"We cannot say to the opinion of your father," Mister Danbura says, "However, our concerns are carried by other members of the board."
Alice doesn't seem to respond, but the girl's eyes come alight for a moment before she manages to clamp down on the look. A mistake has just been made, but what exactly the mistake is, and how they made it Usagi isn't sure of yet. However, it is clear that the two men seem to be more interested in Alice's trust fund than the actual point of the mission here.
From there, the discussion slowly starts to slide forward, discussions about the nature of the organization being formed are fielded. The point of the company being crafted is to support and help the Senshi as they do their work, but what exactly does that mean. How exactly are they planning on enacting this support.
The act of putting the Senshi on payroll is alone a type of support yes, but what else can the Yotsuba organization put forward. However, time and again the two men continue to butt in, offering suggestions that make it clear that they do not approve of what is happening here. But there is still something... Something else that bugs at Usagi as she watches the two men.
However, Usagi doesn't have long at all to try and piece together what is happening, as the discussion begins to turn towards the most important aspect of the day's meeting.
The acquisition of a building and real estate.
It is here that the fourth member of the board, the one who hadn't spoken up yet, finally seems to relax, shifting his shoulders and pulling a large folder out of the suitcase at his feet. The man is older than anyone else in the room, with skin like leather and hair the color of salt and pepper, but there is a spring in his step, an energy that makes it clear that he is not at the end of his time yet.
"Lady Yotsuba," He says with a bow towards Alice, "Esteemed Clients." He says, now bowing to Usagi and the rest of the Senshi. "Daisuke." The man says with a nod to the third member of the board, the one who Alice seemed willing to let sit in on the meeting without any fuss.
Notably, the elderly man doesn't offer even the slightly glance towards Mister Yosuke or Mister Danbura. "My name is Kenji Ito, and I have had the distinct pleasure to be hired by the Yotsuba Conglomerate as a Realtor for the new company that you are taking the first steps to create today." He gives another nod to Alice. "Lady Alice tapped my firm to search for the real estate options that you are looking to buy, however, before we can get to that, there is one thing that I would like to have ironed out." Alice looks to the man, raising an eyebrow.

[ONE CRITICAL SUCCESS]
"Understanding the nature of the organization that you are forming today will allow me a much better ability to close the contract for whichever building that you decide to contract in the end." Mr. Ito says, as he flips open the folder, quickly fanning a handful of different papers across the table towards each of the Senshi.
Mr. Ito quickly begins to explain the different kinds of business forms that the Senshi's company could take the form of - From Non-Profit Organizations, to Limited Liability Company. From Non-Governmental Organizations to Partnerships. All of these things seem to mean different things, but Usagi, Naru, and Ami are on top of the discussion, and for that short while Rei can't help but feel like she is watching some kind of tennis game, words and ideas bouncing back and forth quicker than the girl can follow.
Unfortunately, while the discussion is enlightening, there is a distinct realization from everyone at the table that there is more which needs to be discussed before a true decision can be come to. However, despite the fact that no decision was made, Mr. Ito seems... practically giddy about the whole thing. As if he had gotten everything that he needed from the discussion.
Mister Ito then begins to start explaining the basics of the process through which he found the four different buildings that he has found which he believes will fit the needs of the company that Alice and the Senshi are going to be establishing.
The first of the buildings can really only barely be called office space at all. At just over a thousand square feet, the single floor building is barely anything more than a small apartment. All together the building is smaller than Usagi's house. However, for all that it is minuscule, that does mean that the building is dirt cheap, entirely within the price range of Alice not even counting the money that she had spent on the Vajra, and following the government's intervention managed to get back.
The second is nearly twice the size of the first, with nearly twice the amount of space to expand and develop whatever resources that the Senshi decide to build. However, this second building is notably more expensive than the first building, not only cutting entirely through the funds that Alice has set aside for the purpose of buying a building, but it is going to take even more than that, instead drawing on some of the funds that Alice received from her father due to the government taking the Vajra.
At over twice the size of the first building, the third building is as much larger than the second building as the second building is to the third, however at over three thousand square feet, the third building is even more expensive than the the second building.
