Yeah this. Oh look Chaos is looking to spread misery and eventually get an Everchosen rolling to destroy the world. Thats not really a groundbreaking revelation? How many Everchosen have there been by this point? I'd think people might be counting the years and going "waaaiit a moment" too.
13 Everchosen (counting Archaon) according to the End Times, which Boney's going with going by what he titled the tournament bracket.

That covers the period between the first, Morkar (around 0 IC*) to the most recent, Asavar Kul (2302 IC).

*Early sources had Morkar being killed by Aenarion, later sources (mostly) had him being killed by Sigmar. I think he'd prefer Sigmar, personally- with Sigmar, it was a fight. With Aenarion, it was an execution.

This would be the 13th. Which, beacuse GW love making the Empire the star nation, have all occurred since the founding of the Empire. One every 200 years or so would work out on average.

It seems like a sitewide issue, rather than something specific to my rolls. Hopefully it will resolve itself before long.
For what it's worth, individual rolls still load fine.

For example:

Dice Roller • Orokos.com

Orokos is a tool site for role-playing games, such as Dungeons and Dragons 4th edition, allowing players to upload characters from Wizards of the Coast's Character Builder program and providing a dice roller and attribute calculator.

Since it's Valentine's Day, I was thinking of Mathilde giving Panoramia flowers (I know Vday doesn't exist in Warhammer give me a break I'm being a sap), and I remembered this:
You barely have time to also visit the public park of the Taalgarten and the conservatory of the Sea of Roses, taking advantage of the Coin's effects to take a few interesting cuttings for Panoramia while you do so,
Not as flashy, but I guess to a Jade Wizard, "interesting cuttings" are as good as pretty flowers. I wonder what Panoramia's favorite flower is.

Dandelions. Every part of them is edible, you can make wine and dye from the petals and a number of drinks from the roots, and several useful medicines can be made from them. They can grow practically anywhere, don't need pollinators to spread, and they can regrow from the taproot.

If it was pointed out to her that the question was more about aesthetics she'd be baffled.

Good to know Mathy is not the only odd one in the relationship🥰

Well, Mathilde's obsession with romance novels from multiple different cultures barely qualifies as eccentric by wizard standards. Pan picking her favourite flower based on its practical uses over its aesthetic is downright mundane in comparison.

Even in real life people just have weird habits or preferences. Most people pour milk on cereal. I pour milk tea on cereal. It adds flavor.

Meanwhile ask Mat about her favorite shadow and it is all about aesthetics.

Mathilde: Look you can't just ask me to choose one! That is like picking my favorite child! There is dramatic shadow during a battle making you look cool, intimidating shadow that leaves just enough unknown to inspire fear, Romantic shadow cast by moonlight...
Pan: Why don't you just go with that one when you are around me?
Mathilde: Sigh... yes dear.

For half a second there I was terrified that you were going to say you pour the milk in first, then add the cereal.
Could be worse, I eat my cereal dry.

And here I thought Mathilde's favourite shadow is the one that strangles and spears her enemies for her.

Now you've got me thinking about the logistics of Mathilde's shadow. Ever since Und-Uzgar Mathilde's shadow has had a mind of its own and kept wandering and caressing people without Mathilde's control. Mathilde hasn't ever been able to do shadow puppets since that happened.

We don't usually get any mentions of it because Mathilde's gotten used to it and few people actually mention it because they're either unphased by it or they're too scared to mention it. I think Eike was the last one who said anything about it. I wonder how Mathilde Jr's doing.

Whoa. Lucky escape.
Imagine Mathilde's tedium, though.
"Yes, that dandelion is an enemy of the Dawi. So is that one. Again, that one, yes. Also that creeper vine. And that stinkweed over there. The entire patch." Sighs. "OK, yes, that stinkweed plant. And that one..."

Panoramia probably doesn't give a shit about the flower language, but looking it up, Dandelions represent hope, growth and healing which I think is sweet. Dandelion research is also apparently a big enough field that it has its own name. Taraxacology. I'm learning new stuff all the time.

If enough people find flower language meaningful, then it probably has some magic effects. I could see it as a thing taught to the jades. Definitly ritualists, though maybe also potioneers. And maybe as casting aid for journeyman.

Hell, if Mathilde were running the Jade college, then she'd spread flower language solely as a way to have relatively cheap catalysts for a variety of uses. Though that might conflict with the religious roots (haha), and they might not want to spread false information or reveal what they consider true.

A grey wizard running the jade college:
yes, flowers are a perfectly adequate method to do dead drops of information in your spy networks.
Have it taught to all incoming students.

Think the answer is because the question asks her favorite, not the one she finds the most aesthetically pleasing. She seems to be the type you imagine near a farm than a home garden after all.

She might not have a particular athestic favorite. There's a bunch of nice looking ones, and some that are meh, but picking one as the best is just weird.
