That speech sounds far too close to promising to build an actual temple for Burny.

Please, no. At least have them pay for it.
No, that means "give me a reason why I should do that". No promises made. The guy is perfectly aware of why the mob came to the Big One, namely torching it and I'm telling him that if his faith keeps behaving like retarded pyromaniacs, they can get lost.

Nah, we shouldn't share that fight.

When winter sends any actual champion we'll roast it personally.
My preferred goal is to warp the faith of the Reds enough that it alters R'hllor himself and have Viserys declared Azor Ahai.

DP confirmed multiple times that the gods are like Fey, shaped by their stories. Which means that we can alter their stories to be more useful to us.

First corrupt the priests, then corrupt the gods.

I'm looking forward to doing the same to the Seven as well after killing the Warrior.

Here's a sample build that she could have after a few months in Sorcerer's Deep (time spent healing and in the Scholarum where she might teach and she might learn some things from our Divine Casters and maybe even Lya (who's doing great at blending Divine and Arcane Magic). I'm giving her the Elite Array because she's level 7, which probably indicates an exceptional life).
Retraining needed: She'd have to retrain a few skill points and feats. Still, although doing this probably makes her pretty busy (and therefore unusable) for the next few months it's probably way faster than retraining 7 levels into Cleric levels.

Sarah the Healer: Human Sorcerer 7
HP: 26, Initiative: +0,
AC: 10, Touch: 10, buffed 22 (+8 natural armor from Alter Self, +4 Mage Armor)
Fort: +3, Ref: +3, Will: +7,

STR 8, DEX 10, CON 13, INT 12, WIS 14, CHA 16,

Feats: Able Learner, Still Spell, Flaw (noncombatant), Flaw (shaky), Versatile Spellcaster, Sculpt Spell, Touch of Healing, Arcane Disciple (Renewal),
ACF: Metamagic specialist (4 times per day, use Metamagic without increasing casting time), no familiar.
Skills: Concentration +11, Heal +7, Profession (Healer) +7, Knowledge (arcana) +11, Knowledge (Religion) +5, Spellcraft +9,
Equipment: Everyday clothing, dagger,
Attack: N/A, BAB is +3, Flaws= -2 to melee and ranged attacks,

Spells Known (Spontaneous Caster):
Level 0: Arcane Mark, Detect Poison, Detect Magic, Message, Mending, Read Magic, Prestidigitation (6/day)
Level 1: Grease, Mage Armor, Magic Missile, Sleep, Charm Person, (7/day)
Level 2: Alter Self, Glitterdust, Lesser Restoration (Renewal Domain spell), (7/Day)
Level 3: Deep Slumber, Remove Disease (Renewal Domain spell) (5/day),
Note: Each day she can cast a maximum of once Renewal Domain spell of each level. They are Wis-based. As long as one is uncast, Touch of Healing can be used as an at will standard action and up to 1/2 of target's max HP. Each use heals 3 points of damage per level of the highest-level conjuration (healing) spell available.

Focus: She's a passable healer with a focus on AoE control/save-or-suck spells - she has a good selection of those and can use Sculpt Spell as a full-round action if needed. Mage Armor and Alter Self (and the Knowledge skills to know that Humanoids with +8 Natural Armor exist) give her a good AC for a long duration.
She's a decent AoE control sorcerer who can also heal all day and has access to some great healing spells in an emergency (Lesser Restoration, Remove Disease, even Reincarnate soon). And having a minor caster with access to Reincarnate means being able to sell de-ageing services to those rich enough to pay for components but too poor to pay for us to Bloodwish them into a human. But a young gnome is better than an old human, after all... And if they're lucky they'll land "elf" and get 300 extra years to live!

Never preach to a devil how to worship fire, ei? All good points. I wish we can get to know this guy to be a companion. Or at least to be with the B (or C) team. The Light of Creation text is sooo tempting.

Fire pupper, doggo, and woofers @Tomcost, along with... shadowy creatures of nightmares, but still!

True and a goal I could generally support.
But I'd prefer to burn him and have those of his priests we can pull on our side go concept or Ur-Priest. He might even live if he surrenders.

It's just that the top-down approach is more dramatic, same with the Seven, better deal with one entity of incredible power than with millions of regular people.

Confirming, but @Azel, you are writing this with the intention of making the cleric fall, right? Practice for Brienne and all that?

Wait really I was under the impression you gods just remained the way they were born as. If that's the case more then I need to rethink a few things

I read that more as "I want to help people instead of hurting them." She may be fine helping when fiends attack, but I think she wouldn't be fine with a group (of adventurers) fighting humans.
Which just mean we need to assign her to a planar adventurer group, we have to take contracts from the Shaitans anyways, and the easier missions are likely to be good EXP for a B-team without being too hard, and it don't get much clearer morally than fighting Efreeti, short of fighting fiends.

Plan B is to kill Burny, decry him as a depraved demon that masqueraded as a God and declare ourselves the new Lord of Light.

The important part about complex and detailed plans is that they rarely work out, which is why the invasion plan has so many broad strokes goals for the shaky parts and is set up to work mostly fine, even if some parts go utterly wrong. Same thing here.

See above. Spreading doubt and taint. How to cash in on that is something to be decided later.
I dearly hope that he goes for a round 2, where we can start to stylize Viserys as Azor Ahai or an improved Lord of Light.

I want that title. It's a nice title.

A patron god for a enterprise. This quest sometimes.....
We are trying to cram Mercantilism into his portfolio for quite a while now. It was noted a while ago that many captains have made small shrines to him to get divinations for their endeavors and a sizable part of his sacrifices are traders who want to cheat like we do.

I think the plan is working fine.

Nah. I'd suggest involving her in our large-scale troop movements and such. Her AoE spells would be very useful there, and if my build is taken then her Touch of Healing will be especially useful when there are many wounded to stabilise and heal back to 1/2 HP instead of in a party that already has a better healer and that's full of healing belts.
And hopefully she'd level a few more time from being involved in large-scale land battles (and helping against whatever supernatural nasties the other side puts onto the battlefield - AoE control spells are useful against everything from Imps to Griffons to Vrocks after all).

I don't see why we couldn't teach it to Lya. It took divine intervention to learn it in the first place, but now that we have it we should be able to teach it to others.

EDIT: If that's still "we can't teach it to anyone" then we have to assume that Bahamut is actively blocking us from that.

Even if it's not Divine blocked it is list blocked, Wings of Cover is Sorcerer only, Lya cannot learn that.

Crap, there goes that idea. :( I'll settle for her learning a bunch of spells from Bloodraven. One of these months we should send her up there for two weeks straight doing nothing but learning spells.

Once more our resident Demon comes through with the most polite "Fuck you and the ugly horse you rode in on." opening to genuine discourse I've ever heard.

I would like a provide the dissenting opinion.

[X] Ha.
-[X] No
--[X] Fuck No. Pick a ship to fuck off on, promoter of slavery.

Edit: expanded on vote.
