spell attached to blanket the area where our normal SD MirrorVision broadcasts and performances originate from? That will make it some that everyone who sees them will understand what is being said.

With Book and Blade: Rodrik 'the Reader', a man disdained in many of his fellow Ironborn for his love of books and foreign ways as well as his conflicts with the Drowned Men, has put the seat of another ancient House to the torch, though this time strangely with the lady regent of the House at his side. Lady Joana Volmark was said to have sneaked into Pyke alone while carrying her young son, claiming that Volmark Keep has been overrun with monsters from the depths. What followed was a swift and brutal campaign where three of the young lord's uncles proclaimed his mother a traitor and in league with enemies of the Drowned God only to fall one by one to the Regent's men, the last by his own hand. Each was revealed in death to be not a man at all but some sort of hairless shape-shifting monster. The sight of the horrors and the implication that they might be next has shaken the faith of many still opposed to the Reader's rule and only hardened the resolve of his allies.

By brazier the Lord Regent of Pyke has contacted you with news that the happenings were both more terrible and more heartening still. Ser Harras Harlaw, Knight of Grey Garden, together with a group of trusted armsmen, a pair of Lantern Bearers and even a lone Pyromancer have slain a cabal of four Eaters of Minds, capturing what appears to be a sanctum of their magic and several children who have been experimented upon... as was the young Maron Volmark before his mother smuggled him to safety. The children do not appear to be a danger, but he requests an expert to verify this one way or another.
@egoo Shouldn't this be a minort action?

I've been waiting for a good time to grow a bunch of Golden Desert Trees. The sap from them is so good for Summoners. A large stand of them grown thanks to a dedicated Plant Growth Heart Tree should be enough to supply the Scholarium's needs for a long time to come.

@egoo, nothing was stopping us from growing all of those things save for the fact that nobody paid attention to them. Just make a minor action to assign Leshy Druids to them or expand the glass gardens we've got next to the keep to accommodate growing these as well. Unless DP explicitly says otherwise they can all be grown by mortals and they can all be affected by mortal plant growth.

Also with Arkas Grass you're going about it the wrong way. We want that grass to spread over vast fields to the point where it can become wild and breed on its own, we don't want it stuck in a 360 ft. radius region.

The trees getting a Plant Growth tree I don't particularly mind, we can treat the sap as a "fruit" so to speak and effectively have an unlimited supply. But the rest of the reagents don't deserve dedicated heart trees, that's a pretty big waste. Especially considering the minor actions are aiming to grow twelve Heart Trees independent to this.

That's not quite what I mean.
Our Scholarum Students can't walk that path, by the skillpoints needed you can only enter Ur-Priest on level 6.

What I meant was to address those who actually could enter the class, meaning Ysandrix, some of our Fiends, maybe Vesill (if he is level 5 already now, last I looked he had 4 HD with only 1 Sorc level), or potentially some humans, but then we'd be talking about people who are already Inquisitors or similarly accomplished, not students.

Note for next time : less flowery language. This was a speech that was meant to pass through several people to reach its intended targets, and most of its audience probably speaks this language as a second language (and they're not the most formally well-spoken people either either). For example even if we forget our massive use of allusions instead of clearly stating our point, we alluded to the main threat (the [devils+slavery] combo) for ages without ever spelling it out. Not great.
Well, it was a good speech, but it just really didn't feel audience-appropriate.

EDIT : Snowfire's "We shall be the light" speech is a good example of speeches fitting the audience. People like their metaphors and similes, but it's best to gradually build them up and explain what we mean with example.
Our current speech will probably seem rather weird to people who don't know what's been going on in Pentos, even if they understood our other phrasings.
Why criticize only after the vote was closed... ?

[X] Arrange a personal meeting(s) with the remaining 2 rulers of Lorath - attempt to persuade them into joining the Empire, claiming economic growth and stability as reasons, grease the wheels where necessary by bribes.
And while we are in Lorath, we can check out the Shadowbinder there, opening a school.
We should propably have a personal look.

...yeah my bad, I kinda got distracted and put grass instead of the tree, like I intended to
Fixed now.

I kinda assumed it'll come up on it's own, since we met his messengers IC. @DragonParadox?

You should have specified whom to talk to, then.
Changed stuff to talking to them from Scholarum members.
[X] The lore of the Faceless Men is perilous indeed - presenting a danger to the very beings of those who may attempt to follow it without the sort of pact the Faceless have in place- but maybe, just maybe, there are those in your realm who will take such a path. You cannot in good conscience set aside the potential power this path may lead them to, and the potential usefulness of such assets.
-[X] Talk to Ysandrix, some of our Fiends, maybe Vesill, potentially some of the most proficient humans (read: Inquisitor-level). Make the dangers clear and apparent, even we won't be able to blunt those.
-[X] With Faceless seeking to bring Yss into the millennia-old pact, to better guard the Domains of [Death] from the Void, perhaps something on a smaller scale can be done to other gods of your realm? Inquire Zathir, Yss, the Ferryman, Old Gods, Weeping Lady, and the Goddess of Silver Moon if they'd be willing to grant knowledge and power to someone in such a way - and for what price.

-[X] Additionally, look into "the Shadowbinder" who started a school in Lorath - while the regulations used in it clearly make it seem like a preparation for joining The Empire, we are curious about sich a mage - since we had only limited contact with Shadow-binders so far.

I only noticed upon reading DP's added context. During the voting I read the speech, went "nice", and voted for it. It was only upon reading the update that I really realized who he was speaking to.
But I'll try to keep it in mind for next time!

It will, in the very next update in fact you guys will get a choice who to send.
Ah. Awkward when we just assigned literally everyone to one task or the other.
It counts as a Minor Action, then?
:V

Also, would us growing Heart Trees on Iron Isles now be considered... well, enough of a bad sign by Westeros to start fucking around with them, up to starting Reconquest early?
I'm assuming the Westerosi are aware of how fucked things are for Ironborn right now and/or don't care enough about our presence there, but..?

12th month's Minor Actions
Could you add growing one blood donation tree? basically a Weirwood that grow a plant type reagent, when someone offer a blood donation, I want to start the blood donation charity as soon as possible.

All reagents grown by the tree will go to the Fungus Forge, where they will be spent on making healers, who will tour the Imperium healing anyone in need.

Well, at least somebody remembered to vote :V

@everyone, even if y'all have nothing to add (and I sincerely doubt that), at least "I've read through the list" and maybe "here's what I think about "name-an-action" are appreciated.
There's only so much perspective to look at things from in my head, and without the comments from others, well, I can't really phrase MAs on any given matter all that well.
It's just keeping track of existing ideas I'm decent at.

@Crake
By the way, did we plan our new (relativly) Asura minion for an action this month?
I think if we forgot her again she's been living on our payment doing nothing for two and a half months.
