- Depending on Qrech's nature, which might be different to the nature he has shown to you thus far, there may or may not be rolls to decide whether or not he will be considering or attempting to get up to mischief. You will not see these rolls. There may have been rolls already.

He's Skaven, speculating if he's up to mischief is redundant. Water's wet, the sky is blue, the Skaven is up to mischief.

This one would be more useful for letting us broach the topic of the Undumgi tactfully.
No it won't. Social actions have no mechanical benefits, hence why the social option for Belegar is just to get an idea while the main turn Belegar option gives us a small chance of actually helping. If we want to talk to Edda and meaningfully influence her in regards to the Undumgi, we have to take the main turn option. The social turn is for socialising, for fluff, not for wringing out optima.

With Dreng, I can't really think of a reason if you portray it that way. Though at least with Soizic, how about as a training partner. Hubert has been training with her and it wouldn't be that out of a place for Mathilde to ask him and in turn her as training partners, to ensure that she doesn't get too rusty. Aside from that, I can see Mathilde also taking this as an opportunity to see what kind of girl the Ulrican Wizard has a crush for and get some teasing material out of it.

Added.

I have to ask are we visiting Empress 'Heidi' every single time?
Sure what she did is worthy and we got a story out of it but I don't really care about her after that not for all the power and influence even the future chosen one.

It gives us OOC an idea what exactly is going on there. Social actions are about which characters we want to focus on. Some people want to see cool stuff, others want to see what the heck is going on in a particular issue. I think both are valid.

Not too worried about the assets under EIC care but Dame Weber's land is important identity piece.

WHAT ARE THEY?! BABIES! Is the poor woman handling it? Ahahahaha ya called it.

Gotta show off that chair and that's not gonna happen in a control room.

[x] Yes. What better place to burn armies from than the skull of a dragon?

Because it's the birth of the person who likely will be our future Sovereign? Come on, how many newly minted Magisters get to see the birth of a future Emperor? For me, Mathilde being able to have the honor of witnessing this event is further validation of everything the quest has done for Ranald and for the Empire so far.

Skaven are paranoid yes, but this is not an Eshin assassin, to match the intrigue skills of the Grey College. Remember trying to lie to them was described by the GM as 'unstoppable force meets unmovable object', anything short of that and the coin wins out.
If this guy was a normal Skaven I'd agree, but he's either worryingly compentent or worryingly good at appearing competent. He might not be Eshin, but I wouldn't rule him out of being smart/paranoid enough to realise something is up if we tell him something truly ridiculous and he believes it. That doesn't make Deceiver useless against him, but it does make me concerned that a lie on the scale of 'I am a cultist of the horned rat' might get tripped up.

She's the closest thing to a QM okayed "Hang Out With Ranald", so yeah I'm gonna vote for her every time she comes up. :V

What about the Undumgi? Those options don't have any activities assigned to them. They seem like vague "exist near them" options.

They're in the context of their positions. And while I did word that like a confrontational jerk before I edited it, I'm not inviting a debate, I'm saying that unless I have an idea for a scene for them, there's no point me adding them to the list.

I would rule it out, it's the power of a god in his domain, you need more than generic competence to rule that out. To give an example Johan has decent intrigue and he's smart. Do you think he can double-think around the coin?
