Regarding the matter of the embassy... do we think it is worth losing 2 actions for a significant amount of time (and with possibility of recovering those actions in the future) to start the process of making VM better tolerate Necrontyr forces in the hopes of possibly making an alliance with them in the far future? Also, would they be willing to make an alliance with us in the first place or would they see us as no better than the old Chaos Gods, and would therefore want to destroy us?

This is the Shaded Valley plan, except we Integrate. I like the idea of forming more permanent bonds with the Necrons and with the Dragoons.

We should keep in mind it is explicitly noted integration of the space marines would create friction, which at least implies doing so might cause trouble with them due trying to get them to join us when they are likely not sure about us, since we are still a cult, admittedly better than the imperium, but still.

Edit:

(Azure Dragoons join with the Verdant Cult and become part of your forces. Will definitely cause friction, inside and out of the Chapter, but things will work out you're sure!)
