Voted best in category in the Users' Choice awards.
I mean sure you could, if you wanted him to terrorize the priests into obedience or martyrdom. Cython is not generally speaking one to give a damn as to the bodily or spiritual autonomy of mortals, he makes an exception for Mathilde.
I wasn't thinking of sending them after friendly temples so much as holy sites for dark elves or Orcs or maybe even Lizardmen sites they might have picked up in their long life.

[X] Truth

We basically have a camera that can take photographs of the Gods. Okay, they are photo's that can probably bypass fingerprint and retina scanners, but still quantifiable evidence of the existence of the gods.

... ooh, if we spend a boon to investigate the Phoenix crown, we might be able to sample Asuryan.

I'll let the character sheet speak for me for what decision I'll choose:
The prudent action is clearly marked.

However, our faith have seldom leave us astray.

Give unto Ranald that which is Ranalds.

The Truth option reminds me of Dexter and his bedammed blood collection.

Theres no way we can benefit from this.
We study the good gods, it will offend them. We study the chaos gods.. we're fcked.
We study ranald, he will be offended.

Mathilde is ALREADY working on a difficult project where she's trying to discover long-forgotten knowledge, and THAT project is publicly approved of. Why would we try to set her up to work on another difficult project at the same time, one that will endanger the first project if it's discovered?!

Not going to have time to catch up on the vote while I'm at work, so here's mine.

Because as we all know there are only two categories of god, good and chaos.... Wait I thought this was warhammer fantasy.

I see you have no faith in our fellow wizards to be wizards. That is just sad.

I would like to not potentially burn down our oldest friendship. I know thats not the only way to interpret going behind Ranalds back, but it's not one I want to risk.
Remember when the topic of chaos came up and how they were boring because ooc knowledge means no quest would fall for their tricks, so QMs need other ways to tempt players?
This looks like temptation to me.
Let's not fall for it.

Indeed brother, we should not fall for Chaos, an open mind is like a fortress with his gates unbarred. You know that library is looking mighty heretical what with all the new-fangled knowledge.

We really don't have the time to split our attention further, and I think it's better to, at the least, safely dispose of it.
If this gives Ranald options, that's good too.