Where things get really crazy is the forth and final building that Mister Ito has set out for the Senshi to potentially buy. While it will take nearly all of their funds, the building is a full office building just a few blocks away from the Shinjuku metropolitan center, which places the building almost perfectly in the center of the Greater Tokyo Area. Sure, it may take a few weeks of saving once the building has been bought before it can be completely furnished, but it is at just under five thousand square feet, which is nothing to sneeze at.

Having reached the end of the discussion about properties and locations, it is time for Usagi to bring forth the matter that she needs the assistance of Alice and the Yotsuba Conglomerate to handle.
Stepping up to stand in front of the rest of the group, Usagi places down the suitcase that she brought along with, snapping it open with a pair of sharp clicks. "Okay..." Usagi begins, taking a deep breath in. "So... You should know that by now the Tokyo Metropolitan Police are looking for any information about the Dark Kingdom that they can get their hands on. They've offered a reward and everything. I..." Usagi pauses for a moment, trying to figure out the right way to phrase what she has to say.
"I am not, like, personally interested in the reward." Usagi says, "However, the police need to have all the information that they can get in order to be able to make informed decisions about the Dark Kingdom and what they are doing. I have a lot of notes, things that we have learned and things that we remember from our fights with the Dark Kingdom. I just..."
"I don't know how to put it in a format that the Police would be able to use well." Usagi settles on, Alice nods, a thoughtful look on her face.
"What kind of information are you talking about?" Alice asks.
"It's just a right mess of different things." Usagi says, sounding frustrated with herself. "The Basics of what a Youma is, what Life Energy is, brief summaries of the different ways that the Dark Kingdom has been collecting it, what they've been using it for, and a handful of different things to look out for that might allow the Police to find the places that the Dark Kingdom have set up shop in easier. Of course, we've also asked some of our allies for a bit of information about the Dark Zone, and what they've been fighting. On top if that, there is what little we've been able to find out about magic users native to earth, and-"
"That is enough!" Mister Danbura bellows, leaping to his feet and slamming his hands against the table. "For too long now I have sit here, listening to you blather on and on about this... this endeavor as if it is something that your father would actually allow you to do!"
"It most certainly is not," Mister Yosuke adds as he stands next to the other member of the board who forced their way into the meeting. "You should be able to tell that from the letter that your father has there."
Alice is quiet as she looks at the letter on the table in front of her. "Hmm... Yes..." She says quietly, before she places a finger on the page, sliding it over to Sebastian next to her. "Sebastian, might you read that first sentence of the letter."
Picking up the page, Sebastian glances down at the page, the older man's brow furrowing for a moment. "Dear beloved daughter,
It has come to my attention that you have of recent spent an ordain amount of funds on a historical curiosity." The man says simply, his tone flat. "This is indeed the master's handwriting. If it is a forgery, then I am most impressed with the craftsmanship."
Mister Danbura scoffs, shaking his head. "A forgery, what makes you think that is anything but the real deal."
Sebastian pins the man with his gaze, the butler's tone colder than Mercury's ice. "The Master would never send a letter to Miss Alice with such a formal opening. Let alone the fact that he didn't bother to ask about Mana or Rikka."
Alice glances down at her fingernails, idly buffing them with a nail file before glancing back up at them. "You weren't a member of the company prior to the day before yesterday, so you probably weren't aware of the fact that we were attacked by the Dark Kingdom not too long ago. A youma managed to use it's shape shifting abilities to get in. Since then, we've been experimenting with a few new types of security." Alice explains, as both Mister Danbura and Mister Yosuke tense.
"I do remember you. I can remember you as a member of the company for years, but you only started being referenced in paperwork two days ago. So you've done something to my head." Alice says, and Mister Danbura simply scowls more, his eyes almost glowing in the darkness. "Then there was the fact that you two were the only ones to not react with surprise when I called the meeting here in my new office. You already knew about this. Which means that you've possibly gotten to my father, messed with his mind and made him write this letter. Only father's smarter than you think, and he managed to warn me that something was wrong."
