? I have no idea who this is.

Is he Hermetia's uncle? Y'know, the one who deals with Ymeri.
No, it was part of the circus, a man without legs or arms, i wanted him to come with us so we could experiment on grafting and he rejected our generosity.
I have been suspicious of him ever since.

Edit: The same circus we found Maelor on, it was one of the first ships we raided.

Also @Duesal really wanted to steal their goat.

OOC: With his buffs the mage had to roll a 4 or lower on his will save to be caught by Trap the Soul, even cast as a Miracle at 9th level and he had Alter Fortune to re-roll the save. First roll 3... second roll 1. At least he got some spells in unlike say, Damphair. Edited.
What would have happened if his alter fortune had succeeded, and then Dany would have cast one?

This is annoying.
I can find the Fiendish Obedience feat that Diabolist references, but I can't find the list of available boons.

So I'm not even sure about the general range of options we are talking about, nevermind what the Sultan personally offers.

Solid 20 levels of fullcasting on a sturdy Outsider-framework? Not bad, what Boons does the Brazen Throne have available?

I only designed this guy's Exalted Boons so far:
  1. Fires of Wrath: Free searing metamagic feat
  2. Smokeless Flame: Designate up to three spells per day to benefit from the invisible spell feat without changing level
  3. Soul Kindling: Cast Invoke Magic as a SLA 1/day by consuming 1000 GBS/level of the spell you wish to cast in the AMF

Oof.

Brazen Trone's mages gonna be difficult to pin down.

Something to keep in mind now, then.
AMF is not a guarantee against them.

Something to keep in mind, fucking with Brass Seals could leave them without their escape mechanism.

Smokeless Flame: Designate up to three spells per day to benefit from the invisible spell feat without changing level

Invisible Spell is +0. Maybe without changing casting time?

Wait, this guy refused to become a test subject for experimental flesh-grafting and you think that's suspicious? You would probably have grafted him demon flesh, and he knew it!
...
Actually, that sounded surprisingly sane for a Planetosi. Clearly he's an extradimensional ROB-insert and needs to be hunted down and experimented on.

RNGeesus was with us today, then. That was a 0.04 chance of him failing his save.
Not entirely accurate, if I understand things properly with Alter Fortune he got to roll a D20 twice and take the better result, he needed a 4 or higher to succeed, so there's 15% chance of each roll failing, that mean the chance of both rolls failing is 2.25%.

I get my numbers this way, 100 divided by 20 times 3 is 15, so each dice has a 15% chance of failure, to calculate the chance of both dice failing, I take the chance of the first roll failing, divide it by 20 and multiply it by 3, and the result is 2.25% chance of failure.
Let's be real... Tor, a man with far greater strength of will and ambition, went absolutely bugnuts crazier than he already was after hearing stories of our success.

Let her paranoia, wondering in the dead of night in a city we own and have expanded upon, whether we aim to come to collect, haunt her.

And then several generations down the line, we will trace her lineage with a ritual and find her descendants and demand restitution, with interest.

That's thinking like a Dragon.
No we don't do that, we don't trap children in debt for the crimes of their parents, taking everything they inherited because the debt means it's ours is fair game, but we don't impose the debt on their personal fortune, for being related to the debtor.

Inheriting debt, is one of the medieval nonsenses we need to do away with.
???:confused::confused::confused:

@Duesal, dare I ask why are you so adamant at doing this at that time?
Goats are awesome animals, someday I want to have diregoat cavalry.

  • [X] Seek out the mage's body
-[X] Dany will use Find the Path to locate a hidden sanctum upon the ship where a mage could safely hide while still interacting with the outside world to attack us through his proxies. If that is unsuccessful, Viserys will duplicate a Discern Location spell using Wild Arcana to search for a soulless, yet still living body somewhere aboard the ship.
--[X] Keep an eye out for any of the mage's proxy skulls or other unusual paraphernellia which might prove dangerous as we search the ship. If there is time to safely do so after the mage's body is found, make a more concerted effort to find the skulls.

Wait, really? Are you sure it's unicorn and not whatever mutated monstrosity that Mantarys-That-Was produced at the time?
Which in ASoIaF are a kind of goat.

If we want a unicorn now, we could just ask Bloom. Who kinda is the ambassador to Skagos. Or just ask Danar who's an agent of ours.

Speaking of which, @DragonParadox, Danar Crowl interlude introducing his family to his wife?
