Hopefully, even with that one particular character's (that I care about) fate being spoiled for me, it will still get played with properly.

Using dark mode in a train or bus involves sitting away from the windows, or raising phone luminosity and thus wasting phone charge. And in the park, or in a street? Even worse.

I don't spend my day huddling in a basement or sneaking in SB use from the office :D

Instead, for varying reasons, I spend my days enjoying the varying qualities of the different types of French public transport. And my last job was mostly outdoors and involved lots of travelling too...

tl;dr: Dark mode is for goblins, shut-ins or Gollum impersonators :)

My job is often 85% outdoors at minimum. I use Dark Mode. The problem here is clearly you :V

Mmmm.

As it is i'm against trying to sneak into the conclave. If we clear out Timmy's cult Lucan or Danelle will probably reconcecrate it to the seven and the jig will be up.

If we don't clear out Timmy's she's definitely going to firebomb the meeting with dragon demons. Or something.

If somebody comes up with a plan not to get outed by the 7 or tiamat... By all means please let me know?

DP has confirmed ages ago that the Seven are, by their very nature, bound to only affect the world through their Chosen and priests. The worst that could happen is Lucan yelling "That guy is totally Viserys Targeryen in disguise!" and if anyone believes that, then we already failed pretty badly.

The worst that could happen is him slamming us with a CL boosted Greater Dispel or AMF, at which point the jig is up. Now, as things go, that's pretty unlikely to happen. But it is possible.

Hell, what if the Conclave takes place inside a ritual AMF effect to prevent the use of foul heathen magic disrupting the proceedings?

We kill everyone inside to preserve the secret, then loot the AMF ritual?

Honestly though, we have seen no evidence of this happening.

We've seen no evidence of it not happening. And getting away with killing the entire Conclave without witnesses getting clear when we can't use magic is pretty out there. Yes, we can murderblend anyone we can hit, but there is no way we're going to be able to stop at least part of a crowd getting past us. I know the jokes about hubris in the thread, but this is really getting a bit much.

I prefaced that it was unlikely for this sort of thing to happen, but acting as if we're invincible in the face of something like it is questionable at best.

The comment about murdering everyone was a joke. But I'm simply not inclined to indulge in speculative paranoia. We can't possible anticipate every single possible permutation of events. It's important to account for the most likely options, not the most outlandishly bad we can think up.

And the strictly anti-magic Faith of the Seven using high-powered ritual magic to create a building sized AMF? That's pretty damn far out there.

Also, even if that is the case, nobody can force us to attend. We can just engineer an ambush from Lucan on Dywen, the latter barely escaping, thus explaining our absence and shitting all over Lucans reputation in the process.

I would point out that the planetar has the ability to cast anti magic field and permanency.

But the 7 have never not drop kicked the ball into a supernova so far, so fuck it.

It's not worth arguing over.

15 Erinyes in an AMF are no joke.

If we are reasonably well position Viserys doesn't have to murder anyone, our fallen angels could kill everyone present (inside an AMF I would even bet that 3-5 of them could take the Planetar).
