[X] Plan Things We Agree Are Awesome
-[X] Ask for help with creating a primary education plan (Cost 300 Favor)
--[X] He should talk with Teana, Malarys, Alinor and Garin about this, as they all have a vested interest in imparting core skills into the future recruits for their respective organizations.
-[X] Next turn, let him help expanding the new university of SD. The courses on economics are nearly ready to start and we would like to add courses for the fine arts and engineering. (Cost 300 Favor?)

@DragonParadox, does this work? Or will he be busy with the primary education plan next turn?
What spells would be good communally?

Also... Can we ask him for help when the efreeti attack?

He will be busy with primary education if you want that to have priority. Those are big jobs.

You could have him do something smaller like a ritual in the ten days left of this month.

I'm not sure anyone commented on this yet, still on 11333, but what?
Yeah, I've been waiting until I got home from work to comment on that little revelation. Really surprised no one else mentioned it earlier, but Zathir did kind of steal the show.

I guess the afterlife is probably fucked up, barring those realms protected by gods with enough juice and numerous enough servitors to man the gates, so to speak; Burny, the Seven, perhaps the Moonsingers, etc., but those are probably individual realms within a post apocalyptic hellscape that used to be the greater Celestial Planes. Not a surprise, as it's been kind of an assumption in the thread for a while now, though getting a confirmation is still disturbing.

More reason to make ourselves immortal.

EDIT: The Moonsinger! She might be one of the successor Coatls!

Yeah what the fuck? The gates to paradise are guarded by devils? Where the fuck are the angels? What are they doing? What the fuck? Do we need to start incursions into paradise?

Rather than just asking Zathir to help creating a primary education plan, what if we expanded that to cover general child rearing. We have multiple orphanages across the Imperium, after all, and Zathir seems like an ideal choice for helping to turn those children toward productive ends.

I have been operating under the assumption that the Upper Realms are all sorts of fucked for a while now, so I guess I just sort of went 'yeah that tracks' when it came up.

Predictably, Cutest Coatl God + Incredible Shinies distracted the thread enough that I shouldn't be surprised no one is commenting on the fact that said Coatl just dropped the little factoid of the legions of hell defending the gates of paradise.
Defended them against the demons though. Not an impossible alliance. Devils hate demons, after all.

Hm... I think then I would rather do the university expansion first.

Actually, this is better then I expected, so I kinda shrugged at that revelation and moved on.

As far as my theory went until now, the Upper Planes are Mad Max style scavenger worlds with Demons running rampant and snacking on the souls there while celestial hosts have splintered into warring factions, some focused on still doing their old job in some small capacity while others are reduced to fighting for their basic survival.

So... the information that Paradise still has gates and that someone is defending them is remarkably better news then anticipated.

Just for the record, this will end with Imperial air-fleets flying in the skies of Mount Celestia to liberate the place.

I wanna liberate the shit out of it.

Though I bet the deities will be pissed when we get our slice of that celestial clay and don't give it back. :V

Just gotta say. I'm quite happy the quest has reached the point where vague ideas are being drawn up to invade Heaven, Hell already being fought more and more, with armies being prepared and enlarged to the point where they can fight devil or demon armies. Never mind all the stuff about building gods from scratch.

Tywin Lannister... Who was that again? Some rich shmuck with a gold fetish?

@Azel I think my earlier brainstorming on the Baleful Teleport Chamber, for use with exploding Suicide Drones, should be a proof of concept project as much as it is a defensive and offensive weapon or troop delivery method.

Once it's properly researched and developed, we should start looking into bigger and better things, namely a version which uses Greater Teleport, so we can target anything on the planet, and another which uses Greater Plane Shift, so we can target anything on the Planes, both with pinpoint accuracy.

Scry and Die gains a whole new meaning at that point.

That's a project for much later, though, when we start conquering the entire planet and seriously begin gathering our forces to carve a beachhead in the embattled Celestial Planes.

Trying to figure the relationship of the BLAST alliance.

Baratheons have inside problems with family but have the Lannisters and Arryns close to them. Lannisters are competing with the Arryns at court and trying to expand their influence in the Crownlands and Riverlands by marriages. Arryns having problems at home and maybe having problems with the Tully's. Tully's not good at home but might still have a good relationship with the Starks and hesitation with joining the Lannisters. Starks not liking the Lannisters and tension with the Baratheons but nothing big. Starks could still have good relations with the Tully's and Arryns.

Miss anything?

A contingency with a Mythic Spellbane set to stop it if anyone tries to warp time in our vicinity.

Various shenanigans Talon proposes.

Just having mythic ranks allowing you to perceive when someone is fucking with your timeline.

Going back to when they were infants and killing them with Teleport Through Time.

Vanilla PHB monk is shitty, yeah. At least into the midgame and forward.

A few levels of monk can make for terrifying unarmed builds, tho.
I'm playing a Talashtora Monk/PsyWar right now. Crazy, crazy damage, and US+Expansion+Vampiric Blade+Karmic Strike=Win. I've also got Claws of the Beast+Beast Strike for even more damage.

So who's ready for rainbow warmages? Warmage 1/Rainbow Servant 10/Sacred Exorcist 1/War Weaver 5 is one of the most powerful support builds in 3.5.
Does it need to be Warmage? I prefer Dread Necromancer because you get access to rebuke attempts to fuel Divine Metamagic with. Ofc, that has fluff problems in this setting.

So I'm under the firm opinion none of our companions or companions family are allowed to die unit l we sort out the afterlives.
