We Are the Gods of a New World Order [Warhammer 50K ~ Warp God Simulator]

Keep in mind it's not technically warp-born, just biology. Biology grown in the garden of a god but if a magus biologus, or more realistically an Eldar Homunculus got their hands on it they could copy it just fine.
The warhammer 40k universe has the capacity to grow things like an arcane focus that can direct lightning bolts accurately through normal air using nothing but sci-fi biology? Because that's definitely magic.

I'd imagine the occupiers if given the chance would entrench themselves making barricades deploying bombs and waiting for the most of their heavy hitters to arrive and back them up.

Good thing we aint letting them :V

Dammit Sheridan, you were supposed to resist the evil not join it. Bring balance to Equinox, not leave it in darkness.

If past turns are any guide, we'll likely have something next turn that we'll want more than one blessing on, or more than one thing we'll want at least one blessing on. Also, only one division of the Auxilia has been deployed - if Dadversary decides to hit us elsewhere after we've sent half our forces away, it'd be good to have another half of our divine strength to bless the remaining half of our forces with.

As for the Greycliff force, we can't just snipe the leaders if they hide in METAL BAWKSES (DA KOWARDZ! TEH FEWLZ!!) - I imagine tanks might well have a Machine keyword, which would make Lifebane useless for taking out Chimeras and their occupants. If we want to take away their METAL BAWKSES, we'll want to smash them with Flower Knights, with max toughness so they don't get killed by vehicle-scale weapons. Then Lifebane goes from being inapplicable to being unnecessary - unless I've misinterpreted things, our Huntsmen's ranged power is plenty for sniping any surviving leaders without it.

Also:
Layla Current

Daughter of Captain Percival Current, slayer of the Seahorror and captain of the Featherlight, a highly sophisticated yacht that started as some rich guy's pleasure cruiser 'Liberated' from their control through various shady means and subsequently customized through all manner of subsequent additions until it's a borderline warship... That has integrated grav plates and jet turbines so it can move onto land at need or jump onto another river system. It may or may not have been responsible for several high profile disappearing bits of shipping. Following the family tradition, Layla stole the Featherlight when she heard about these awesome guys who were (Apparently) going to put the Governor in his place and brought it over to you. She laughed, Dana cried, everyone had a good time.
Yay, one of my image suggestions from the Discord discussion was used! I've found a higher-resolution version of that image here, though.

The Governor is a petty tyrant with with little courage to speak of and no real understanding of how warp gods work. He would have no reason to assume we could not match whatever blessings we tossed on this indefinitely. He is very unlikely to send a follow up next turn if this fails spectacularly.

Except the majority if any at all won't be hiding in them they will expect a ragtag militia with no training for 1 and 2 no idea we can intercept them with the hovercraft, they would go to Greycliff thinking they can take their time prepping the battlefield in their favor while we surprise attack them with the alpha strike.
We'd be cutting off the the head of the snake and we know their morale is shit already so if everything goes to plan it'll be chaos in their ranks which we can exploit.

I was already assuming that Lifebane doesn't apply to tanks. And while I would agree with you about not needing extra reliability in killing the infantry if we had equal amount forces on the field, which we would get with the Juggernaut-approach, which nobody this far has wanted to take... Well. Lets just say that I don't want to take any chances, especially for when the time comes to snipe the officers. Its not the most cost-effective way for a blessing, but I've already included the two more situationally useful blessings before Lifebane, and don't think that Life Drain is all that useful with hit-and-run tactics.

Counter-argument. Greycliff's terrain is simply not suited to deploying tanks of any appreciable size. The entire region is basically as being akin to the Scottish Highlands, and brother if you could drive a tank through there then you'd deserve a gold medal. Tanks can't really traverse past a certain degree, they either get stuck or will flip over.

Adding toughness really helps out if they get stuck in a fight, but they shouldn't do that much and I think we need to conserve move of our power. This maximizes offensive boosts and trusts in our Belladonas' toughnes, regen, and revival and Bumblebees' fast attack and sniper capabilities. Notably they're already 2x tougher than the auxilia, boosting that to 4x doesn't seem worth it IMO.

If the boost hit our allies I'd consider more, but it doesn't.

Also, if he does attack us again next turn we'll presumably be able to use the blessings for the turn after that for that combat event.

I just realized that we're sending less than a hundred troops to hold the line against a vastly superior force.

Granted the Chasseurs Ardennais were up against much greater odds, had no hope of reinforcement, and eventually surrendered after running out of bullets, but the principle will still very much hold if our advance force pulls this off.

[X] Plan Welcome To The Mountains
-[X] Fast Reaction: You'll be outnumbered and fighting capable soldiers with armor that can resist your weapons and weapons that can hurt even your heaviest forces. More importantly, they have Chimeras, which add a nasty wrinkle in the matter. Your forces will however have time to set up and make suitable preparations for battle, which might limit the pain.