Mister Yosuke snorts, glancing between the girl, the members of the board, and the Senshi. "Alright. I'll admit that we could have infiltrated better. This was just supposed to be a quick little distraction. Get in, wipe all your memories of magic and seal up this floor so that you can't get back.
"But then you started blathering on and on," Mister Danbura growls. The man's eyes are glowing, magic building up within him. "That was annoying enough, but here you are, speaking of unveiling magic to the Tokyo Police? No. That cannot be allowed. Revealing magic to those unknown is illegal. And it is time to serve your sentence."

Mister Danbura takes in a deep breath, as a circle of glowing light spuns up beneath the mage's feet. ƚɔɘ||oɔɘɿꙅiM
The spell spills from the man, washing across the room like a wave of topaz colored light. Mister Yosuke grins, laughing as he watches the spell fill the room.
Then, Naru inhales. Each of the Senshi can feel it at the edge of your thoughts, like spindly fingers trying to reach into their very souls...
Naru's hand snaps out, grabbing hold of the topaz light, and all at once the spell shatters. There is a moment of silence, as the two mages realize that their attempt to erase the memories of everyone in the room has been ruined.
"That's... A problem." Given the way that the two men glance from each other, to Naru, all without ever once looking to the door, Usagi is pretty sure that they are about to try and bolt.
The question there is... Should she stop them?
[ ][Yosuke] Yes obviously.
- They attacked Alice, and they attacked the Senshi. They need to be caught.
[ ][Yosuke] It might be best to let them go
- They seem to be a part of the Magical government, which could be a problem if you catch them. Especially since you don't have anywhere to keep them.
Mister Yosuke snorts, glancing between the girl, the members of the board, and the Senshi. "Alright. I'll admit that we could have infiltrated better. This was just supposed to be a quick little distraction. Get in, wipe all your memories of magic and seal up this floor so that you can't get back.

Oh dear, THAT WAS FAST!!!
I honestly have no idea how connected these might be to the govt. For all we know they could be spies acting in the interest of a seperate magical govt very invested in the masquerade.
[X][Realty] Medium Base
[X][Yosuke] Yes obviously.
- They attacked Alice, and they attacked the Senshi. They need to be caught.
I'm not particularly concerned with confinement, even if they do get away, a lead on that asshat from the hospital and the organization they belong to is right in front of us, all we need to do is jump on it.
I'm thinking the Medium Base, or maybe the Large. I don't think we should go lower. I'll vote both for now. I now think Large is probably the best option. [x][Realty] Medium Base
[x][Realty] Large Base
Though honestly this duo seems very much like an Hp style obliviator squad, whom's job is to wipe the memories of anyone that would jeopardize the masquerade. The only issue is, all we know is they are acting like arbitrators of the law and capable of skillful mind manipulating magic. Which, means they likely at least collaborate with A magical govt, but there is NOTHING on which they are tied to, and for all we know, they could be deniable assets.
The maniacal laughter is disturbing. If these people are legitimate, they're probably Umbridge equivalents.
We need to get protections for our allies. Rei's grandfather might be the one to talk to.
There are so many fucking rooms I want. Even if we weren't literally Sailor Moon I'd want to build a moon base just for more rooms. Spending all our money on a building is a good stopgap until it's moon base time, though.
As for these chucklefucks, I'm not convinced that Danbura isn't a youma infiltrating the magical government. Not to mention we need someone to interrogate about what even these illegitimate laws we're breaking by trying to save people are so we can plan around the consequences.
I also notice that these guys are prioritizing superheroes instead of the normal-government agency that successfully extorted Alice's dad into selling a Silver MIllenium royal guard-grade personal weapon for barely enough to buy a serious base.
Anyway, we're going to need to spend a room on magic jail.
Seventeen possible rooms at this point. I had someone over on the discord ask about an idea for a room specifically for investigations and putting together collected information. Still working on whether that would be a separate room, or if I'd like fold that into the Intrigue room.
And it's possible that in time you guys will give me ideas for more rooms.
