We Are the Gods of a New World Order [Warhammer 50K ~ Warp God Simulator]

Finish writing the book before the third doctrine gets locked out.

Smooth over relations with the populous, the imperium can spew propaganda by the titan-load but seeing is believing, or disbelieving in this case.

Finally, invest everything into kicking the Necrons to the curb before they use the breathing room we've given them to wreck our face. With our manpower token her plus all our domains we should be rocking a total +40 bonus.

is the planet training more PDF yet and how far along are they if so.
i just want to point out, we have less than 100 followers currently and 1 unit of troops fighting Necrons just feels like a bad idea currently at least until we reach lvl 1 cult

I agree that Healers Without Borders seems our best bet for now. Better to build up some more and secure the planet before we jump into biotech.

Bit of a shame we didn't get any new options, but Charity Actions will help reinforce the message of the book as we spread the cult. I'm curious to what Dana's family is up to, but it doesn't seem to be much of a priority. Not sure about going the Necrons so quickly, because they probably have something up their sleeves, so...

I'm really not comfortable putting off the Necrons for another turn.
Same; now that the situation is stabilising a bit, I'd like to get a better idea of what they're up to and try to check them a bit. It's literally a dice-roll as to whether or not they intervene each turn, so we can't rely on them staying quiet for any length of time. Similarly, we definitely need to get some ears in the governors palace soon. There have been some worrying rumbles from that direction.

Let's get the book finished since iirc Alectai said it was a this turn only action and it'll let us get another doctrine which is nice.

Then let's go Necron hunting to try and make sure they stay down in their tombs cause while they had a -10 malus this previous turn it's probably go back to normal this turn unless we punch them down again.

Don't really care about Doctrine since we'll hopefully unlock a new one after this and Healers and Food are equally good in my book. Really wish I could had taken aggressive expansion to have better odds of reaching the next cult tier this turn but I really want to hit the Crons and the book is a more important action than getting the cult to level 1.

I was fine with taking a turn of downtime to retool ourselves and secure the home front as it were, but we can't keep mucking about in the backlines forever. Much as it does sadden me to say we need to take the fight back to the Flayers before they fully finish reorganizing and get stuck in once more. All we did in the previous battle was stall, and they don't have to conform to our timetables.

From the first page, our first (unintentionally-acquired) doctrine:
Warmaidens: The first to take up arms in your name were the girls left without dowry, profession, or other connections in the world--inspired by Dana's example in the reveal of the Flower Knights, they subsequently launched one of the most devastating counterattacks since the start of the current troubles. Since then, the impression seems to be that the Verdant Maiden favors those pure of heart and body to don her Armaments, and cultural inertia has done the rest! (Manpower Dice on Kinetic Actions provide a +10 bonus when high concentration of force and morale are required. Manpower Dice are impaired by the same amount when sheer numbers are required to hold a position. Heroic Cultists generated from the Flower Knights are nearly guaranteed to be female)
That makes me think that, even with our starting point of a cult mostly consisting of farmers, having both the Healers without Borders and Weavers of Life would be a good, synergestic combination. Probably for the best to get Healers without Borders for now, both because of the PR and the casualties that the Flayers will almost certainly start causing for our people as they start attacking again. Not completely decided yet on the plan, but I worry that we would make no headway against the Necrons without greater numbers.

so here is the way i see it.
practice as you preach is a move to set us up to hurt the crons next turn as our cult currently has very low numbers only 79. so we get ou8r doctrines up, have the people like us more and grow
it's quiet too quiet is about maybe getting the doctrines and absolutely trying to hit the crons hard so they stay down while we expand next turn having a total of +50 on the reconnaissance action
fight the good fight is to try and balance the 2 by having Dana do good deeds and the book while our other cultists fight.

while i get all of these i say take either practice or quiet. we either go all in in trying to keep the crons down or in growing our number. we know that having Dana with our manpower token is good aswell due to her interrupt last time

We need to take advantage of this breathing room to solidify VM's support base. The Necrons are still working shit out right now, but once they get it together that's going to have to be our main focus. We won't be able to afford any slippage in our position, which means we need to firmly establish it now.

I doubt that we're going to be able to do much about them in their places of strength at our level of resources anyway, so acting now is effectively wasting our chance to get strong enough to use whatever we learn about them.

The reason for that split is simple, we cannot afford to wait on either action. The Necrons have already had a full turn of uninterrupted recovery, they're Necrons, they won't need another. The population has already had its feathers ruffled by the partial success infiltration action last turn, that combined with pressure from the governor means we need to keep our reputation as a helpful cult strong, too helpful, too loved to burn out without also leaving the governor without a population to govern.

We cannot afford to simply ignore either threat for another turn, it's split our attention or get stabbed by the threat we refuse to counter.

[X] Harvest Witchery
The sisters of battle have a healing side that we don't want to fuck with and as a harvest goddess we by default are not a really good healer.

Our core domain is life, not harvest, and combined with endurance/weaving we should be really good at healing.

Do note that Dana only gives +10 bonus to Charity and Preaching missions, not Kinetic ones.

She still mitigates the penalties of a failure so using her on reconnaissance isn't a waste (especially as a failure there can be very painful), but it isn't making full use of her either.

Our core domain is life, not harvest, and combined with endurance/weaving we should be really good at healing.
It's also more what our cultists do than what we do. Even if the Verdant Maiden wouldn't make a good healer (which she does), that doesn't prevent us from wanting our worshippers to heal and help those in need.

There still the SOB whom would burn us at the stems for just not following the Emporer so I still think we should not go healer cause those women are faithful killer nuns.

The whole imperium would burn us all at the stake the second anyone with any real knowledge of the warp (which does include the Sisters) takes so much as a second glance at us. Worrying about the reaction of one specific faction over one specific thing isn't really worth it.

It's less immediate, but I think in time we could make this work for better healing and food.

[X] Plan Fight the Good Fight

I'm super worried about leaving the Necrons alone, and I think the good works will help mitigate negative government action.
