@DragonParadox, when Yrten and Siduri show up, I would hope they'll have a list of juicy and high-profile Devil and Efreeti targets for us over the span of the next few months. They should have learned what entices us by now.

That's because if that happened, the agreed upon acceptable status-quo with Driftmark would be impossible to maintain and the crown would have to declare Monford a traitor, less they be seen as craven or fools. In private, everyone of importance knows the whole thing is a farce.

On an unrelated note, I had an idea for propoganda leaflets. We could attack the 'corruption' of the Starry Sept by showing how they're in league with the Lannisters. Some good pictures of the classic Fat Septon taking westerlander gold will do the job well.

I will eat my hat if Oberyn didn't win just so he could have an episode near the end of the tournament.

And I don't even wear hats!

I will manifest headwear specifically for the occasion!

Examples

Argo, Scarbrand, Surehoof... it's eclectic, it can fit a lot of stuff, but common Essosi names don't seem to it. Assume it's translated (low valyrian) but simplistic.

Little Valyrians seem too be stuff like "Quick Steps", which honestly might just be shortened via translation.

Something tells me it has to do less with fighting Shatian noble and more getting into his pants after the fight.

Could lead to him visiting Opaline Empire and sleeping his way through that since he is man of adventure.

Honestly if he won competition he will likely use land as a vacation house and never use it for much.

No, that would be bad. Fire subtype creatures are immune to Fire, but take 50% additional damage from Cold.
