Buying insurance is placing a bet that you'll get wrecked - if you lose the bet, then you are in the fortunate position of not being wrecked after all, and if you "win" you get a big chunk of cash so you can recover from being wrecked.
Selling insurance is placing a bet that your customers won't get wrecked, or at least that by the time they do get wrecked they'll have paid you more in total premiums than what you now have to pay them to recover from being wrecked.
Yep, so you would make a killing if you played your cards right, like say, having a very well trained force of heroes who would do their best to prevent as much damage as possible.
Letting you be able to sell insurance at high rates due to high likelihood of destruction, while having a team of people ensure that the damage is at a minimum and therefore very cheap to repair.
Either you'll end up very rich, or bankrupt. Train your hero team well people!

Y'know, after reading the reactions the gym had to Usagi, I wonder if Jadeite decided to make it SOP to assume every teenage girl is a enemy in disguise? Because that would actually fit both the singling out of Usagi and that the roll to bluff was lower than expected, since they are doing this for every teenage girl that enters they don't suspect Usagi in particular. Which makes me imagine the other Dark Generals listening to Jadeite rant about the dangers of teenage girls and how every single one he meets is a magical girl.

[X][Gym] Ask for directions to the Bathrooms.
-[X] Make it clear that you really need to go right now.
[X][WC] There's an Employee Only door right down the hall from the Restroom. Try and find somewhere deeper for the Summoning
"H-hello." Usagi says, trying to think of anything to say to the man. And anything she can do to avoid looking into his eyes, those deep yawning pits of black that near fill the whole of his sockets.
"You looking for a particular machine?" The man asks, and Usagi opens her mouth to say something, before she pauses. There is something about the way that he says that, something about the way his grip tightens just so slightly...
Something about the way that Usagi realizes that each and every one of the people working out in the gym are all looking at her. Something isn't right here, and now that Usagi is facing it head on, she can feel that the magic of the Gym feels... different as well. Not in any such way as to be actually different, but instead...
The magic is heavier? crueler?
Neither of those descriptions are right, but Usagi can't think of any words to say that might be close to right.
Still, the girl needs to answer the man. She needs to say... something.
"Uhh..." Usagi starts to panic, trying to think of something, anything that she can say that could allow the girl to get out of the situation, to be able to get free of the massive man's hand, and most importantly to avoid starting any kind of fight before the plan has a chance to go through.

"Do you know where the bathroom is?" The girl asks, the words slipping past her lips. "I... I really got to go." She says, "Need to make sure my bladder is empty before I work out, ya know. Don't want to get cramps." What the girl is saying is nearly complete nonsense, just the first thing that came to mind.
The empty black eyes of the man stare into her own for a long moment, the pupils filling the whole of his eyes, completely devoid of emotion or thought. Then, the man's head tilts, a thoughtful look on his face, a look that is entirely at odds with his eyes. "The... bathrooms...?" He says, stumbling over the words. The man blinks, allowing Usagi just the barest sight of the man's pupils contracting, shrinking down to the point where she can tell that the man's eyes are green. "Yes, of course, Kingette." the man says, and Usagi blinks at the very... odd term the man uses. "You've got to take care of yourself properly if you want to achieve any notable gains." He explains, pointing off towards a doorway near the back of the hall. "The bathrooms are right down there and to the right. Also, remember to wash your hands once you're done. It's everyone's responsibility to reduce the spread of pathogens!" Usagi is still completely baffled by the man and his statements, before he blinks once more. The moment he does, his face goes slack, and slowly his pupils expand again, filling the whole of his eyes with the same flat black as they were when she first saw them.
Now even more freaked out than she was before, Usagi scurries back and away from the man, hurrying across the gym towards the doorway. Passing through the archway, the girl does her best to avoid looking at any of the other people working out in the gym, a part of her completely aware that if she did, she'd be seeing those same empty black eyes. Just the thought of having to look into those empty black eyes sends a shiver down her spine.
Pushing the thought out of mind, the girl glances up towards the two empty bathrooms right before her. Here is the perfect place to jump back, to go and grab the Senshi and start to assault the Gym from within... only...
Usagi's eyes slide down to the very end of the hall, where the blonde haired girl can see a door marked 'Employees Only'. For a moment, the girl glances back and forth, between the door to the back of the gym, and the door to the restroom.
Going into the bathroom would be the easier plan, the simpler plan... Whereas going deeper into the Gym would be the chance at finding an even better place to summon the Senshi too, and even more than that, it would be an opportunity to avoid dragging the mind controlled victims into the fight.

