No, it's to have a Dedicated Wright despite not having the necessary item creation feats to craft and use one for yourself the normal way.

Ahh I forgot it was Craft Construct, I remembered this but thought it only applied to baby mages who couldn't make their own because they weren't experienced enough and Rina being an 8th circle caster made that moot (in my mind).

The only hopeful thing I found was Roselings but...you know. Hope the thorns work out. But if not. Try the Moon Dogs. If not them, just bite the bullet and do the Lotus Leshy Wizards. They have Int 16. Best we can do. Just have to finagle the build a bit.

[X] Observe Lord Petyr with your own eyes, you know better that to trust rumour and hearsay when it comes to a man's character, there might yet be more to him that people know.

there is a chance they think he is useless because he is not out hunting or drinking all day like his predecessors, sometimes a soft Lord is a good lord, if that doesn't work we have 2 more candidates, but it makes no sense to discount him out of hand.

[X] Das_Slash

I like this one because like I said, treating him like he's useless because of common hearsay and because he's not a stereotypical macho-man Westerosi lord is dumb.

I wonder if we could have the sister made to rule....
Not before the conquest, which kind of makes pointless to turn her now unless all the bannermen would rather follow her.
Unless you mean getting rid of the current Lord? That's certainly possible, but I think we should approach them in order.
If Petyr only needs some confidence or help, he is the best choice.
If he cannot be salvaged, his mom might be the real power, so we go to her.
If she doesn't agree, we can conspire to put the bastard in power.

Note: I will be adding blurbs to most of these to summarize basic information as to their relationship with us or our enemies as appropriate and over time. @Duesal offered to help me track down some of this stuff, but as a note I'm just starting with the Stormlands because it was relevant. Any alterations to these statuses will be updated as the situation changes.

Updated.

Lions are red, roses are green, and Tygett Lannister is still murderously angry.

We should have Bloom drop by. She needs to have dominion over that entire island.
House Dondarrion: Aligned (House Baratheon of King's Landing)
Definitely a priority. We want the Dornish Marshes 100% under our control. They're loyal to Robert, yeah, but that doesn't mean we don't have the means of subverting them. Wasn't Thoros of Mys friends with Berric Dondarion? I imagine that friendship had its roots long before 298 AC in the books when Ned Stark sent them to bring the Mountain to justice.

@Crake, we should target these Houses next, further cementing our dominion over the Riverlands. Hell, even House Keath can probably be dealt with one way or another, though they're certainly not the priority.
House Crabb: Loyalist (Impoverished)
I'm itching to drop by and give them a nice loan of like 5,000 Imperial Marks or something. It bothers me that they're poor and rebel Houses are rich.

Could we buy some of ... Greenrelath? (The old Gods green Dragon)'s hoard and bury it for them to find? It's from the region and old enough to pass casual inspection, so it would be believable that they found it.

Beric is too young to really have made connections in King's Landing, I think that Thoros is just really good at making friends quickly.

Fungal Nymphs are perfect to drop a Sorcerer template on...with their 25 Charisma. And they are a plan type creature...with a augmented fey subtype...is that allowed?

Edit: Also is it just diplomacy that that's needed or would Knowledge (Arcana) also do?

His name is Felzath Farseer. If you ever forget it's one of the info posts -- Here Be Dragons.

There goes that idea. But that opens up possibilities nonetheless. If he's that young he's also impressionable, and we can probably successfully diplomance him with the right approach.
