Also, I want to design a scaled down Wyvern, one with less features and no living pilot, but instead a purpose built Construct. A great deal of expense can be eliminated if they don't need life support and don't have Planar travel capabilities of their own.

They can be transported the traditional way, or hitch rides on Moonchaser and similar craft. I'll have to look into the numbers when I get home this evening, but we should be able to produce several for the price of a single Wyvern.

Westeros is important because the Prime material plane is important. This is where the mortals are and it is their worship that sustains the gods, as well as some other aspects that have not been revealed yet.
Well, Plane of Balance.

That's called drones.

Since Viserys has made the connection in the past I can say it was not directly the Others. Beings that are simply of Winter have eyes that are frozen blue, those connected to a deeper malice, like the Frost Dragon have eyes like a starless night, a hungering void.
So the problem is whatever we saw when almost touching the amulet of that Other-Cleric in Volantis?
That seemed more Outer Darkness than Blue-Eyed Death.

Can we develop trade routes between shards of Good aligned areas to help the strengthening and rebuilding process?

Of course we should seek out Lawful Neutral plane and figure out what is up with that so not helping keep balance.
1. Sure, you can try establishing ties there.
2. They are trying, but they are rather weak. Hence that loose alliance with Baator.

And just like that, we enter Grimderp.
The Multiverse is fucked, Others ate it.

We aren't winning this, so whatever.
We'll carve out our empire and make sure it lives on, and fuck everyone else.

So many errors detected! (So many hugs to be given to you)

We didn't enter anything. The structure of the gameboard was always like this, and it has been hinted at before. Stated before, and avoided. This, not the particulars, but the broad strokes has been known from very early into aSWaH.

The patsies and tools? We have to either stop them or call them back to us where reasonable/possible. Preferably call them back. Stopping the source of this, will take all we can get imo. Or at the very least, an indefinitly extended delay:

"Not today.
...
And tomorrow isn't looking too favourable either!"

The OG split from the winterborn kin who hated the First Men, and that lead to the breaking of the seasons. winter, pushed by hate joined with the force(s?) of Ending

...and hang on. @DragonParadox. The Old Gods. Do they know what has happened to the upper planes? Have they seen it? Or are they closed off, singing songs in dreams and screaming their pain and anger?

Because I want to expand their awareness - in baby steps - first a tree in earth, then.. well, other stuff.

There's one design constraint. You cant make the engine cheaper. You can save mercury by trimming out weight, but there's no way to lower the enchantment cost of the engine.

If we want to be able to punch at this kind of level, it's going to be through deific power. And MAD SCIENCE, but that's more situational.

In any case, this certainly serves to put things in perspective. In immediate terms, things we can do to help ... well, ending the Genie war is an obvious start, will have a major effect, and we're already making a lot of progress. Assembling a coalition of gods is also something we're already doing, but now it's even more critical. Giving some kind of relief to the remaining angelic holdouts is a good idea, I'm just not sure what we could reasonably do to help.

Makes me really salty, tbh.
As much as Devils seem to be keeping the existence running at the moment, damn many of them are assholes that are also our enemies.
:/
They are getting so damn much out of the state Planes are in.
Damn it.
*goes off to find a better way to summon even more Mammon's servants*

Pretty much, though the pilot Construct would be distinct from the drone craft.

That is a cost saving measure and a way to allow the craft to be enchanted separately from the pilot Constructs.

It would be nice if each Wyvern had a flight of three or four drones as wingmen. I'm gonna call them Drakes for now.

The Old Gods are rooted in the living earth of this world, their dreams do not touch upon any other, at least not now. That could change with some of the plans the thread has.

First thing, strengthen the not fu gods, make PR for them so more souls end up in the not shitty afterlife (for example as brass coins).
Edit: brass coins is an example what happens to souls trying to go to the Upper planes.

...There's a whole bunch of Gods from AsoiaF on the wiki that we never seen IC.
Shit as they may be for that, looking in them may just be needed.

Side note, we should be very fucking careful with Faceless Men... but they might just be some of our greatest friends here now...

[X] Ask what Tyangyl knows of the Sundering itself, if he has any clues as to how the Void shattered the planes.
-[X] Ask Tyangyl of the divine realms of all the main deities in the Imperium and their approximate locations in the Astral Sea (R'hllor, Weeping Lady, Moonsinger Goddess, Yss, Merling King, the Seven, etc.)
-[X] Ask Tyangyl of the locations of the various horrors he's encountered in his duties (that we might either avoid them or put an end to them when we have time).
-[X] If possible, ask Tyangyl to send lost celestials who for whatever reason can't stay in the outer planes our way to attempt to band together. We're trying to create a safe haven for them in Prime Material, starting with Mantarys.
-[X] As thanks for his help, offer him a Stalwart Pact and Renewal Pact to aid in his duty.
-[X] Call on one of Yrael's Archons to introduce you to the inhabitants of the City by Heaven's Shore, then leave with your friends to attempt to establish ties. The intent is to make a few contacts and possibly some trade deals, not to make any waves or draw too much attention.
-[X] When you get there, before you reach the city, show Bloodraven and the Old Gods through the raven swarm what has become of Heaven.
