Yeah, I really liked how we just played it for a fool. The versatility we showed was pretty amazing.

But we were also lucky.

What's that spell that allows you to enter a mind scale of accelerated time? Let's talk with the lady.

This was an amazing waste of spells (why use Telekinesis when we could have just picked up a pebble, for example?), but it was pretty cool.

Actually being a turtle is not a condition Status can recognise.

From the spell description:

You are aware of direction and distance to the creatures and any conditions affecting them: unharmed, wounded, disabled, staggered, unconscious, dying, nauseated, panicked, stunned, poisoned, diseased, confused, or the like

In the interests of making this more than just another case of 'apply turtle' I'm going to rule that polymorped is a condition status can recognize.

I don't think we can Brain Spider it in turtle form?
Baleful Polymorph :: d20srd.org
If the subject remains in the new form for 24 consecutive hours, it must attempt a Will save. If this save fails, it loses its ability to understand language, as well as all other memories of its previous form, and its Hit Dice and hit points change to match an average creature of its new form. These abilities and statistics return to normal if the effect is later ended.
The way I read that the victim retains its memories until the failed willsave.

And Brain Spider works on any living being.

I guess @DragonParadox could rule that the reduced INT makes it harder to get useful informations, but it should still be in there for 24 hours, even if less accessible?

Demons?

Can we now please interrupt this work rather than letting it go on further?

[X] Bring the Lady in a room with Jarlar, Lady Forlys and your Erinyes, they (Erinyes) are to protect them, though not at the expanse of their own lifes
-[X] Turtle the demon, then start erasing the sigils in the guest rooms, starting with that of Forlys.

We are giving whoever runs runs this show a simple choice, to see his plans interrupted, or to try and stop us.
Some mid-duration buffs from @Goldfish would be nice before we starting smoking them out.
Scintillating Scales, Greater Blink, and Arcane Spellsurge would be good to use now, especially since Viserys already used Ancestral Awakening to learn Silent Spell. That means we will be at maximum action potential.

[X] Bring the Lady in a room with Jarlar, Lady Forlys and your Erinyes, they (Erinyes) are to protect them, though not at the expanse of their own lifes
-[X] Buff up with Scintillating Scales, Greater Blink, and Arcane Spellsurge
-[X] Turtle the demon, then start erasing the sigils in the guest rooms, starting with that of Forlys.

@DragonParadox Now that Viserys knows the Primal Instinct spell, it should be added to the list of spells he keeps active at all times since it has a duration of 24 hours.

Constant +5 Competence bonus to Initiative, Survival, and a chosen Knowledge skill is definitely worth a 3rd level spell slot. I would apply the Knowledge bonus to Arcana.

Maybe we should turtle our new minions to ensure they're in suspended animation just in case anything bad happens?

We're still affected by Superior Invisibility, which means short of True Seeing, a power the Demon doesn't have, we are completely Invisible to it. We could just wait for it to return and see what it does?

So just to explain my reasoning.

If whatever is behind this shows up when de start messing up the rituals and capture its minion, great. We can deal with that. Not like it can kill the guests and oppose us at once.

Of not wie can safe the people here and solve the puzzle by healing the old lady and mindraping the demon.
And then either Scry&Die or summon&smoke, depending on its nature, the cause behind this.
