Ey, militarized society was just the kind of news I was hoping for! And hearing yaks are coming to griffonstone is good news. Crossing borders between our two nations can only be good.
As for our new kid, given the current nature of our society and her mother, I think it's safe to assume she'll like to tussle around/be the active type.
Griffons will now hold themselves to the gold standard, shortened from golden-feather standard, in terms of body fitness. If the emperor can do it, you can do it too! Do the golden-feather workout routine, and you too, may be able to become as swole.

Bows the time to prepare for the next level of bullshit, if anything we need to make our cannons and other devices more powerful!
Maybe we can create grapeshot rounds...light cannons in the front, medium cannons in the middle and heavy cannons in the back with motars in the very rear.
That would give us somthing to use. Not to mention flame throwers as well as vehicles to use flame on.

remove the last name it messes with the counting of the votes. She is our daughter so why do people feel the need to put that in when it is given as a matter of fact.
So I looked up what the three names meanings are and they are some pretty good ones.
Guinevere means fair, white, and smooth so works for a diplomat.
Gilda means Italian name derived from the Germanic element gild, meaning "sacrifice." Old English name meaning "coated with gold; gilded so works for stewardship focused the mind and since we have the science and martial slots for children taken care of this one should be the stewardship focused one.
Giselle means It is derived from the Germanic word gisil, "bright pledge" which works because she is the light of hope for our people in the aftermath of the costly war.

In terms of tech that is both feasible to do right now and wouldnt be too much of a leap to jump too... I'd say rifling, steam engines, propellers/fluid dynamics, and maybe hydraulics. All those are real strong on their own.
