We are doing so under a false identity and unlike they are assuming, we are not an independent actor but represent a major state.

He's supposed to have a Healing Belt with +1 Constitution & +1 Dexterity on it, and we've upgraded his +5 Ring of Resistance with +1 Intelligence & +1 Charisma.

A pair of +1 Soulfire Mithral Bracers would cost 5,000 IM, and be absolutely worth it.
I don't really know how much a Ring of Untarnished Glory would cost.

[X] Unlike those who would be held back by not knowing the line, I have to tell you that I will walk rather close to it, with our without your order's approval. So I would prefer to have precise details, to see if a confrontation can be avoided or not.
-[X] Clear and direct questions what is fine: Non-sentient and non-infective Undead? Keeping a decently sized group of people allive permanently? Seeking a life as near to immortality to make no difference while also being a big actor on the stage of this world? Harboring higher Undead with no greater ambition of their own?

That's pretty much what I have been trying to say, they aren't quite unchanging manifestations, but they are naturally inclined towards a course of action far more strongly than mortals, meaning they are less deserving of hate for their acts.
Yeah but there was a lot of corruption involved, which I see as enough reason to give them a second chance.

You are trying to nail him down on something he already confirmed he is not going to tell, thus souring this unique opportunity and probably starting combat. Not out of necessity or ideological discrepancies, but due to plain rudeness and impatience.
Our actions didn't draw the Faceless ire so far and unless you plan to radically change policy right now, we can slowly build trust over the coming months to get those comprehensive answers. But this isn't the time and place.

Well right here we are and don't intend to spread the word to any wannabe necromancer, we need the clear talk to see if we can continue as before, as we can make minor changes to our course for the future or if staying cool with them would take such radical changes that war is the better alternative.
Why are clear guidelines on "Is that allowed, yes or no" asked too much? Even german Behörden can do that on most issues, so competent death-cultists should as well.

I'm confused how he ended up with an Amulet of Protection from Evil and an Amulet of Natural Armor +2. One of them needs to be slotless or he needs to have added the PfE effect to his Natural Armor amulet. He would have purchased it that way rather than buying them separate, IMO.

He started with the Amulet of PfE and then later ended up with the Amulet of NA. I'm guessing it was just a mistake and that the Amulet of NA is supposed to be a ring or something. Or just an effect added on to his Amulet of PfE.
Also, a set of +1 Soulfire Mithral Bracers is 5,000 IM and will make him immune to all death effects.
