The supply problems can end now, we can just supply them ourselves. No more need to risk them exposing themselves to Robert's supporters.

@DragonParadox, for upgrading purposes, do any of them have any notable gear that we need to plan around or can we just outfit them as we see fit?

EDIT: Thoros we already equipped, but what about everyone else? What does the dragonseed mage have? Also, what's his class?

I'm not really sure right now. I'll have to ask @LonelyWolf999 if he had something specific in mind but expect their equipment to be eclectic and generally poor.

Alright, full upgrade then.

I guess it'd be better form to simply wait after the tourney to equip them to account for Ser Benjicot winning one of the contests, but that can be handled later.

@DragonParadox, a few questions:
1. What rumors can they tell us of the Riverlands and of Westeros as a whole?
2. Can they give us an accurate accounting of what lords could be counted "loyalist" and what lords would side with the Usurper?
3. What supernatural instances have they encountered or heard of (supernatural creatures, mages, clerics, etc)?
4. I didn't see any mention of their mages... Why were they not reported? Aren't they a vital part of the Lads? The healer especially has probably saved hundreds of them by this point.

The answers there would be long enough that they should probably be IC questions

We should probably pass on any supernatural information Bloodraven gave us about the Riverlands to them. Monster concentrated areas, ancient keeps, the works.

Alright, I may as well just draft up a vote.

[X] Questions for The Lads
-[X] What rumors can they tell us of the Riverlands and of Westeros as a whole?
-[X] Can they give us an accurate accounting of what lords could be counted "loyalist" and what lords would side with the Usurper?
-[X] What supernatural instances have they encountered or heard of (supernatural creatures, mages, clerics, etc)?
-[X] Who are their current nearby enemies and how strong are their forces?
-[X] How many mages do The Lads have, what types, and how strong?
-[X] Of the men in front of us, what are their strengths in warfare? Their weaknesses? (this is basically asking for necessary intel to see what equipment would be best for them when we have the time to make it, starting with what armor and weapons each of them prefers)
-[X] Where are the hidden safe zones for The Lads? Is there a pattern for movement or is it according to the movements of enemies?
-[X] How would the smallfolk would react to being told to stop fighting and instead do other tasks? Their efforts are appreciated, but they lack the training to be effective combatants, and we have far more need of able hands than blades right now.
-[X] Gift them a copy of your Extraordinary Map of the Riverlands, stripped of all secrets of Bloodraven and Varys, but marked with warnings of extreme danger in places of supernatural activity that you are aware of.

Hm... tactically, their situation is entirely untenable. That's a small army he got there and hiding that is next to impossible. We could certainly dump a bunch of equipment on their peasants, but that is unlikely to achieve much except escalating the situation, as that would pretty much force Hoster to call his banners against them.

Is there any reason why we shouldn't just relocate them to the Deep? We could give them actual legionaire training.
Them serving as a disruptive force in the Riverlands against the Lannisters benefits us. Their very presence causes loyalist smallfolk to flock to them, and they are an excellent PR force for us since they fight bandits and monsters in our name.

Obviously their supply issues are no longer going to be a problem. We can spare ten Healing Belts for them as well.

A dozen Lesser False Ravens and a couple Greater ones would be a big help for them, too, allowing secure messaging between groups as well as unobtrusive intelligence gathering.

Depending on how many are scheduled for the Yi-Ti trip, we could also assign them a few low level mages.

@Duesal could you get a question vote up in the interim? I need time to think.
Already done.

Are there any more questions you want asked?

How the smallfolk would react to being told to stop fighting and instead do other tasks. Their efforts are appreciated, but they lack the training to be effective combatants and we have far more need of able hands then blades right now.
I'll add that in. I assume you're talking about informants for the Inquisition?

Alternatively, we could take on the more boisterous ones as members of the Legion if it becomes necessary.

I would honestly also add a warning about any dungeons and dangerous areas in the Riverlands that we know of. We dont need poor peasants running into a Lamia lair or something to that effect.

What if we offered to provide that training, @Duesal?

We could pad their numbers with some support from our own forces while their less skilled members are going through Legion boot camp.

Some of them yes, but these people have abandoned their lives to join an army, so I'm more inclined to use the majority of them for invasions preparations. Depends a bit on what the loyalist question yields, but having pre-established supply-lines in the Riverlands would mean that the Legion can just march through, supply on the way and off to kick Lannister teeth in it is. Furthermore, we can prepare them for an actual guerrilla war. With enough people and prep-time, we can turn the Riverlands into a meatgrinder.

Keep in mind most of their smallfolk are more or less tied to their villages so fighting is something they do intermittently anyway. it gives them a nice excuse to kill and rob the taxman even when they are not joined by the core of the Lads though: "For King Viserys!":V

Doesn't change the fact that 4000 soldiers in the Riverlands are too much to hide and would kickstart the war if people notice that they run around in SD supplied steel.
That's kinda my point. What if 3000 of them were off getting Legion training, leaving a much smaller, more organized force behind to continue conducting Lads business?

We could steer the lads into downsizing. Keep the elite core for further strike missions, train the irregulars in preparation for the invasion.

Re: ressurection. Darry yes, and Lyanna too. I couldnt care less about her personally, but Ghost Helicopter Mom is a serious detriment to Jon's upbringing. Though its probably too late in some ways, getting her out of our nephew's skull will do him good.

I can add in passing on a copy of our Extraordinary Map of the Riverlands minus any and all secrets we don't want to share, along with a few warnings of which places to avoid.

I've got to agree with Azel here. The Lads have done very well for themselves, but at this point they're too big for a guerrilla force that could be justifiably ignored by Hoster Tully.

It's probably best if the equipment we give them isn't blatantly Legion equipment. Obviously their getting a rise out of Lannisters by raising our banners, but the attention on them will be far more dire if the Lannisters suddenly realize the Lads have received direct support.

Do you want this part abstracted on the kinds of prep-work they'll be doing to secure the supply lines?

We could try to talk to Hoster.
The Tullys have never been late about turning their colors with the wind and these days the wind blows strongly from the east.

If he works, with our friendly outlaws here, on keeping the issue from seriously escalating things would be much easier for everyone involved, including himself and his family.
