Alright, now that I dont have a million people breathing down my neck for iced white mochas with pumpkin cold foam.

To start with you can only have a single councilor in a certain position, however as your polity grows you will slowly start to have additional advisors until you reach a certain size where advisors will start to form a pyramid with advisors of thier own.

Maybe these 109 planets could support more sailor scouts at some point! Same for the moons of the various planets!

Probably minor ones, with relatively weaker powers, but why not?

Probably something for the very long term though.

Also technically Tuxedo Kamen is sort-of the sailor senshi of Earth. The only known exception to the "only female" rules actually.

More that he's the Ruler of the Planet and the holder of the Golden Crystal (*cough*bullshit*cough*). Although if they are Fae then I'm kind of wondering what exactly he was Ruling down on Earth.

And what the Golden Crystal is supposed to be, cause that just reeks of being forced to give him something that makes him sound equalish to Usagi, cause it kinda just does jack and shit from my memory of the series.

Though now I'm remembering that old 4chan quest about there daughter after Usagi decided to do something else and the world kept on living. That was kinda interesting.

Clearly, Sailor Pluto is actually the sailor scout of every single 'planet' (ice ball) in the Kuiper Belt. She just goes by Pluto because its more recognisable and sounds better then 'Sailor Kuiper Belt'.

So...

Sailor Ceres when? :D

That's the manga, right? Because the 4th season of the anime revolved around the Golden Crystal, I think. And a pegasus. And, uh, dreams? It's been over 20 years since I saw it.

Okay, it was in both.

So its apparently his Star Seed straight up (making it the Earth's Star Seed), buffs others, runs on Dreams (something something collective hope of humanity probably), and has some jazzy defense for its wielder.

Oh, and the transformation key for King Endymion and Neo-Queen Serenity.

... Yeah, I'mma call that bullshit.

Hey! There was like...

One good Sailor Sol Ranma fic, and a shit ton of knock offs that failed to understand the mechanics of the good one.

As for Alcohol, it is a lot less censored in Anime, but Ami is still too young to be drinking by their standards so it would be something else.

But for one thing that I did see... One or two fics doing was make the Golden Crystal have Plant based abilities to explain where Tuxedo Kamen gets all his roses.
