You mind making a list of summon a in such a way, that it would not make it immediately apparent to any faction that we are summoning and capturing them en-mass, when we'll be doing those "important enough to be on-screen summons"?

We have Devils, Demons, Daemons, Rakshasa, those Shadow Hags, etc.
We can start with devils.

From our silver-clad Pleasure Devil friend we can get lots of names, but in addition to that:

1. The other Pleasure Devil
2. The Falxugon
3. The former Memory Devil

And then the name of that false deity, not to summon, but to have in reserve when Yss needs a big meal.

Rakshasa should would be next in terms of urgency, and we can just leave it to Viserys' judgement IC.

After that I don't really care about subtly.

Uniila's entourage, don't forget it too.
We didn't get everyone, did we?
We can probably chalk up knowing them to reading though her either way.

And then there are all the names a lorekeeper of hell would know...

Yeees, I am very excited for this turn.

1080HD of sacrifice is but low-balling what we can/should get, considering all the names and all the mythic power/8th level spellslots at our disposal.

Next month there shall be a sacrifice spree unseen by any mortal empire, ever.

Speaking of loot, we all forgot that AMF Generator from the palace in Ly'seos. That can be used for the wingships, right?

I doubt we have come close to matching Valyria in terms of sacrifice. They could have and probably have done greater sacrifices when they really wanted.

We would first need to study it and I doubt that building a weapon out of these things will be remotely cheap.

I do have some ideas how to turn this effect into a viable weapon, but it would require a huge AG-Vessel as a carrier.

It's also a damaged Artifact, according to DP, not merely a malfunctioning magic item. Before we used it for anything, we would first need to research it then figure out how to repair it, if it is possible at all. Using a broken Artifact is just asking for trouble we don't need.

Indeed. The important tidbits are how it consumes magic and how it discharges it as Force effects.

I'm confident that we can rig up a Force-Cannon from those principles, but that would take a lot of research to test feasibility, let alone building a prototype.

@egoo
We can likely get the Name of that former god devil he tried to summon from the captured Pleasure Devil.

Consider that one.
Would propably count extra for Yss, with his aversion of false gods.

Part MMCDLXXVI: Arcane Artifice
Arcane Artifice

Fifth Day of the Seventh Month 293 AC

The Sultana greets you in a private audience, or at least as private as the life of Ashadieeyah bint Khalid can ever be said to be, in the company of a mere half-dozen attendants. Still, there can be no question about her power here in the heart of her domain. The eye is drawn to her as iron is drawn to the loadstone, not for the gems woven into her silken gown, though each hold magics as potent as any you have looked upon, nor for the staff of ivory in her hand carved with seals of primal law, nor yet for the radiant throne on which she rests. It is all of that and more, a watchful presence that pressed upon the mind and soul, not oppressive but ever-present. Here in the heart of her power, the Empress of the Peerless Empire is near enough divine as to make the very avatars of the Gods take heed.

You bow deeply, you gaze never leaving hers, trying to guess the thoughts behind her glittering dark eyes. Only now do you realize how desperate she must have have been to personally travel to a newly rediscovered realm in search of an alliance. "Hail and well met, majesty. Good fortune be upon you this day."

"Upon us all, Your Grace," she corrects with a smile. "Thus speaks not hope speaking but truth, for the hosts of earth and storm sorely press the foul efreeti, and by your hand a hidden gate was opened into the fastness of their power."

Instinctively you look around the chamber in askance.

"I trust all here with even the gravest secrets," the Sultana interjects, guessing your thoughts. "Surely you also have a innermost circle you trust with all your plans and thoughts?"

"I do," you admit, but speak no further, for your companions are far more than the Sultana's bejeweled courtiers however ancient they may be or great the power they hold. They have stood beside you in battle though it imperiled mind, body, and soul, and in so doing earned that trust a thousand times over.

The introductions flow by easily though you mark each and every one of those present. For now you have more practical matters to discuss.

"...enchanters, you say?" the Sultana blinks in genuine surprise for a moment. "Of course, you do not have so many mages, do you? That can be arranged."

So it is in less than a few hours members of the Kartum of Artificers, something between a guild and a company, arrive to speak with you. The representatives are overawed to be called into the presence of the empress and rather wary in the presence of a dragon... or mayhap it is the cloak wrought of Mammon's hide. Still, by the end of the discussion they are set at ease and discussing price in such a way that would be seen as unseemly in the halls of any great lord of Westeros. Though you struggle to hold back a smile, something of it must have been visible upon your face, for the Sultana asks after it... the answer earns a hearty laugh.

30 Apprentice Enchanters (Craft Wondrous Items)

15 Journeyman Enchanters (Craft Wondrous Items; Craft Magical Arms and Armor)

5 Master Enchanters (Craft Wondrous Items; Craft Magical Arms and Armor; Craft Construct)

Note: Can only be used for enchantment unless you negotiate with the guild.

Before departing, you ask the Sultana after any means of warding against those who would use earth-shaping to undermine structures. As you had hoped there are wards to protect against transmutation and stone swimming. Unfortunately they are not something lightly taught, or easily copied. "The earth is different in the Realm of Balance," one of the courtiers explains apologetically. "It seems... dead."

Earth Glide and Transmutation Wards Unlocked

@Duesal Items are fine, but don't forget substance. What do we do next?

Or are we done?

If we do visit Adjar, let's have an objective in mind. Character moments are fine, but there's been complaints about chitchat with friends in the middle of politics.

Also need wards for ethereal passage and dream attacks (succubi and night hags as examples of predictable foes).

I actually remember something about gorgon blood required from some old FR books... ;)

@DragonParadox, so for the enchanters, what's the average CL? That's important to know for planning purposes.

I think we just go home? I don't have a problem with visiting house Adjar, but I don't see why we'd visit. There's no business to handle with them right now.

Also @Goldfish @Azel how much crafting materials should be purchased?

@Duesal, could you add 100 Healing Belts and 20 PfEs for the Night Watch? Also... let's say 400,000 IM of crafting materials.

@Goldfish, in case you want to object, I want to make a thousand or so of these things in the coming months anyway, but I would love to pad out our little gift to them that is coming up in a few days.

@DragonParadox, do 10% mark-up sound reasonable for our new crafters? That's 500 IM each per month if we run them on full capacity.

It really stings to commission the Healing Belts and PfE items when we could just craft them, but I understand that the crafters are better used in engineering. :( I just really thought we could avoid unnecessary spending by hiring the crafters.

Adding them now.

That's not it. I would just prefer to have them available right now. If we want to equip the Legions with Healing Belts, we will need thousands of these things so paying market value for 100 is a drop in the bucket.
