--[X] She places aa Snowsigh spell on Viserys, uses Blizzard to sow confusion and fear while blinding the whalers, then drops a Death Hail on them in order to weaken them against Viserys' magic.
--[X] Viserys uses Resist Energy (Cold) and Ancestral Awakening to learn the Chain Spell Metamagic feat, then subdues as many whalers as possible with Chained Baleful Polymorph spells, prioritizing Efreeti over lesser targets. He transforms them into Fire Turtles, because that's how magic gets stuff done.

[X] Baella will receive 25% of the wealth we reappropriate from the whalers, along with our assitance in hiring beings capable of helping to protect her and her fellow Fire Whales.

2. Can we have Baella help out with transport by loading the ships onto her and having her use her Greater Planeshift SLA to take everything to Sorcerer's Deep all at once?

1. Please prioritize any efreeti themselves for turtling. Turtling random crew members is a waste -- not all of them will be sacrifices.
2. 25% for Baella is fair rather than 33%. We're doing this job for her in the first place, otherwise we would have been off raiding fortresses right off the bat.

She's CR16 33% is a fair price, though 25% is too, they are just the high and low fair price respectively.

How about thirty percent then? Midway while being a little generous?
She's not going to be fighting. If she was fighting, then 33% would be a fair price.

And this is plenty generous. We're hunting whalers for her in the first place. Otherwise we'd be spending our time on far more valuable targets like military convoys or Efreeti fortifications.
 
@DragonParadox are there any fire immune mundane creatures in Fire that are valid as Polymorph forms for Baleful Polymorph so our new captures don't burn in the environment?

@Goldfish Viserys has Resist Energy from his ledger, and is a spontaneous caster.

... Wow, that would make Baleful Polymorph way less useful.

Water air and earth should be fine. The outer plans should be ok. I suppose it depends in if a non-enhanced human could survive. "mundane" animals should exist in fire though. They did in Molten Skies, as in mundane for the locale. Just checking.
