Could be another dragon that wormed his or her way to godhood.

It's not easy, but it is doable. The trick of course is not getting eaten by Tiamat or Bahamut for stepping on their turf, which of course means flying under the proverbial radar.

[X] Plan Minion Acquisition, Fey Edition
-[X] Agree, Silore gets a barony over the lands she has long watched over as a vassal of Oberyn Sandviper
-[X] Try to recruit her
--[X] Greet Dirriz politely, as one Dragon to another. Have Dany gently distract the children who have gathered around the Faerie Dragon, leading them away so that we can speak with her unobserved.
---[X] "There aren't so many Dragons about in the world, or even the Planes at large, that we would pass up the opportunity to befriend another of our kindred, distantly related though she may be."
----[X] Without too much dissembling, offer Dirriz a place in our service, where she will have many chances to grow not only her power, but also her hoard. As she may have seen from the competitions and during her time in Sorcerer's Deep, we pay our people very well and virtually shower them in expensive enchanted equipment.
-----[X] She could have her pick of tasks, from helping us deal with Reach Fey, to exploring the Green Hell of Sothoryos, or even accompanying the Grand Expedition Fleet on its trip to Yi-Ti.
--[X] Whether she chooses to enter our service or refuses, attempt to learn more of her powers, especially from whom they originate.

OOC: Dirriz was originally going to be an oracle of Astilabor, but I did not want to introduce another god out of the blue, there are already enough of those for you guys to interact with, so instead the faerie dragon is something of a mystery, since she is getting visions from something dragon-themed that is not Tiamat or Bahamut. Also I went back and changed Dirriz to female since that is how @Artemis1992 first made the character.

Huh, I didn't know this thread had a patron deity.

If Viserys wasn't such a badass this might actually be the one god he would consider to seriously worship. As it is I'm sure she'll be more than happy to join our growing Multi-deitific enterprise.

All we need is for her to fill out the appropriate paperwork, favored sacrifices, temple preferences, etc etc.

You kinda need a vote for Silore as well, mate.

Re: Dirriz though...no, that can't be right...

@DragonParadox have you refluffed Chronepsis?

There's also the Silore vote to consider.

Edit: Faceless'd

Dirriz is a powerful True Dragon that gpt hit by a Fey curse for disrespecting someone too powerful. Her power growing is just her unlocking closer access to her true self that is locked within her.

"One less thing to worry about as we reclaim the lost lands then," you say. Then having long since learned why she has made the journey to Sorcerer's Deep, for Silore made no secret of it, you add. "Speaking of reclamation I know you care for the folk of your lands as deeply as you do for any other part of them. Would you rule over them justly in accordance to the law of the land no different than a mortal lord or lady?" You will not stand for the pretensions of different laws between mortal and fey as Dusk Dancer asked for, but by the same token you see no reason to forbid the fey from holding the same powers, and responsibilities as men.

Joy sparks in her eyes and she speaks quickly, like the rustle of leaves in a swift spring wind: "A mortal I am not Dragonlord, so I would rule differently than most, with an eye for the passing of centuries not months, but there are those who could aid me in making up for being slow to act and change, estate managers they are called, or castelans in the Sunset Lands. I would seek to preserve as much as I could the beauty of nature and the rhythms of the land, though none would know want or hunger for it. Would you offer the lands onto me, under your laws, knowing this?"
Reach Fey: ":confused:o_O:cry:"
