[X] Gunnars, to see if you can pierce his terse nature.

I have to ask are we visiting Empress 'Heidi' every single time?
Sure what she did is worthy and we got a story out of it but I don't really care about her after that not for all the power and influence even the future chosen one.
Very Important People get to attend the births of probable future Emperors.
If we attend, then we are clearly a Very Important Person. From this more invitations to elite society can flow.

But beyond this time, I don't see it being every-turn, no.

@BoneyM how about these?

[ ] Johann's Dwarf Teacher, on how his order came to follow a different path from other Priests of Grungni
[ ] The Priestess of Esmerelda, on her insights from teaching the We

If the latter seems to give a mechanical advantage, perhaps this:
[ ] The Priestess of Esmerelda, on how she's dealing with teaching giant spiders

[X] Empress 'Heidi', to be present for the birth of her child

A personal relationship with the Empress. Hell yes. The fact that she's a paladin of Ranald just makes it better. My top choice.

[X] Roswita, as she rides out the chaos of the influx of Battle Wizards.

This one is less about Roswita and more that I really want to see what's up with the battle wizards. Second favourite.

[X] Karak Hirn, to satisfy your curiousity about Prince Ulthar.

Ulthar is my favourite Dwarf. Third favourite.

[X] King Belegar, to try to get some idea of where he's at with his crisis of faith.

Helping Belegar is about equally as good as hanging out with Ulthar.

[X] Julia, to see what she's been up to as a Spy Mistress.

I'm going to keep writing this in until we see what she's up to. We haven't seen her in forever.

Holy fudge... a 6 tactical paper.
This is likely going to be mandatory reading for every single wizard in the empire, and for near every officer.

Say what's the name of the Halfling leader?
It would be nice to see how they're doing since we're mostly dwarf and enemy focused, perhaps they dig up some weird stuff.

I sorta want to see everything else but this I really want to see. Considering we are kinda partly responsible for the kids birth and I would love us to be present for the future rulers birth in general.

Thinking of, considering that we basically powered the divine intervention that lead to this, does that make us the kids Godmother? I'm gonna say that makes us the kids Godmother. Neat.

I would rule it out, it's the power of a god in his domain, you need more than generic competence to rule that out. To give an example Johan has decent intrigue and he's smart. Do you think he can double-think around the coin?
Not normally, no, but I view telling the Skaven that we're a horned rat cultist as being somewhere in the same ballpark as using it to tell Johan that we're actually a gold wizard. Something so ridiculous that instantly believing it (or believing we believe it) without suspicion is just plain weird.

and Soizic's dropped below the level of abstraction until the Undumgi develop a need for her so if you want to see her I'll need more of a suggestion than 'exist near her and see what happens'.
Welp.
[] Hubert has apparently been sparring with Soizic since at least before Karagil, and you're almost certain he's absolutely smitten with her. Perhaps you could sound out the relationship between them, and maybe give them a nudge or two.

A vote for Oswalds is a vote for romance. And Franccesco sounds like a cool dude to meet. A trader with integrity. Now that's a rare find.

Being there for the birth of the future Emperor, and the next step in Ranalds grand plan? Priceless.

Also, we should check in on our stuff at least once in a while. Or things might get fucked up. The fief is good at doing on it's own, but we should still check in every couple of years at least, you know? We did swear oaths to keep it, and the Zulfbar is depending on the Niter factory.

Teasgin Ducklings and watching another fumble at romance would warm Mat's misty heart.

And getting to know some Winter Wolves would be cool too.

[X] No. Mathilde's dragon skull chair belongs only to Mathilde.
Mat likes reading. Don't take away her passion and turn it into a weapon. She needs some stuff of her own.

I imagine we can convince the skaven that he's converting us to Horned Rat worship.:drevil:

Johan has magesight to confirm whether or not we are a gold wizard (though he would still have to belive that Mathilde has gone insane and thinks she is one), there is no obvious outward tell for Cultists of the Yellow Fang and most Skaven have never even interacted with one in their lives, certainly not a Skaven fresh from the Darklands.

No it won't. Social actions have no mechanical benefits, hence why the social option for Belegar is just to get an idea while the main turn Belegar option gives us a small chance of actually helping. If we want to talk to Edda and meaningfully influence her in regards to the Undumgi, we have to take the main turn option. The social turn is for socialising, for fluff, not for wringing out optima.
Well
It gives us OOC an idea what exactly is going on there. Social actions are about which characters we want to focus on. Some people want to see cool stuff, others want to see what the heck is going on in a particular issue. I think both are valid.
This. We know theres an issue, we don't know what issue. Seeing them on screen makes for better targeted AP to deal with the issue OR reveal that the issue isn't one
