[X] Plan "Go blow a Deep One, Paxter!"
-[X] Viserys uses Wild Arcana to cast Submerge Ship on the Queen Rhaella and the Moonsong so that both ships and their crew can travel directly to the wrecked vessel below. He passes control of each spell to the vessels' respective captains, then assumes his True Dragon form and takes flight.
--[X] Once both ships have safely submerged, Viserys Blood Wishes a Control Winds spell. He causes the wind to begin blowing in a clockwise fashion, slowly at first in a small radius, but gradually increasing in intensity and size until the entire 720 foot radius of control is inundated with tornado-force winds.
---[X] Before the winds grow too intense, Viserys Blood Wishes a Mage's Decree spell, using it to warn those on the opposing ships that their reach exceeds their grasp, and that they should depart quickly, before the strengthening wind rends their ships to pieces.

Dear Old Gods, why?

[X] Placeholder Vote: Be diplomatic to find out if you can flip the Redwynes, both to strengthen your position in Westeros, to weaken the duplicit Tyrells and to lay the foundations for a potential redrawing of maps after the conquest.

Full vote in a bit.

Just using a bunch of fancy spells and then not even capturing Praxter is a really dumb way of going about this. I'm not saying we have to be nice about it, but good lord can you just ... think? Just for a bit?

Edit: Oh thank Christ, Azel is here.

You people. Every single time, forgetting the most powerful weapon Viserys has isn't his magical power, but his words.

I was going to write a vote, but I'll leave off for the diplomancer-in-chief.

We could be really audacious and approach Paxter in True Dragon form, then transform back and mention how happy we are to hear that the Redwynes - unlike the Tyrells - seem to be remember their oaths and loayalties and how the Gardener Crown is indeed a worthy gift to renew their oaths to their rightful King.

Basically, intimidate him with the glory of a dragon, then give him a very convenient out in the way of confirming that he was loyal all along and he was guarding the wreck so he could gift the crown to Viserys. Emphazize unlike the Tyrells to put the notion of a possible future Lord Paramountship into his head, making him more willing to take the loyal-route

Assuming Relath would fight in his Huge-sized natural form
He is Large.
The Monk's Belt just lets him inflict 1d8 damage, which he can already do as a Huge-sized Dragon. The benefit of the belt for him mainly comes from the AC bonus, which would be +3, which isn't bad.
The Monk's Belt lets him make an extra 3-4 interative attacks, at 2d6+STR.
A new Monk's Belt, by the way, would cost 2,600 IM. And then adding the other things on there would be 2,913 IM.

... I'll be damned. It'll actually be cheaper to just add the Monk's Belt effect than to just buy a new belt and add the other effects
If that's the case, then you are doing it wrong, because it should cost the same.

Healing Belt is the cheaper effect in either case. Costs an extra 50% to have it in a Monk's Belt, or add a Monk's Belt effect to a Healing Belt.
Theon is currently a 6th level Mystic Ranger, which means he can prepare and cast Strongjaw for his pet murderlizard. Actually, with access to Theon's Ranger spellcasting, we could make a Strongjaw item for much cheaper. @Duesal, with assistance from Theon, a 3/Day Strongjaw item could be crafted at 5th level rather than 7th level. That lowers the price from 3,023 IM to 1,620 IM.
Pretty sure this has come up before and DP is not letting us get away with trapsmithing our way to cheese.

I'm on stronger antibiotics to deal with the pneumonia. I think they're working, because I'm feeling less close to death's door, so that translates into more mental energy, which in turn means I want to exercise our ability to shit all over the Tyrells in a creative manner.

[X] Plan Presentation
-[X] Goal: Be diplomatic to find out if you can flip the Redwynes, both to strengthen your position in Westeros, to weaken the duplicit Tyrells and to lay the foundations for a potential redrawing of maps after the conquest.
-[X] Let the Queen Rhealla and Hunters Moon hoist parley flags.
-[X] Viserys Starmantle on himself, then casts Telekinesis.
-[X] Step off the ship and use Telekinesis to raise a platform of water to carry you over to the leading Redwyne ship. If they attack you, use Wings of Cover or counterspell with Dispel. Do not retaliate.
-[X] Tell Paxtor Redwyne that the rudeness to your trusted subjects was unnecessary. He could have just asked them for a royal audience and you would have happily obliged. Politely ask him what his business is in your waters.

Being polite, yet firmly establishing the pecking order.

Viserys already has DR 10/Silver thanks to his robes. He can also cast Starmantle, which makes him utterly immune to non-magical weapons. Blood Wishing Protection from Arrows is a waste of magic.

Changed to Starmantle, though doesn't it work less well against projectiles?

Hope you get better soon. This sounds increasingly horrible.

It works equally well against all non-magical weapons and projectiles. If someone launched a cruise missile at Viserys in @Snowfire's Horde Thief omake series, and he was protected by Starmantle, the missile would just puff away in a harmless flash of light.

Thanks. I've never had pneumonia before, or really any serious infection or ailment which could prove fatal if left untreated, so it's kinda been a shock to the system, you know? Thankfully I didn't need to be hospitalized. That would have sucked.

I'm no stranger to lung infections myself, though none that bad, so I have a rough idea. It ain't fun if you wake up in the middle of the night because you are chocking on mucus.

I still don't want to negotiate. They're squatting in our waters while we have comissioned a salvage. If they want the crown, they need to go through official channels.

Guys, the Redwynes control the largest fleet in Westeros. If we can flip them, it becomes trivial to destroy the Lannister fleet and take total control of all sea routes during the invasion.

This is very much worth to be diplomatic over.