Usagi pauses, taking a moment to breath. There is a reason why she is waffling here. There is a reason why she is thinking of stopping here and using the restroom as a point to bring in everyone instead of going deeper and keeping to the plan.
Breathing in again, Usagi allows her eyes to close, before she turns her thoughts inward for a brief moment to try and understand why she is doing what she is doing.
And almost immediately the answer comes to her.
The girl is scared. That answer both makes total sense to Usagi, as well as just slightly confuses her. After another moment of trying to understand the sensation, she starts to realize what it is that is making her scared.
It's the magic over this place. It makes it harder for her to focus, harder for her to think of anything other than trying to work out on those machines back there. And... if she's scared, if she is afraid, then that gives her a reason to turn back and go to the machines.
The fear isn't real. Yet, at the same time, it feels real. It takes a moment of focus, a moment of will, but Usagi takes a deep breath, and she takes a step towards the Employees Only door. She may be afraid, but she can't afford to let her fear rule her. She can't afford to stop now, not when things are just getting started.
Whatever it is that Jadeite has planned, the girl and her friends need to stop it.
[CRAVEN PROGRESSES TO 6 of 7]
Usagi steps through the door, and start to move through the back of the gym. Already, just barely on the other side of the door, Usagi can already tell that things are different here. The moment she stepped through the door there was a sudden sense of lightness. A weight on her brain that she barely even noticed, but definitely noticed the disappearance of.
That idle need to move was gone. The fascination with the different machines in the gym was gone. "Heh." The laugh was the smallest of things, a bare huff of breath, but already Usagi was feeling so much better. Now that the effect of the magic was gone, she could think better and faster. Moving forward, Usagi starts to hug against the walls, sliding with near soundless steps down the halls, pausing at each corner to try and get a tiny glance around before she continues.

Movement through the back halls of the Gym is slow and precise, which is definitely for the better, as on more than one occasion the girl barely manages to pull back from a corner in time to avoid being spotted. On one occasion, the girl even had to leap up, grabbing hold of the framework that the ceiling tiles are set in, pulling herself taut against the ceiling as a massive form passes beneath.
That was thankfully the most difficult instance of hiding that the girl had pull off, as here in the back of the Gym, Youma walk confidently out in the open, followed by more of the towering people with their pitch black eyes. Even more worrying, the altered humans here in the back of the gym are even bigger than the people in the front of the gym, with the largest that Usagi sees towering at nearly ten feet tall. His skin is tightly wrapped around his cord-like muscles, but still there is not a single person who matches the torn and bloodied description of what happened to Chen.

Despite the close calls, and occasionally having to hide, Usagi slowly makes her way down one flight of stairs... then two.
A third flight of stairs, and a fourth, before she reaches the deepest depths of the gym. The halls in deepest level are not as bright or as airy as the higher floors, but equally so, there does not seem to be anyone here. The halls are quiet, giving the whole place a strange and nervous air. Then...
Usagi comes to a crossroads. a intersection in the deepest level, where the halls spill out in four directions other than the one the girl came from. Most interestingly, there is a sign on the wall, directions that show what is down each hall. What is interesting about the sign is that it has the instructions written in Japanese, and also in the text that is so familiar, and yet so distinctly unfamiliar that Usagi knows only as the Elysian text.
Then, there is the actual words on the sign.
Life Energy Storage
Shape Ray
Rune Array Room
Offices
There is an amused snort as Usagi reads the last of the lines, because one of those is not like the others, but this also gives the Senshi a particular chance, and a choice.
[ ][Inter] Head to Life Energy Storage
- The plan is to find the deepest part of the Gym, find a storage closet, and teleport out to summon the rest. This is Storage
[ ][Inter] Shape Ray
- Usagi doesn't know what the Shape Ray is, but this is a chance to get a little scouting done before summoning the rest, admittedly, there is a chance of running into a Demon down here...
[ ][Inter] Rune Array Room
- If Usagi knows much of anything about enchantments... which she admittedly doesn't, but still. Runes are magic things. She might be able to help rescue the people in the Gym by messing with that room
[ ][Inter] Offices
- The offices are likely to have things about this whole operation that might be useful.

Let's get backup first, then we can investigate other things.

Right, we are sticking to the plan, because we're already kinda pushing it by sneaking into the monster basement. Sailor Moon or no, I want a squad of magical girls ready to come help us kick ass before we go screwing around with stuff.
Also, Ami has the Mercury Computer, she'll probably be waaaaaay better at looking at the runes.
